Able Fence put up a wooden fence for my neighbor and did a really good job so I thought I'd use them to replace my awful looking old gate and a portion of fence. But before I could do it the last monsoon storm we had destroyed 72 feet of fence so I had them replace that first. I requested a quote for a double gate repair in Tucson, (at my mom's house), I received a call from Todd, explained the situation, (my mom had the gate open and probably backed up into it), no problem Todd said he'll drive out and take a look, asked if Able did the install, I said yes, however, it was YEARS ago, Todd tells me he'll drive out tomorrow and take a look, if it's just an adjustment, no charge, (I'm shocked!) and if it's more he'll call and let me know. On a Monday I was referred to Able Fence Co to install a chain link fence. I was told by Todd that the day he would go by the property and get me an estimate. I promptly sent him a picture of what I was interested in getting. The next day I received a call from a guy stating that Todd had wanted him to go out and get me an estimate and again I was told I would have an estimate the next day. I explained that I was frustrated that it felt like I was being pushed around to different people. I was assured though that I would get an estimate the next day. On Friday of that same week I still had not heard from anybody so again I called Todd. I satated that I had not received any estimates as promised and asked him to at least give me a call and let me know if he wanted the job. The following Monday I received a message stating that he was not interested in giving me an estimate. Very poor professionalism when it comes to acquiring a new client. If he had simply called and stated he was very busy at the time, I would have totally understood. According to other reviews I've seen on him he has had some "misunderstandings" with other clients. I wonder if this is a pattern? I think I will take my money to someone who isn't going to blow me off and treat me like a real customer. read more
