He is very courteous and respectful. Spoke so that I could understand everything that was going to happen and what came with the door and install. Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.
