Tony's Auto Glass kicks ***! Someone broke into my van- it happens sometimes. I don't leave anything of value in the van, except a thing to fix a flat tire or jump a dead battery and I usually just leave the van open so if someone wants in they won't cause further damage. Well, they broke the front passenger window anyway, which was a total bummer. No junkyards had anything in their yard I could scavenge to do the repair myself, and honestly Tony's Auto Glass did the repair at such a fair price it was worth it to have them install the window. Picked up a crack in my Audi Q7 (after owning for only 3 weeks) and wasn't happy to find out Safelite and most glass shops couldn't fix it. Went on a search and was referred to Tony's Auto Glass by Audi. I contacted Hiram (Oracle) and he gave me quite an education on what's involved beyond simply putting new glass in. He toured me through the shop and pointed out several calibration systems that were in their inventory, patiently explaining how and why these additional steps were necessary. It's all technical enough that all of Tony's guys even had to travel for training. I was surprised to learn an authentic OEM windshield was necessary, and glad I had glass coverage! I left my car feeling totally confident it was in the best of hands. Before installing, they even sent pics of both windshield imprints - identical! I returned same day for my car to find a super clean job with no damage or scratches. Now after driving a while I can report it's tight, dry and quiet as can be! I called all over town getting quotes to replace the windshield on my 98' Jimmy and Tony's blew all the other prices out of the water. $115 (w/o insurance) out the door, yeah I'll take that. I went in to my 11:30 appointment, freshly pissed from my run in with the police, and was greeted by Lucy. Her and manager Jesse run the front office and they couldn't have been nicer. They were incredibly helpful, gracious and they understood that I was on a time budget. After my phone died, Jesse hooked me up with printing an email for me and even let me receive a fax sent to me via their office! The glass was primo PGW and comes complete with all new molding. It took an hour to install, but hey, you don't want your new glass installed half-assed, right? Anyway, the price, the customer service and the quality will have me coming back to Tony's anytime I need glass work on my cars. read more

I would give five stars except for the fact that I originally a quote through their website and never heard back. However, when I called and arranged to drop off my Tacoma for a full windshield replacement, the price seemed fair and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and professional. Wanted to have my truck windows tinted, I called the day before to make a appointment, I was told to just come in the next day. I thought that was great that I wouldn't have to wait a week or so to get it done. When I went in at the time he told me, I noticed and could hear one of the shop guys complaining that he had to remove the old tint and wouldn't be able to get it all done plus all the other work he had to do... I don't need this bs. So, I got my key back from the guy and left. I called Sweet Window Tinting Inc. Jerry hooked me up with an even better product than regular window tint, Nano Carbon Ceramic Film and well worth it. He had my truck done in two hours and didn't complain once. They do great installs of new glass, but don't bother getting something re-tinted here. read more

I was referred here by Royal Cadillac in Tucson, I was told they send their cars here for glass and tinted. I have a 2014 Cadillac XTS. Took nearly 2 weeks to just get the windshield in. I was called on 12/17/2019 to set the appointment. Appointment was next morning at 10 am. Well.. it's nearly 1pm now and they just took my car into the shop. I asked the staff what good is an appointment if it's 3 hours late? I was told they had cars they had not finished from the previous day. So I asked why would you make am appointments with a backlog from the day before? I received no answer. I notified my insurance company that this place is piss poor for customer service and would not recommend it to anyone. Rest assured I will not be back here whenever I get my car back. read more

Don't do business with Tony's Auto Glass!!! (Oracle-Tucson) A few weeks ago I took one of my cars to this place for 1 very small chip repair on the windshield, after 2-3 hours of wait they charged me the money, then gave me my keys, and only then I noticed they have done a crapy job and the chip was still there; so after some arguments, they finally fixed it and was told to ask for a specific technician there next time (so you have to cross your fingers and hope you get a good technician?). Last Friday I went with my other car to fix 1 very small chip and asked for that specific technician to fix it. After 4 hours they finally said they fixed it but gave me the car back with a NEW crack next to the OLD crack they fixed. My wife and I have talked to David there but he didn't care. He said "we are not greedy people" but he wouldn't fix the problem. He said "just leave the crack alone and drive it the way it is" Not happy about that. read more

They do not keep there promise on what they are going to do and they are easily confused and when they get it all wrong , they blame it all on you the customer. I typically don't like to do reviews, but my experience here is going to cost me over $1000 and I hope others can learn from my mistake. I brought the vehicle in on 4/27 to have the windshield replaced. They were closing at the time they finished, and on my way home I noticed that there was a whistling sound on the freeway distortions in the glass that were in my field of view, and even worse distortions on the passenger side. While I was inspecting the glass, i discovered that both side moldings were about an inch short, and there was exposed metal in between on one side. It was a really shoddy job and looked terrible. I brought it back the next day to show Jesse and David and was told the issue was the aftermarket moldings. They said they needed to order them from Honda and that it would take a couple weeks to get them and that they would call me when they came in to replace the windshield and moldings. I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything, so I called to check for status and was told Jesse would call me back. He didn't, so i drove down the next day and he told me that they were still waiting for moldings, i checked back the next week and he told me initially that he had checked the status and they were still waiting for moldings from the dealer. On 5/22 I still hadn't heard anything, so i called Chapman Honda myself and inquired about the moldings, they said they had all 4 in stock, and that they had been in stock for weeks, with multiple sets. I went to talk to Jesse about this on 5/23 and he told me there must have been a misunderstanding.... OK. We scheduled for 5/24 to replace the glass and to his credit, Jesse did bring 2 windshields for me to inspect for distortions before installation, and both were good. He also showed the molding fitment, which was much better with the Honda parts. After 2.5 hours, the car was done and I was then charged for the new moldings, and then I drove home. On the drive home, i discovered that i now have a loud rattle on the passenger side in the a-pillar and the dash near the windshield on the passenger side! I am so disgusted, I am not going to let them touch my car again, they are either incapable of doing the job correctly or they just don't care enough. So now after $330, 6+ hours of my time, and nearly a month of waiting, I get to go pay a dealership to do it right. read more

I needed a rear window glass replaced on a Volvo station wagon and phoned Tony's Auto Glass initially to get a quote on labor. Actually getting them to state an exact price proved quite difficult. I found it very frustrating trying to deal with this company over the phone. I get wholesale prices on Genuine Volvo parts and originally planned on buying my own rear glass and having Tony's install it. I let Jesse know exactly what price I could get the glass for (343.47) and he offered to extend his wholesale price to me on a Genuine Volvo glass. I tried a number of times to get a precise price quote from Jesse but he was always dodging the question and would never commit to a price. At this point I should have walked away and taken my business elsewhere but I stupidly did not. I asked if the total cost would be no more than 500 dollars and Jesse "didn't think it would be more than that." He also said the labor itself would "not be more than 150 dollars." Several times I reiterated the 500 dollar mark to him and he assured me it would be right around there but was waiting on his exact price on the glass. After the glass was installed I found out that the bill came to 805 dollars! I could have purchased the glass for 100 dollars less than what they charged me. Labor cost 165 and he charged me 65 for adhesive plus an 80 dollar mobile fee that he neglected to ever mention in any of our prior conversations. I have also never been charged a mobile fee for glass installation before. I left Jesse a voice message asking to call me back to talk about the bill and he ignored me. The same treatment for several follow-up phone calls. I would never do business with this company again. read more

Son quoted $260 but upped to over $400. Dropped car at noon. They close at 5 pm. Called at 3 pm to confirm would be done. Showed up at 4:30 and car not started yet. Wouldn't be done until 6 pm. Talked to Mgr Hiriam. Says call was rerouted to other store run by Hector Cruz. Their fault somehow. Just all miscommunication. Hiriam the manager should not be in customer service. Do not use this business. Call Glass Doctor. We did and getting it done at our work location for 8nly $250 total. Not over $400. read more

The oracle location quoted me $169 for my mercedes and told me that i can just go in to the irvington location on saturday since my work schedule didnt permit me to go to the oracle location. When i arrived i told them what they quoted me and said "no sorry the girl who quoted you is pretty new... the price is $287 because of the molding around your car window, the labor only takes about 3.5 hours"... i told them that i was taking my business elsewhere where i was quoted $189. I called Clear View back and they price matched the $169 and were even able to go to my work to install it there without an extra charge. They only took about an hour to install it and i asked the guy if it was hard work and he said no. read more

I visited a tire shop nearby for 4 new tires on my cousins 2007 Land Rover LR3. As I was waiting for the tires to be installed I walked around and saw Tony's Auto Glass store. After the install I drove by and saw dealer cars parked ready for service. I work at a dealer and figured this will be the best place for doing business. I came in and was greeted immediately and was told Jessie the manager will arrive in 5 minutes. He arrived in two minutes and gave me a lower quote than expected. He included OEM glass with the moldings and everything was in stock. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Jesse and his team for all future purchases. read more

Dont waste your time. Setup initial appointment. On the day of the appointment I called to verify what time they would be arriving. They wanted to reschedule due to rain. (It wasnt). 2nd appointment setup. On the day of appointment I was told that I was to be an early priority appointment due to reschedule. Nothing later than noon is was I was told. At 11:18 I get a call from the secretary stating the tech was 15 - 30 minutes behind. At 245 I get a call from the technician. At this point I was already at work, which I rearranged twice for them. I will be talking to the Phelps family about no longer using them as a reference for Oracle ford. Complete waste of time and they treat you as though you are bothering them. read more

I brought my car in 10minutes prior to my appointment and 2+ hours later and they STILL hadn't taken my car back!! The absolute WORST service I have ever had!!!
