After years of doing business with this company and up until this point only being a paying client. We needed after the sale customer service from them for the first time and that's where service went out the window (pun intended). I have never felt that I needed to write a negative review for a company before although this time I feel its in our communities best interest to do so. We needed a slider that we purchased from them serviced so I called the office main line. The lady that answered the phone was immediately unwilling to help us any further after the first service address I gave her was not one where she believed we bought a slider from them at. She was also unwilling to help me to figure this out. After a week of looking ourselves for our invoice/ receipts/ payment sources on this property I the customer had to determine that they put our information in incorrectly. We do have several addresses in this complex. So it is understandably why they would have used one of the other addresses in their system although she was unwilling to look up our info any other way. Once I brought this to their attention this is where we became the target of her rage honestly we couldn't even get to the part of discussing that the service address was just put in wrong by them because well she was adamant it could absolutely not be their fault it had to be the clients fault. So telling us that there is no way that's their screen and saying that they will not service a screen that's not theirs although understandable up front I wouldn't do those things either, it isn't and wasn't the case in our situation. Having to fight with them should never be what a customer / client needs to go through to be provided kind customer service by a company you do business with. With out going into the mudslinging If you value your time and the money you make and believe that after the sale customer service is just as important if not more as purchasing a quality product from the company your working with than I urge you to work with another company. These folks do not care about retaining your business only getting it! So sad we are made to do this as a response to the companies inappropriate response which just goes to show their ethics. To all of you who will read the companies reply our invoice number with them is 2372-2 in regards to this issue. It clearly states the full name just last name address email address and location. Without showing our personal information know that if what they are saying was true then she would of been able to pull up the information as she says based on that. In addition she contradicts herself by stating the two times we talks totaling 11 minutes and then goes on to extend the time frame. Do what's in you and your families best interest and do not trust these people in your home. I might remind them and add we are your customer and that's what we are saying about you. I again just like over email with you ( where the email you sent my invoice to would have clearly pulled us up although you said you did that right )remind you I Thank you for showing us who you really are and how you lack basic decency and your unwillingness to serve your customer after the sale. This is an update to my previous review. It is now summer, with high temperatures. I had expected the solar screens to make a difference in the temperature inside my home, but I had no idea they would make as much difference as they have! My home is much more comfortable, and my air conditioner is not having to turn on as often, which will save money and be better for the environment. The cooling effect of these screens is remarkable. Contacted Sean on October 27, and made an appointment for an estimate on November 20. Received the estimate on November 22, but we decided to request additional work and sent photos and details of what we wanted. When they finally responded on November 27, they sent the same quote they sent earlier. We talked with Jaime who said Sean would be back in touch, but as of December we have heard nothing from them. Either they don't want our business, or they lack the mental capacity to understand the photos and details they were sent. After trying to find a screen door to fit my office/casita, I contacted Screen Mobile. They came out and explained the retractable screen door and covered my concerns that it would not block the door with my Pan doorknocker I had brought back from England. While he was here, I also had the tech look at my Anderson Doors with 10-year-old screens, and we agreed to replace two of those and completely replace the door and upper frame on the east door that had warped from the heat. To say that I am happy with the results is not enough. The services were on time as scheduled, and the final products were beyond what we had expected. The screens are better than the original Anderson screens; the east door is more robust and looks fantastic. The best door was the retractable screen installed on my office/casita door. I love it. This company is very professional and have excellent communication. We own a camper van with a weak factory screen and they came over to rescreen with the stronger pet screen as we have three little dogs. Had to reschedule twice with them because the van didn't get released from the shop on time. They were still happy to assist and set me up with new dates. Contacted company 4/1 regarding pricing and questions of their products. Communication was great that day with an estimate provided after a picture of the area was submitted. We then asked some specific questions regarding how they would be installed and visibility properties of the different colors offered and then the problems started! No response for 3 days (4/4), so we sent a follow up message asking about our questions and schedule timing. Radio silence until 4/11, of which the response was they hadn't forgotten about us as our questions were too specific and they needed "field technicians" to answer them and that they are booking 3 weeks out. Mind you, still no answers to our questions were provided. Thinking we could schedule an appointment and ask a technician our questions directly, we requested to book an appointment on 4/11. Again radio silence, so we requested again 4/17 to book an appointment. Now the response on was they are booking 5-7 weeks out (4 days earlier they were booking 3 weeks out) with requirements to select color and % UV blocking. Should be noted we still haven't gotten answers to the color/visibility and installation questions answered from our initial contact 4/1, which based on their latest response 4/17 need to be answered to allow us to schedule an appointment. Calling does not work as no one answers the phone and using the website just pushes you to the phone number no one picks up. Can't rate the product or installation service, as we've been trying for essentially 3 weeks and haven't even been able get an appointment scheduled or even our questions answered to decide on color and visibility. After posting our reviews we received an immediate email response stating "we are not a fit and to take care". Clearly more attention paid to reviews than providing valued customer service. read more

We recently bought a house in Rio Rico and none of the screen doors operated properly. I found Screenmobile online and sent an inquiry asking if they do work in Rio Rico. Jaime called me shortly after I submitted the online request. She was fantastic to work with. She seems like she truly cares about her customers. She sent out Sean to evaluate our doors. Money is a bit tight so we knew we couldn't replace all the doors. Sean adjusted the ones he could and together we decided to replace three doors that were beyond repair and add one screen. Sean was amazing - he worked hard to get the existing doors to function and the new doors he made are perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. We tried to set up service, had an appointment and only Jaime would send emails. Everything started out fine when I asked her to have them call us, she said they did and spoke with my husband, who answered the call saying 'Weyno'. Not a single record of call in my husband phone, she said my husband deleted the record - which I could easily ask Verizon about which I did. They have a record of a call but when I told them and sent the photos they didn't nor did they speak with my husband, who would never answer the phone 'Weyno' - and at first she said 'Beuno' which he doesn't speak spanish, he is as white as they come, she still insisted that we were wrong. I explained, that whoever they spoke with wasn't my husband or anyone at this house. I even asked her to call me but never did. When I called after 3 attempts, she was rude and of course I was on the defense because she refused to listen to what I was saying. This was such a horrible experience and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Jaime on Google Reviews mentioned that they have a call log - you should listen to your call log then and see if the person even said they were Karl, a German name, or if the person had a Spanish accent and maybe listen to the potential customer who has told you over and over again that you didn't speak to MY husband who doesn't soak Spanish or have an accent. I also have a record and screenshots of not a single call made to my husband and good word, which I believe him over you since I have known him longer and you refuse to listen. Why is good customer service so hard to do for you? Cell phone calls can be rerouted through the carrier on accident. Did anyone actually confirm they were speaking with my husband by using good full name or verifying the address? Based on what you told me 1000% no. So again, you want to insist you spoke with my husband who answered saying Bueno and never verified anything else. So, again. I will continue this because people need to know who they are dealing with when it comes to trying to get help. How many other people have you treated like this? Since she edited her answer on google - here is my response - again. Edit again: I will say this again - You have your evidence, I have our phone records - I have no clue who your tech spoke with because it sure wasn't anyone in our home - we don't speak Spanish. So, now you are claiming that your tech arrived!!! Interesting, this is the first I have heard this, since no one has come to our home. You really need to get your story straight - as you can see here in one sentence you state that your tech arrived and then in the next sentence you said he was on the way and was asked to come back later. You also acknowledge that there is a discrepancies but also still insist that your tech spoke with husband. You made a comment that to me over the phone that "Why would your tech lie since they work on commission." Let me ask you, why would I lie about a call over something that is free to us - an estimate which could be $1000s of dollars for your tech? I don't gain anything from any of this, you have done nothing but treat me like crap and still refuse to acknowledge that a mistake was made on your end. Stuff happens but you still can't see where you are wrong in this. I have proof as well, not sure who your tech talked to but it wasn't my husband and you have no proof except a number but your Tech never verified with the person they spoke with my husband's name or even address. Calls get rerouted when it comes to wireless phones, it happens a lot. But you really shouldn't be nasty to someone who was asking for help and saying that the person your tech spoke with wasn't my husband. I have no reason to be dishonest. read more

My new "old" house was either missing window screens, or the screens had holes in them, or the frames were bent out of shape. I had Screenmobile replace all the window screens and patio door. Each screen was custom built on site, which was nice - no measuring by me. The installer came to my house and built perfect screens for each window. As great as the screens are, the customer service was equally great. The office staff who made the service appointment for me was outstanding, and the installer actually showed up on the day and time of the appointment. Sadly, the majority of contractors I've worked with while updating my home did not live up to the timeliness part of service - contractors should use Screenmobile's business model when working with clients. Told to call to schedule (they're busy) and I did, talking to a friendly gal who was able to schedule me for the next day (ask about cancellations). Jesse came by ahead of schedule and did a great job rescreening the slider, helping with a couple other very minor quick requests and offering general comments on slider doors. The company is a franchise and all that, but feels local and friendly. Nice not to have to take the screen to a place and wait a few days to return to pick it up.
