    After years of doing business with this company and up until this point only being a paying client…read more We needed after the sale customer service from them for the first time and that's where service went out the window (pun intended). I have never felt that I needed to write a negative review for a company before although this time I feel its in our communities best interest to do so. We needed a slider that we purchased from them serviced so I called the office main line. The lady that answered the phone was immediately unwilling to help us any further after the first service address I gave her was not one where she believed we bought a slider from them at. She was also unwilling to help me to figure this out. After a week of looking ourselves for our invoice/ receipts/ payment sources on this property I the customer had to determine that they put our information in incorrectly. We do have several addresses in this complex. So it is understandably why they would have used one of the other addresses in their system although she was unwilling to look up our info any other way. Once I brought this to their attention this is where we became the target of her rage honestly we couldn't even get to the part of discussing that the service address was just put in wrong by them because well she was adamant it could absolutely not be their fault it had to be the clients fault. So telling us that there is no way that's their screen and saying that they will not service a screen that's not theirs although understandable up front I wouldn't do those things either, it isn't and wasn't the case in our situation. Having to fight with them should never be what a customer / client needs to go through to be provided kind customer service by a company you do business with. With out going into the mudslinging If you value your time and the money you make and believe that after the sale customer service is just as important if not more as purchasing a quality product from the company your working with than I urge you to work with another company. These folks do not care about retaining your business only getting it! So sad we are made to do this as a response to the companies inappropriate response which just goes to show their ethics. To all of you who will read the companies reply our invoice number with them is 2372-2 in regards to this issue. It clearly states the full name just last name address email address and location. Without showing our personal information know that if what they are saying was true then she would of been able to pull up the information as she says based on that. In addition she contradicts herself by stating the two times we talks totaling 11 minutes and then goes on to extend the time frame. Do what's in you and your families best interest and do not trust these people in your home. I might remind them and add we are your customer and that's what we are saying about you. I again just like over email with you ( where the email you sent my invoice to would have clearly pulled us up although you said you did that right )remind you I Thank you for showing us who you really are and how you lack basic decency and your unwillingness to serve your customer after the sale. I hope guys do better with the people you have left to serve
