I had my windshield replaced about 4 months ago through my insurance and the process was quick, easy, and the crew was so nice. Zero issues with the new glass for those four months. Got a chip and they repaired it for free under warranty. Ryan was extremely kind and cleaned the windshield interior for me too. Fast, friendly and they answered the phone. I would go back. read more

Really awful experience! We were scheduled for windshield replacement and I even switched from Safelite on our Progressive Insurance. Technician Andy even called to confirm the appointment. But 30-min before the appointment Ryan called and he wanted to reschedule it for another day because he had another more important client at the airport. He was rude and hung up saying he was cancelling my appointment! The sheer discourtesy was extremely galling! I have never seen this level of incivility in public interaction! I had to spend an hour after the call to finally reach Safelite to move my appointment to them via my Progressive Insurance. DO NOT EVEN TRY Auto Glass Now! read more

Windshield replacement for a good deal and professional service and helpful. Gave a better price than other places that offered quotes.

Sold me a windshield that was not compatible with my vehicle sensors. When dealership indicated there was a service bulletin stating that the windshield had to be OEM I went back OGN and was informed that the warranty was void because I went to dealership first even though the dealership did nothing to the vehicle. read more

I was provided optimal assistance in receiving a brand new windshield replacement with Ryan, whom handled both my check in and the labor necessary for this transaction. He was professional, comedic, and genuine. Would highly recommend work done by this place. Thank you for your kindness Ryan! read more

BEWARE!! This happened a couple of years ago in Tucson AZ. DO NOT sign anything until you have inspected your installation closely. They used a tile chisel on an impact wrench to remove my windshield. They scratched and chipped the paint all around the windshield. I took the owner an estimate for $4k from a local body shop. The owner talked me into letting him fix it. Now look at it see photos. I was asked to sign the receipt after I paid but before I saw the installation. read more

I pulled in with a chip from a rock, without an appointment and Ryan was able to repair the chip without having to replace the windshield! The price was terrific and he did not try to upsell me! He also gave me information on the insurance industry and how Arizona seems to be a TERRIBLE place for windshields! I definitely will take any of my vehicles to Ryan and certainly am very comfortable recommending them to everyone! read more

This was strange and inconvenient! I called the general 888 phone number shown on the Auto Glass Now website and described the chip in my windshield. The guy I spoke to said he would call the local shop on Speedway to get an accurate quote and verify hours. When he returned to me waiting on hold, he gave me the quote and said the shop would be open until 2 p.m. for my walk-in service. So I drove all the way across town (because it was a shop I found open on Saturday), and arrived 3 hours before the closing time the guy on the phone provided. Guess what? The shop was closed! Fortunately, Dwight's Glass and Tint next door was open, with a better price and great customer service. Trying to do business with Auto Glass Now was a waste of time, and I'm glad Dwight's saved the day! read more

Best value and customer service. They got me in quickly and replaced my windshield faster than their quoted time. They also put on beloved cartoons in the lobby so my child didn't turn into a bored to death demon during our wait. All in all, they were considerate in every aspect and saved me $170 (compared to safelite.) Highly recommend! read more

Didn't receive a call from them after they had been notified by State Farm over the weekend that I needed a windshield replacement. So called them and the lady said she'd have the local office call me within 10 minutes. No one called me back so I set it up with another company and they took care of my need. I would suggest NOT using Auto Glass Now. read more

AutoGlassNow was amazing! I am from California and was visiting Tucson. And I'm so glad I found them on Yelp because no one in California would have replaced my windshield for such a reasonable price! Highly recommend them. Also, Jeff at the front desk was really helpful and answered all of my questions and assured me that I would be taken care of. Happy I went to you guys!! read more

I posted a review about this company just a few weeks ago about a piece of trim that was supposed to been on my car that they charge me an extra $21 for. I called the location and couldn't get a chance to speak with a manager or anything. Two days later, I got a text saying that the trim was not visible, and I had to come to the shop so they could show it to me in person. I didn't watch the whole procedure of the gentleman changing the windshield but I know that I spoke to him and he did not put any new trim of any kind on my car. I know it seems like a small thing. But when you trusting somebody with one of your largest investments, a little bit of deception really is a big thing. read more

If I could give these people ZERO stars I would! First of all the place is dirty, Dirty floors trash overflowing gross office. Second showed up at 8 drove 45 min to get to them waited a week to get my glass repaired only to get there and find out my glass was not there. The useless girl at the counter told me the manager was suppose to call me and never did. I expressed my frustration she could care less and said the manager was suppose to call and he didn't. Horrible place! Horrible service I would not recommend this place! Go somewhere else where it's cleaned and they actually care about Customer Service. read more

The driver side window on my Ford just dropped into my door for no reason whatsoever today. I had the part I needed and was out of there in a couple of hours. Everyone there was super friendly. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future. read more

They're pretty cheap, but don't expect them to replace literally anything else. They just replace your glass and not the frame. If ya want both MAKE SURE TO ASK. read more

A rock hit my windshield, this was the first place I contacted because of the great reviews and they did not disappoint. Awesome customer service. Very polite and respectful. Did not pressure me to replace windshield. Quick, reasonably priced. Recommend to anyone. read more

Super-fast service, and super-competent employees. Cory was behind the counter when I got there, but he wasn't there long because he immediately got to work replacing the windshield on my 2005 Toyota Camry. I was told it would take 30 minutes, but I had my doubts, because the glass guy in Benson said it would take four hours. It was finished in 20 minutes! Also, had I had the work done in Benson, it would have cost about $350.00, but at Auto Glass Now it came to $192.00. Thanks Cory and crew!! read more

I went to a shop to have my dash cam removed (stopped working), but when the shop removed it they shattered my windshield. I got quotes from three shops and not only did Auto Glass Now have the best price, but they took the time to explain why another shop was trying to charge $400 more. As far as the repair itself, it took about 35 minutes and the new glass looks great. They put the sensor and rearview mirror back on and were able to save my inspection sticker as well (often they'll get torn apart when you try to remove them). It was a job well done, with great customer service to boot. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed. read more

We had went to 6 other places including Chapman where my daughter got her car and we were told sorry we cant help. My daughters window fell out but did not break. No one would tell us how to fix it or why it fell out. My daughter saw the yellow sign and we went to check it out. The worst they could tell us was no again. We met Jeff. He not only told us that he could help but it would not cost her a fortune to fix. Jeff went about fixing it and he helped her get the goop off the seats. Jeff saves the day. He was professional, kind, and helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a windshield or window repair. Thank you so much Jeff. You are an angel. read more

Just went in today to have my windshield replaced. I actually had to reschedule my appointment two times but each time I called, they were patient and happy to help. The two people who helped me today were very friendly and explained the process clearly to me. They quoted me a straight price with no hidden fees nor add-ons, and it was actually less expensive than the other places I got a quote from. At no point did they try to upsell something I didn't need, like I know many other places do. In the end, the windshield looks great, and I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't recommend them to my friends. read more

Friendly employees - great on the phone and in person (this was not the case with some of their competitors). Offered the best price of anyone I called, though I'd have been willing to pay more for the level of service I received. They scheduled me right away and I didn't have to wait long when I showed up. Replaced my windshield and guaranteed their work. No complaints here. Very happy with their services, will definitely be back if/when I need a new windshield. read more

Excellent service, quick and affordable. Super nice dudes. I expected to wait at least 90 minutes and I was in and out in under an hour. They were very friendly and had the best price out of over a dozen places that I called. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I tried a new company for my windshield replacement this week. Very quick to make appointment and came to my house as promised and replaced my windshield. Technician was very professional, pleasant and helpful. I drove my car 24 hours later and my drivers side window wouldn't roll up all the way. I called the shop back to get some help and figure out how that could have happened. JC answered phone and said there was zero relationship between the drivers window and windshield replacement. She brought up a crack in my door frame that happened during the instillation on the passenger side. I confirmed that took place but also that it wasn't my reason for calling it my concern. JC then got the district manager on the phone who began speaking to me very defensively and explained why the crack that happened wasn't their fault. The specifics there were that prior instillation the technician used glue and shouldn't have. I agreed that wasn't their fault and wasn't my concern today. I was then told that he isn't calling me a liar but that it wasn't possible that the windshield replacement caused the driver side window problem. He was so combative that I disconnected the call. I didn't want a fight, I wanted resolution to my problem that occurred as a result of the work they did on my car. I don't need the aggravation of a combative Manager when he clearly wasn't trying to listen or help. He offered to put the vice President on with me -- but after talking to two defensive employees who should have been willing to talk professionally to their customer and offer help with work performed I do not believe a 3rd person would help. I didn't ask for a fight, nor was I unreasonable in my request for help. I would characterize the response I received as unreasonable. Needless to say -- I will never use their service again and never recommend them. I didn't ask for this problem nor was I angry- just wanted the problem that happened immediately after windshield installed to be corrected. Now I have to find someone willing. To help me fix problem they created. read more

Was referred by my repair guy. Spoke to Jeff at Auto Glass Now and was very happy with his price quote. They advertise 50% off glass repair and I worried about the quality of the work. Arrived for my appointment and they started working immediately. Jeff said they would be done in 45 minutes but, the windshield in stock wasn't the right one. He explained it would take 20 minutes to get the right one. The correct glass arrived and installed. Was there about 1 hour 25 minutes. Not too long a wait, in my opinion. Price was cheaper if you bring it to the shop versus having them come out. They also add a 4% fee if you pay with a credit card. "Out the Door" price was under $190, for a 2006 Honda Pilot. The national brand was double the price. Professional, courteous, fast and the price was great! read more

This was a good deal. Friendly, prompt service . They got us in and out of the shop within 30 mins . We spoke to the owner and the key to the fast service is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They had our parts ready and we were done . No fuss ..great price ...good work..friendly service. read more

I have nothing but high praise for Integrity Auto Glass from initial contact to completion. The person on the phone was very nice explaining the process and setting up an appointment for techs to visit our home to replace the damaged windshield. Our insurance covered this business without an issue. On appointment day the techs showed up on time, were very pleasant & personable, proficient in replacing the glass, and when done gave us exact instructions for aftercare. They also said we would have the promised $100 Visa gift card in 7-14 days which proved to be true. Previous to this I had used another outfit which made me wait much longer for service, did not have tinted glass in stock & I would have to wait a couple of weeks (windshield was badly damaged & I was concerned to wait that long) and their free offer of movie tickets was something I had to pursue to make happen. Therefore, my expectations were not high for Integrity having had a poor experience with another company, but they performed well at each stage so they will be who I call when this happens again because I live in Arizona where pebbles fly regularly & damaged windshields are expected. Two thumbs up for this business! read more

What was a very scary and progressive crack creeping across my windshield literally overnight made me panic to get it replaced right away. Cory and Jeff took the best care of my vehicle. They knew exactly the type of windshield needed - explained it to me very clearly, and had it ordered and replaced the same morning - amazing! What is also great - they were $200 less than the quote I received from my insurance company - score! The team (including the person who moved my car) was friendly, were very knowledgeable, and efficient. I will only use this company for any future vehicle glass needs. read more

These guys are amazing! My car was sideswiped in a hit and run on Monday. As a result, my windshield was cracked from top to bottom and the driver side mirror was hanging off. I had to pay out of pocket and called several places for a quote. When I got to Auto Glass Now I spoke with Jeff. He was very helpful and informative, on top of giving me the best quote. He even offered to have the technician come to me for no additional charge since I live right down the street from them. I made an appointment for today (Wednesday) and Robert was right on time. The replacement took about 45 minutes, and he even reattached my mirror for no additional charge since it was an easy fix.....this man saved me about $80! Great price, prompt installation, quality work. Will return there for any more of my auto glass needs.

Even tho they say they care about customer relations they won't reimburse me for damage done to my Dodge truck and covered it up so I didn't know of the problem until I was 1000 miles away. On top of that when I brought the truck to an Auto Glass Now dealer in Mo. they had to replace the entire window because it leaked badly. Still refusing to pay my repair bill of $250.00. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only have your work done there if it is the last place on Earth. Tad M Bero Work was done at Auto Glass Now in Tucson read more

I just received a phone call from this auto glass place called Auto Glass Now on Speedway and supposedly I had an appointment with them. I had NEVER even heard of this place until I received that phone call from them!! Apparently, they had me scheduled for some kind of windshield appointment that I never made in the first place. So, needless to say, I freaked out because somebody obviously is giving out my info. Anyhow, this first guy that called was named Kevin,I let him know I didn't make any appointments with them and he just said okay and we hung up. That's fine but then some asshole named Geoff called me from that same auto glass place and tries telling me I talked to him and made the appointment. Guess what?? I didn't talk to him either because again, as I mentioned before, I HAD NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY CALLED ME TODAY!! That guy Geoff starts raising his voice to me arguing with me insisting that I talked to him when I know I didn't!! This guy Geoff has the nerve to hang up on me while I was talking so I called back, Geoff answered and I started telling him not to be calling my phone and getting stupid with me. Guess what he did when I was starting to tell him all of this?? Geoff proceeded to call me a crazy bitch. Yes, he did which is why I'm leaving this review and after that treatment all the more so I'll never give this place any business!! Geoff, if you're reading this-GOOD!! I hope you do!! So, these are the kind of people who run this shop. By the way, Geoff...you want to know something?? About you calling me a crazy bitch. You haven't seen crazy!! read more
