I purchased two folding/sliding vertical blinds for my two sliding doors and a bedroom blind and living room blind. Both room blinds can be opened/closed from the top, bottom or both. I had the living room blind motorized because it is larger and close access to it is blocked (well worth the extra cost). The sale representative arrived at the house on time. He listened to what we wanted, offered options but did not try to up sell us. I appreciated that. The install team was quick at their job and they cleaned up all the packaging. They then explained how to operate all of the blinds. I recommend this Tucson company. read more

I purchased blinds and shutters a year and a half ago which was a great experience. I thought it was a very fair price and the did an awesome job. Fast forward to last week where somehow a small knot appeared in one of the tiny lines supporting one of the blinds. They were out in a few days and resolved the freak incident in 10 minutes. They also adjusted the blinds back to as good as new. Couldn't be happier. I need to get 3 more blinds on a couple of doors and 1 window and will be having them out again very soon. We needed special-order blinds because of the year our home was built. Rather than purchase from a big box store, we wanted to shop local. Aztec Blinds is a local, family-owned and family-operated store. Oscar came out to measure our windows and made suggestions to help us find the right window coverings. Once the blinds were in stock, the office called to schedule the installation. Liliana was very professional and scheduled us for a time that was convenient to everyone. I am normally a DIY kind of guy, but when faced with odd shaped windows in a room with cathedral ceilings, I knew I needed a professional. I had a great experience with Aztec Blinds and Shutters. At the in-home consult, when it was clear I had no idea what I was doing picking from such a wide selection of interior solar shades, Oscar helped me narrow down the right % and made some suggestions of what is very popular with his customers. I never felt pressured at any time, and his quote came in far less that Budget Blinds. After paying 50% at the time of order, my shades were available from the factory in a little over 2 weeks. Install was very fast, and Oscar and his helper were very careful in my home so as not to damage anything. The other 50% of the total was due at time of install. Oscar is the best! We moved into a new house that had very few window coverings. We wanted plantation shutters and I went to Yelp to help me find a few companies to get pricing from. And again, Yelp didn't let us down! He arrived at our new house, was done with measurements in what felt like 2 minutes, got out his laptop, worked up the quote, printed it out (my husband still talks about the portable printer), gave us the warranty info, explained the process and if we had any questions he was a phone call away. We felt that his expertise, quality of shutters and pricing couldn't be beat. We did get a few other quotes, but seriously, Oscar beat them all. Install was a breeze!
