Dangerous!!! Metal filings left. When I ask the installer to clean up he acted put out and told me that those metal filings weren't as dangerous as others. When I found additional metal filings in the rock of my landscaping Plus sharp cut pieces of metal left from the install again in the rock of my landscaping. No my landscaping is contaminated with a sharp pieces of metal. The representative came out supposedly to figure out what we can do and he basically treated me like I was lying to him. I said I wanted this section of rock which was near where they worked sifted through so I didn't have any metal in it and he refused. Told me I could call the better Business bureau in the ROC. If you are concerned about getting a metal filing in your foot don't use this company! read more

I travel a lot and worry about a break in while I am gone so when I heard about these screens on the radio, I decided to get some for all my windows and doors. It took Bulldog 12 weeks to make them but when they arrived, definitely worth the wait. I believe it would be easier for someone to break in through a wall then to try and go through the screens and they look fantastic. The guys that installed them were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend these screens for home protection. read more

I highly recommend these guys. I gave them a call for an estimate. An employee came and took measurements and provided a quote. It was a low-pressure sales pitch. We talked financing and got approved on the spot with a lender. Best part? The price was less than half of the competition. Fast forward to working with the office on coordinating the install. They made some parts the wrong color, but caught the mistake prior to the install date. I received a call and was informed about the issue. The company was transparent and did not try to pressure me into accepting the screens with the wrong color. We had to push the date back a few days, but it was nice that the mistake was found before the actual installers came. On the date of the install, everyone that came to our home was wonderful. Everyone that came was a real credit to society, spoke English, was easy to communicate with, and was very professional. All of these traits I feel are important when dealing with home security. One of the screens was the wrong size, which meant they had to come back a few days later. Every visit had the same great customer service. The quality is wonderful. They brought an old screen and a crowbar for me to test the product. I barely dented the screen with the crowbar teeth. I tried, and failed, to identify anything wrong with their product. My screens look amazing. I could not be happier with this company and have already recommended it to several friends. My home feels safer, looks better, and will be better guarded from heat in the summer. It was low cost and low stress getting these screens installed. I went to the office of Security Screen Masters to see some of their products. I talked to Bonnie and she was very helpful with showing me the products they had in their office and gave me an estimate of the price and design. A representative then came to my house and I picked out the design and color. I called Bonnie again because she had suggested a few changes to my design and I liked her ideas. BUYER BEWARE! I bought 22,000 dollars of security screens and doors from this company 1 year ago. I was a proud owner until one of the screens blew off its "hinge" and landed in the windshield of my girlfriend's parked car. I contacted the company to see if they would honor their 2 year warranty. Bonnie is the lady that answers the phone. When I talked to Bonnie she had no empathy or sympathy. Didnt even mention the damage to my girlfriend's car. She simply doesnt care. It's been 1 month we've been without the car because of glass back orders. As far as the warranty goes she said it doesnt cover if the door is unlatched and the wind blows it off. I told her my receipt doesnt say anything about what the warranty does and does not cover. She said it's in my paperwork. I told her I did not recieve the paperwork. Is that my fault? To make things worse upon examining the screen that blew off i noticed the "hinge" wasnt a hinge. All it is, is a 2 inch pin on each side of the screen. The pin is the weakest link in the screen. All it takes is for the wind to kick up and blow this "security screen" of its frame. Wow 22,000 dollars for that garbage and they wont honor their warranty. Spend your money somewhere else. I called a second time to speak with the owner or manager. Bonnie said he was out of town and that he is aware of my situation. I told her I wanted to speak with him anyways. She said he would call me back. It's been 1 week and no call back. These people gave a tail light warranty. Once you see their tail lights as they drive off that's when your warranty ends. read more
