Kase and his crew are polite, professional, timely and very customer-oriented. Kase initially helped us design the fence and then we thoroughly enjoyed having his crew at our house for the installation. Family affair with great people and easy to have around. Ashleigh in the office kept us appraised of progress and was very accomodating when we had delays on our end due to other contractors. They just rolled with it. Secondly, the finished product is absolutely stunning, with obvious pride of workmanship! It's kind of hard to get excited about a pool fence, but let me say that rather than an "industrial" looking standard type of black and straight fence, they custom made a rusted, architecturally sensitive fence that blends in with the elements of the yard beautifully. It looks like art in my backyard! Lastly, pricing was very reasonable, and more than competetive with other bids I received. Retrospectively, I think this was money very well spent and was so much more than even anticipated. I highly recommend this fabricator and would consider using them again. Can't go wrong with this company!

David and Gabriel worked with us to create an enclosure which greatly exceeded our expectations. From the start, David worked with us to get HOA approval and a design we liked. Gabriel worked with us on the next steps, measurements and creation. Gabriel gave us reasonable dates and kept us informed with pictures, texts, and phone calls. We were able to visit the shop and see our work in progress. We selected the color and were thrilled with the result. The picture does not do it justice. It is beautiful and functional. It's been a pleasure doing business with Quality Ornamental Iron. We highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole crew for an outstanding job!

This time I needed something for a back door that is rarely used, but definitely a potential security breach,. I stuck with a fairly basic door because it is rather hidden, but it still looks great. We needed to have 4 wooden gates on our property replaced, and we wanted them to match the door they had installed so long ago. SWIW still had the original build information, and the gates match perfectly. The gates are gorgeous and of the highest quality. SWIW isn't the least expensive option, but in our opinion they are the best. The office staff is courteous and competent and the installers are amazing--professional, polite, neat and tidy. They really took their time installing the gates and did a perfect job. While there was a fairly long wait, the gates were constructed to a custom order. Custom orders always take longer than stock items, and it is worth the wait.

Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door!
