I was in an accident with a semi-truck where the trailer shattered my back windshield and damaged the rear quarter panel/metal around the glass. Other companies said they couldn't replace the window because the metal was encroaching into the space where the glass needed to go. TMG came out in person, assessed it for free, and immediately said he could make it work by adjusting the metal enough to fit the glass. He even had the glass with him and was willing to do it on the spot. I had to leave, so he came back a second time and completed the job today. Sounds like basic stuff but so many businesses get this part wrong. Quality of Work: On the company website, they claim to finish most repairs in under an hour. When the owner arrived, he told me it would take about 45 minutes to complete, but he finished the repair in just 30 minutes. I've had bad experiences with Safelite before, so I gave it a thorough inspection and it looked flawless. No adhesive residue anywhere, no leftover glass or debris, no smudges or fingerprints on the glass, and he even saved and reinstalled all the service stickers I had on my old windshield. It's been a few weeks since it was replaced and I'm happy to report that there are no issues. Summary: 10/10 recommend. Pricing was more than fair. In fact, it was cheaper than almost everybody else. Safelite was $20 cheaper, but that extra $20 bucks was well worth the convenience, professionalism, and quality of work that I received. Plus, I'd much rather support a local business than Safelite. I have another car that needs a replacement and I will definitely be going to him. The quote he gave me was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes I received.

Tony's called my insurance, then called me back with them on the line! Took my insurance a couple weeks to get Tony's paid and for windshield to come in...windshield need to be calibrated now because they have cameras and sensors in new cars! It finally came in and I was called to make install appointment. We were told it would take 4 to 5 hours, but it would be ready by 4. They called us at 2pm and it was done! So far everything is working great! Didn't cost us anything with comprehensive coverage and we have a new windshield! Thank you Tony's Auto Glass!!
