I needed a new front windshield and it's not like the old days. The process is much better. After a…read morequick phone call to my insurance company and a scheduled appointment for the replacement. I was set to go forward. The owner, George met us in the parking lot, explained the processes and within a few short hours the job was done. TMG Auto Glass was phenomenal. I found him on Yelp after requesting quotes from multiple companies,…read moreand he responded quickly, gave me the lowest price, and did what every other company told me was impossible. I was in an accident with a semi-truck where the trailer shattered my back windshield and damaged the rear quarter panel/metal around the glass. Other companies said they couldn't replace the window because the metal was encroaching into the space where the glass needed to go. TMG came out in person, assessed it for free, and immediately said he could make it work by adjusting the metal enough to fit the glass. He even had the glass with him and was willing to do it on the spot. I had to leave, so he came back a second time and completed the job today. He was professional, communicative, affordable, and honestly went above and beyond. The glass looks great, the price could not be beat, and I'm so grateful I don't have to drive around looking like a hobo anymore. Highly recommend TMG Auto Glass!

Customer Experience: I had an amazing experience! The owner…read morewas very communicative, answered all my questions, and was friendly and professional. He gave me a 3 hour window for when he would arrive, gave me a call when he was on his way, and arrived right when he said he would. Sounds like basic stuff but so many businesses get this part wrong. Quality of Work: On the company website, they claim to finish most repairs in under an hour. When the owner arrived, he told me it would take about 45 minutes to complete, but he finished the repair in just 30 minutes. I've had bad experiences with Safelite before, so I gave it a thorough inspection and it looked flawless. No adhesive residue anywhere, no leftover glass or debris, no smudges or fingerprints on the glass, and he even saved and reinstalled all the service stickers I had on my old windshield. It's been a few weeks since it was replaced and I'm happy to report that there are no issues. Summary: 10/10 recommend. Pricing was more than fair. In fact, it was cheaper than almost everybody else. Safelite was $20 cheaper, but that extra $20 bucks was well worth the convenience, professionalism, and quality of work that I received. Plus, I'd much rather support a local business than Safelite. I have another car that needs a replacement and I will definitely be going to him. The quote he gave me was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes I received.

They repaired my windshield and it seemed ok, but a couple months later, the moldings on both sides…read moreof the windshield flew off while driving down the interstate, even though they replaced the clips and we paid for new clips. We have been calling them multiple times over the past month, and they keep blaming it on not having the parts. They frequently don't return calls either and make excuses when we call back. We went to the Honda dealership yesterday and now today; they supposedly have the parts to fix it.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the paint work we received from AAG…read more My boyfriend paid $1,200 to have his car repaired and painted here. After getting the vehicle back, we started noticing the paint bubbling, lifting, and peeling. We brought the car back and explained what was happening, but we were questioned quite a bit about the issue and initially felt like they were hesitant to take responsibility for fixing it. Eventually, they agreed to redo the paint. We gave them the opportunity to correct the problem and trusted that it would be done properly the second time. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again. As you can see in the photos, the paint is now peeling off the front bumper in large pieces, with other areas cracking and lifting as well. This is after the vehicle was already brought back once specifically to have the paint issue corrected. For $1,200, we expected professional work that would actually last. Having the paint fail once was disappointing, but having the same problem happen again after giving them the opportunity to fix it is unacceptable. We're posting the photos so others can see the condition of the paint for themselves and make their own decision. Based on our experience, we would not recommend AAG for paint/body work.
