This is an initial review since I only finished the first part (ordering) of two (installing). I reached out to AZ Blind Brothers through Yelp. Carlos responded right a way. He answered all my questions and then scheduled me a date/time to meet. The customer service and professionalism from Carlos was awesome! I was very comfortable visiting with him and Carlos gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase. As we all know, window treatments can get expensive. On a side note, I had reached out to another vendor prior to AZ Blind Brothers and was honestly "sticker shocked" with the quote. After living in a new place for over a year, it was finally time to upgrade our blinds. We were looking for a blackout solution for three of our windows and called Arizona's Blind Brothers to get a quote. Carlos came out and was so nice and professional. I had a negative experience with an internet company just with first contact by phone. My first contact with Arizona Blind Brothers was a very positive experience and we are happy we continued with them. The old pull type of blinds are no longer made and replaced with a pull wand that twists to turn the slats. I was disappointed they weren't available until we received our new blinds.
