Beautiful, Quality workmanship and great installation job. After getting quotes from over 4 different companies, I met with Kace from Iron Wolf Innovations. No one came close to his quote and his work looked good so we ordered the door. I asked him to use a design I found online and he agreed. The door came out better than we imagined. Great attention to detail! Smooth and clean installation.

    New, backyard gate.

Enclosed Back Patio Quick background - We have had a…read morescreened-in patio since moving into our house in 1983. In 2001, we replaced much of the wood and installed a 28" slab wall. My wife fabricated the screens. The last improvement was made in 2011, when we had heavy screens fabricated with eyelets and attached them with cap screws. After all these years, we decided to make this a functional room year-round instead of Mar - May/Oct - Dec. As we know, it is always easier to build new than to reconstruct. It's a 200 sq. ft. space with good wood, foundation, etc. We went out for three quotes, including Desert King Windows, which we had replaced all our windows with back in 2010. They came in as the best price, but what was most appealing was how straightforward it all was. It was not a simple project. We required to not have any wood showing other than the very top. It was explained how they would foil wrap the beams and ledge. We were given options for the windows and doors with no price haggling. Since they were our last quote, we were satisfied to advise on the spot that we wanted them to do the project. Days later, Johnny came over for exact measurements, to engineer the project in terms of how many windows, which beams would be removed/moved, exactly how the foil would be placed and installed, and the like. A few days after that, the owner, Jayson, came by with Johnny and the sales rep, Don, to give a final look over and to make sure we were "all on the same page" before the order was submitted for fabrication. The project was scheduled for 6-8 weeks, which occurred. It was expected to take three days, but the crew led by Jose finished it up in two long days. My wife, who has had a complete bathroom remodel redone, was extremely happy (this was her ideal and project), which is telling. I have attached before (after the screens were removed) and after pics, which show the transformation. Oh - and to be able to use this year-round - we added a mini split, and thus far, with the type of windows and doors, it hardly needs to run to keep it cool. Yes, we still have the real summer to evaluate it out.

They operate by the old but priceless adage of being easy to do business with. I even got the same sales rep to come to our home seven years after our first door was installed! I think that says a lot about the company. They did precisely what they said they were going to do and performed very professionally from start to finish. Each door, while adding security, is inviting and enhances the area. I made the right decision twice.

Although appointments are strongly suggested, we lucked out on a quiet morning and were greeted by Mark Reardon in the showroom. He walked us through the steps of selecting several styles of doors we liked and offered suggestions AND information about their doors! The quality is amazing. We needed HOA approval on the design and color, so Mark prepared a document with ALL the information required to secure approval, which came quickly. Mark came out to measure and the door was ordered. About 10 days later, our door was installed and it looks AMAZING! The installers were efficient, professional, tidy and did a great job explaining the best way to care for the door and to use it correctly. Our entire experience was professional and efficient. This morning, we were able to open our front AND back door for airflow, and feel secure and safe with a security door in front!. We were able to secure a few discounts by paying cash and taking advantage of some specials offered on their website . The store is worth every penny!

I generally only write a review when a person or service goes above and beyond -- someone I would…read morebe proud to recommend in person to others. (And I'd do that with Bruce Card in a heartbeat if I wasn't a little trying to keep him to myself.) But when I read the other review trashing "Bruce Card" by someone in Phoenix I was seriously confused! They're clearly talking about someone with the same (or similar?) name in the Phoenix area. DO NOT CONFUSE THAT REVIEW WITH THE BRUCE CARD WE HAVE IN TUCSON. I met Mr. Card when he came in to deal with a very complex and extremely delayed window installation by a different company (COVID times messed everything up!). He took charge, communicated, got things done, and was probably the best foreman on a project I've dealt with in a long time. Given how able I found him to be, I asked him if he could do a few small projects on my home including building a "fake" brick wall and installing a new aluminum door. He agreed to do so at what I thought were very reasonable rates and, again, I found his communication, diligence, and seriousness encouraging. When he was delayed, needed to troubleshoot an unexpected problem, or unclear how I wanted something done he communicated. Communication is so important! He got the job done in a reasonable timeframe at a reasonable budget and in a friendly and well-communicated manner. What more could I want? I've now hired Mr. Card for a large job of renovating a significant part of my home and I continue to appreciate his work ethic and skill set. I would recommend him without reservation. But look, if you're reading this and see this other review for a "Bruce Card", I'd say: do your research. Meet with Bruce, talk to him about your needs and concerns. If you meet him I'm pretty sure you will immediately see that he is a decent person ready to help you achieve your goals and not the person he's been mistaken for in the other review. But, you know, trust your instinct. Honestly, whoever the "Bruce Card" they have there in Phoenix that the other reviewer is talking about sounds like a nightmare. But that isn't the Bruce Card we have in Tucson that I've worked with on and off for over a year. That review is like reading some kind of Stephen King fiction -- like it was purposefully written to scare you. The only thing it doesn't say is "he'll kick your dog and call your wife ugly." Weird.

Hello. After careful consideration, multiple interactions with this individual, reviews from…read morerelatives, & several terribly done work commissions- one would have to ask; "How is this business even still sustaining itself and making money?" Well there is an answer. It's because Bruce Card's Limited Liability Company is a complete scam, and mediocre at best. He boasts and basks in his egoic delusion, in which he believes he has the capability to get a job done well exceeding general expectation, and on time and punctual. I've commissioned Bruce Card on several different accounts on multiple different properties, and almost every single time, like clockwork- he never appears, never answers calls following up on the job, and is always making unjustifiable excuses as to why he "cannot show up" because he is busy occupying and tending to "family matters". Sure, once or twice is fine- but almost every single job? Too convenient, and it just goes to show his terrible work ethic. Congratulations Mr.Card- you've mastered the art of procrastination. Moreover, whenever he does show up to a project/job, he is there for hours working on the same thing, or claiming that the reason it is taking him so long or that he can't complete something, is because of the "property itself", or because he has "insufficient experience in that field" even though he claims to be a "handyman" and possess experience in many such construction sub-fields. And when he does finally complete something (after hours), he is known to leave tools & materials surrounding the area and has to come and pick them up the following morning, and in some cases the following week. I mean seriously, the amount of tools & work supplies I have collected alone is enough to start up a Do-It-Yourself Home Depot. Additionally, he is also known to take several "breaks" in between the time he is supposed to be conducting a job operation. And often leaves the property multiple times to pick up food or tools to "finish a job". And later that day (or days- his incompetence allows for a single job to extend multiple days), I, and others arrive to consult him about the job, and we're met with fast-food trash, energy drink cans, soda cans, & candy wrappers littered around the area- much to our disgust and disdain. And when confronted about the quality of a job, incompetence, or trash messes- he is quick to make excuses, get defensive, and guilt-trip the fact he has been "out for hours", and then proceeds to still demand the money agreed upon even though the quality of his work is below minimum and very sloppy. All around, Bruce Card has just exhibited many negative qualities in a "contractor" (or so he says he is), his work ethic is non-existent, his prices are absurd and unrealistic for the job your getting, he's unreliable, mentally not there, physically & workingly handicapped, & do not recommend one bit. I mean it's seriously a wonder how this business is still up- pfft, terrible customer service from him, and terrible work. Also, I was so fed up with the quality of his work I decided to commission a Private Investigations Agency to conduct a background check on this individual and, I was surprised to find that he is a felon, has domestic violence charges placed against him (not surprised honestly). And according to the Arizona Law of Registrar of Contractors- a felon cannot become a licensed contractor- so if this man tells you he is technically a "contractor" he is not, do not believe him- it is his futile attempt of gaining some sort of validity towards his business- which is false and fraudulent.
