These guys will custom create anything you wish! From doors to stairways to ornamental pieces. My boyfriend and I picked them at random and really lucked out. Located in South Tucson just passed Mi Nidito in a small warehouse type building that can easily be missed, so keep your eyes peeled! We had them design two tall iron candle holders about 5+ feet tall each. We had one already that was imported from Oaxaca Mexico and very pricey, so they basically made two for the price of one and did a pretty good job in replicating the original in just a couple days. We'd definitely use Quality Ornamental Iron again if we want to design other pieces in the future. read more

I purchased a wrought iron door and it started to fade and get spotty. David Loya did repaint it but used the wrong color stating that it was close enough to the my house paint. I was okay with it, but the door started spotting or fading again. He then told me he would use powder coating and take care of the charges. A month after I talked to him, I texted him to remind him about the door and never heard back. I then called him and he told me that he would no longer take care of the charges but would take my door to get it repaired. First of all it was obvious he didn't want to take care of the issue because he never returned my call and will NOT wait until he decides to come for the door. Second of all he isn't a man of his word and will not ever do business with him again! I now have a very expensive door that looks like crap!!!! read more

Gabe (Dave's son) worked with us every step of the way and provided pictures showing the progress of the doors. We replaced our front iron fence due to code (Verde Vista Villa) and 3 entrance gates this past year. $8000. Fence seemed installed properly but gates have been having issues for months. Contacted contractor and they did came out three times but gates still had issues. Called 7-8 times after leaving phone message and did get someone named Dave to respond. He made excuses from its not there fault but people using the gate to we shouldn't have chosen the type of Hinge we did etc. But promised to come out anyway but a no show. Also suggested different hinge type at no charge or we could upgrade. Called back two weeks later and got this gentleman and asked whats up as it had been so so long for anyone to respond. I proceeded to tell him we thought service and quality was poor and we (HOA board) was considering reporting to the BBB. His temper went off the chart....using language I could not repeat here....I had to hang up on him and have not contacted since. I (maintenance HOA member) fiddled around and have gotten the gates to somewhat close as needed but not as we thought automatically should. Suggest any future people who may need their services go elsewhere. This was important as we have responsibility for keeping pool secure for the children that come and go here with parents.
