TMG came out in person, assessed it for free, and immediately said he could make it work by adjusting the metal enough to fit the glass. When the owner arrived, he told me it would take about 45 minutes to complete, but he finished the repair in just 30 minutes. I've had bad experiences with Safelite before, so I gave it a thorough inspection and it looked flawless. No adhesive residue anywhere, no leftover glass or debris, no smudges or fingerprints on the glass, and he even saved and reinstalled all the service stickers I had on my old windshield. It's been a few weeks since it was replaced and I'm happy to report that there are no issues. Summary: 10/10 recommend. Pricing was more than fair. In fact, it was cheaper than almost everybody else. Safelite was $20 cheaper, but that extra $20 bucks was well worth the convenience, professionalism, and quality of work that I received. Plus, I'd much rather support a local business than Safelite.
