He answered all my questions and then scheduled me a date/time to meet. The customer service and professionalism from Carlos was awesome! I was very comfortable visiting with him and Carlos gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase. As we all know, window treatments can get expensive. On a side note, I had reached out to another vendor prior to AZ Blind Brothers and was honestly "sticker shocked" with the quote. The costs very on blinds in general and so will the quality. Once I contact a company with a high rating it becomes a question of customer service. I had a negative experience with an internet company just with first contact by phone. My first contact with Arizona Blind Brothers was a very positive experience and we are happy we continued with them. The old pull type of blinds are no longer made and replaced with a pull wand that twists to turn the slats. I was disappointed they weren't available until we received our new blinds.
