So I finally succumbed to that little windshield chip that turned into a 6-legged spider cracked windshield. Obviously not safe to be driving that way. After reaching out to my insurance company, they granted me a new windshield w/no out-of-pocket cost. Fantastic! Now the laborious search for a reputable windshield repair company begins. Being a business owner, my schedule is very hectic, but I definitely do my due diligence in finding the right company for the services I need. I searched and read review after review. Then based on review feedback & location, I finally settled on Speedy Glass, and my appt was set for Sept 7th @ 8am. Prior I was told by the office receptionist (who was very nice & patient) that it would take approx 3 hrs, due to the recalibration process w/all of the cameras & sensors my vehicle has. I thought it was too long, but I've never had a windshield replacement done. I arrived at 7:45a and they got to work. My tech was Luis and he kept me looped on the progress. A couple of other techs/employees also kept assuring me that it was almost complete. I was ok w/the timeframe, as long as my windshield replacement was completed in a precise intricate manner. At about 9:35a, my car was ready, as it took half the time as originally stated. And a beautiful new windshield was replaced....no more spider legs! :) Speedy Glass was precise, professional, timely and experienced. I requested a quote, but after two weeks I figured, I am not going to get it. No GOOD by Notspeedyglass Maybe change to No glass since they do not respond to a reue4st on their own web site. I saw the owners reply and copied the link and sent an email. I received a prompt reply asking for my VIN. I sent a reply with the VIN within 5 minutes. After five hour wait, I sent another email asking if they received the VIN. Now a week later I have already had my windshield repaired but not by SpeedyGlass. EPIC FAIL read more

Stopped in the shop first talked with Laura in office on KOLb rd very informed & professional . Called insurance company said I can choose whom ever wanted to do repair in state of Arizona ( like collisions also) . Ordered repair with insurance company Joe R came same day within first hour of the 3 hour window. Very professional also friendly repairs windshield in driveway in 45 min or less . I recommend Speedy glass , have a lifetime warranty. Many of these glass places offer perks free meals etc but in the end your paying for it ? I have an antique mirror, a beautiful piece with etched roses in the corners and beveled edges that my mother purchased in 1958. She passed away when I was a young teenager and I have nothing else of hers, as our house was broken into and ransacked. The bottom of the mirror was damaged during a move and I got cut rather badly trying to hang it myself. My son in law built a frame around it and attached it to a backboard. I wanted all that removed so you can see the etchings clearly. I called Speedy Glass and they sent someone just 2 days later. The young man, David, came in the house and assessed the situation. He feared that the mirror would shatter if it was glued to the backboard and he had to pry it off. That turned out not to be the case, the frame was glued but David was able to remove it and get it off the backboard with no damage at all. He was also able to cut off the broken edge right then and there. He created a metal "channel" for the bottom edge, then returned a few days later, slipped the mirror into the channel and hung it in our hallway, and all for an amazingly great price. I recommend these guys to everyone. I am so happy that he was able to save it as I'd been thinking we'd have to throw away something that is irreplaceable. I made an appointment with this place the day prior to get my windshield replaced. They told me to bring it in right at 8am to get it knocked out early. I was like ok cool, I woke up early to get there at 8. I get there and I tell the receptionist I'm there for my appointment and he looks at me with a blank face. Then some lady comes from the back and tells me oh well our technician called in today and then continues to look at me with a blank face. Neither of them offered to reschedule me or anything like that. They just stared at me until I just went away. Unreliable place and poor customer service. Don't waste your time. read more

Very happy with their service! As a real estate agent, last minute repairs on a home that is closing soon can cause buyers, sellers and agents a lot of anxiety! Totally dropped the ball. I called to make an appointment to have someone come to my home for a window replacement estimate. The receptionist said she would forward my information to the estimator. Well, he didn't call back after a couple of days so when I called again the receptionist said she would take the window size information which I gave her and that she would call back for the pricing. Don't bother unless you're down with entrusting your car to a crop of fools. I drove across town to this shop for a chip repair because it was significantly cheaper than the competition, only to be told they couldn't do it because it had rained. Not because it was actively raining (it wasn't), but because it had rained earlier and my car was wet from having driven on wet roads. Apparently drying the windshield off was beyond the scope of their abilities. When asked why they didn't call me when they noticed rain would be an issue, I was told "we were inside". read more
