From start to finish this was easily the smoothest, most transparent and painless transaction I've ever had with a contractor. We wanted shutters for the entire house and was I surprised on the pricing! Matt came to the house, listened to what we wanted, went over product types, colors, explained warranties, build and shipping times, measured the windows, and gave us a price to include any discounts he could offer. Lifetime warranty on parts and labor (Norman shutters). Communicative throughout. Once the shutters came in Matt immediately scheduled the install, showed up on time, in and out in a few hours. We are very pleased and satisfied with Matt and his company. I'll be referring any of my family, friends and real estate clients to Eclipse Window Coverings! read more

Process was great from start to finish. John came out and measured all the windows to prepare quote and was only 1 of 2 contractors that actually had a ladder (total of 5 contractors responded to request for quote). Their quote was fair and in the middle of 5 quotes. They came back out to final measure before placing the order for the solar sun screens. Once screens were completed the install went quick. There was 1 screen that the factory made too long. Not a problem ... they took it back and installed a new one within the week. I would highly recommend Eclipse! read more

Found this business on Yelp & called to get an estimate for 3 windows. Even though mine was a small job, Eclipse was entirely professional & efficient! John came out & measured, gave me an estimate on the spot, a reasonable price, & explained the entire process to me. He did everything on time & as promised; in other words, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I waited a month before reviewing Eclipse because I wanted to see if any problems arose but am still happy. I highly recommend this business. read more

We went with eclipse because they do the work themselves, and there's no middle person. They weren't the cheapest, but they seem to be the best value for what we wanted. read more

Immediately our home has become more comfortable! What a difference-wonderful. No more heat from sun shining in. That afternoon we set thermostat at 84, instead of the usual 80. Plus love the privacy with dark screens! I highly recommend them!! Very reasonably priced too! read more

Great service - fast delivery - professional - followed up after product installed

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I chose Matt based on interviewing about five other companies and the existing reviews on Yelp. Every review you read that gives him high praise is right on point. He goes above and beyond, he met me on a Sunday to look at my windows in a house that was under construction and I was here on a short visit. He and I picked out beautiful fabrics that matched the rooms perfectly. He worked with us diligently through the quoting phase and during this global pandemic never made excuses, but just informed me of factory status. Yesterday he came with another installation guy and together they installed 24 blinds perfectly and quickly. Kudos to Matt who is not only a great guy, but a consummate professional who takes his business very seriously. read more

When I initially set out to find a decent place to install blinds, I was just worried I would run into problems in some form or another and was prepared for the inevitable headache. Enter Eclipse. The owner/operator, Matthew, was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and was always punctual/professional. If you're looking for a legitimate place for window coverings, this is THE place!! P.s.- The pricing is extremely reasonable as well. Thanks again, Matt & Team! read more

I do not normally write reviews but they deserve my time! Got our shutters in at our new home today. They are amazing and I wish I could rate them higher than a five. I was apprehensive because there are so many companies out there trying to sell.... but they are exact to what they say especially for the shutters. I was slightly worried, but I'm glad I went with my gut on them. Amazing job and great installation. It took longer than most companies to build because of the style I got, but Matt was open with communication through yelp and text at all times. Thank you for making my home even more beautiful! read more

Eclipse was great. Matt was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the different products and never tried to upsell. We told him we were on a budget and he helped us figure out the best coverings for us. When they came to install it was so fast and easy. Their prices beat a large competitor's pricing and their samples looked so much better too. The finished result is perfect. read more

A friend recommended Eclipse Window Coverings to me. I called and spoke to Matt. He worked with my busy schedule and was able to come to my home just two days later! He came with samples and recommended some colors to me that I was very grateful for; he's got a good eye for decor and prevented me from choosing the wrong color. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, and quoted me a price that was surprisingly inexpensive compared to some of the others I spoke to. He told me it would take 6 weeks for all my treatments to be done (they were all custom). I had the plantation shutters in the living room and master bedroom done, as well as honeycomb shades in a bedroom and bathroom. It was just after 5 weeks that I got a call from him to schedule an install date. We scheduled an install date and an arrival window. He came on a Sunday and did the install, which was great so I didn't have to take off work. I was REALLY impressed at that. He texted me with an ETA which was well within the timeframe we had previously discussed, which helped a lot so I knew when to put the dog outside. He and another guy John came to install. Both worked together very well, and were professional yet courteous and friendly. They obviously knew what they were doing; demolition and re-install didn't take very long at all and I'm elated with the results. I highly recommend Eclipse Window Coverings to anyone who wants good window treatments at a great price. read more

Highly recommend. Matthew came out and measured / quoted for a couple of large window coverings for us, walked us through the different options, and then came back to install. Very painless / easy process, and the window coverings themselves look great and are doing a good job. Just asked for a quote for some more windows! read more

Love love our new shutters. Matt is excellent and did an amazing job measuring, explaining the product choices and options, and keeping us posted on the install. Our new shutters made a tremendous difference from our old blinds and they are real wood. We needed to do the house in two separate parts due to a remodel going on and it was easy to accommodate. Matt has a variety of products and we will be ordering more when the kitchen is ready for new shades! read more

We started working with Matt when we bought our house a couple months ago. His pricing was fair and the service was fantastic. Initially, we bought for the whole house, but left a couple of windows bare for the extra light. Well, too much light. Recently, Matt came by and was able to provide the same shades we had in the rest of the house for the windows. Always professional, courteous and timely. Highly recommended! read more

Got a good quote from this place. They have a nice competitive price. I just decided to y with a different company because I liked a different valance for roll up blinds. read more

This is an excellent company. We ordered 4 inch shutters at their recommendation and are not disappointed. They came out beautifully and were very very reasonably priced! Matt took our order measured and installed. He and his crew were very pleasant , hardworking and do excellent work. They were also very careful to clean up thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Great experience from start to finish! I purchased a home with hideous blinds. Matt from Eclipse was able to come to my home soon after I contacted him, presented me with numerous attractive options that fit in my price range, and installed my blinds a few weeks after I ordered them (right on the timeline that he promised). My home looks so much better! I've recommended Eclipse to friends without hesitation. read more

Thank you again Yelp for bringing me to yet another GREAT business. Everything you read about Matt and Eclipse Window covering is true, from the first phone call to installation, excellent service. I needed a change in our office and we had some tenant improvement money to spend. I got 3 quotes and although his did come in the lowest, it wasn't about the money, it was the customer service. However when I saw how affordable he was I then had him come to my house and I ordered faux wood blinds for my home as well. Thank you Matt for all your help and input in my decisions, I couldn't be happier! read more

So incredibly easy to work with! Matt responded within minutes of me sending him a yelp message and then came the following day to provide a quote and help me pick out a blackout shade for my sliding patio door. His prices seemed fair so I went for it and 10 days later, I had a blackout shade. Installation took just 15 minutes. I wish all home improvement projects would go as smoothly as this one. I found EWC here on yelp and I am extremely satisfied with my new shutters and honeycomb shades! Matt is very professional and prompt and came out within a day or two of our first contact here on yelp. He brought samples and explained everything very clearly so I never felt confused. I like to think of myself as a "smart shopper" (with high standards) so I got 3 in person quotes after Matt and I can honestly say I wasted my time with the other people. Matt measured and quoted my whole house and was flexible enough to allow me to re do the windows in phases for budgeting purposes at no extra cost. Not to mention, he has the best prices and I compared him to other people who sold Norman products. Install occurred before promised as well. We will be using Matt at EWC again and recommending to friends! read more

Matt was very easy to work with. We got shutters and blinds with him. Due to the pandemic our shutters took a long time to arrive, but Matt gave us realistic expectations up front and contacted us right when they came in to get installed. So far we love the window coverings! read more

I don't write reviews often, so when I do it's because of exceptional work/ products. We just bought our home, and needed blinds before our baby arrived. I found Eclipse based on Yelp reviews, and they have lived up to the reputation. Matt, the owner, answered the phone himself on a Sunday afternoon, and then made time to come to our home for a same-day estimate. I knew little about blinds, and he answered ALL of our questions patiently. He helped us make an informed decision about what was best for our home with our priorities in mind (easy to clean, not too expensive, and durable). He is modest, but Matt is both experienced in window treatments and general home construction. He ordered the blinds, installed them ahead of schedule and in perfect timing for our baby's arrival. He even demonstrated the safety features of the break-away drawstring for child safety. He took his time and was very personable. Shortly afterwards, Matt followed up to ensure the blinds were working well and asked about our new baby. We have had the blinds for a few months, and they still look great without any issues. In short, I would use them again and will continue to recommend them to friends/family! Phenomenal customer service, great products and pricing, and reasonable turnaround time--Matt and Eclipse are excellent! read more

I could not be happier with my new blinds from Eclipse Window Coverings. Matt came out, measured my windows, and gave me a very fair quote. I placed the order since his quote was the best of 3 I had gotten. When the blinds came in, Matt contacted me to schedule the installation. He and his assistant arrived on installation day on time and ready to get to work. It took them about two and a half hours to remove the old mini blinds and install new blinds on 18 windows. They worked efficiently and carefully. I can't say enough how pleased I am not only with how the blinds look, but also how Matt explained my options and treated me well. I highly recommend Eclipse! read more

Just moved into a new home so called out a few blind companies for multiple quotes on blinds, shutters, and screens. Matt came out and was super honest, helpful, & quick! Due to time constraints we had 3 companies at the same time & he kept his cool & professionalism to sell _his product & services_. We ended up going with him & ordered blinds for part of the house, shutters for the rest, and screens for the entire house. Blinds came in and his install was awesome, he & his partner got them up super quick without fuss & let us know the shutters would come in a couple weeks after. We went with a grey blind & absolutely LOVED them!! He made mention of how his blinds don't allow sunlight (through holes) through them & the difference is huge, they truly cover the heat out when closed. The shutters came in & again the install was amazing, we couldn't be happier with the end result & so glad we went with Matt & his team. We've already had a few neighbors come by to ask about the screens because they loved them and one lady even asked to come in & look at our blinds since she was so impressed! We will definitely refer him for anyone interested in his services. Payment was via square so it was super easy! Thanks Matt!! read more

We had moved into our new home right before the summer and did a few projects with the blinds being the last one on the list. Our house was extremely difficult to stay cool and we were using more A/C than necessary. We had our windows quoted by another company in the valley and shockingly they never showed up to install our blinds or return our calls/e-mails! It so tough to find companies that you can trust and so my friend referred me to Eclipse Window Coverings. Matt scheduled a convenient time to come over and evaluate our windows. He recommended honeycomb shades for our large windows and faux wood blinds for the rest of the rooms. He gave us a quote which was about 1/2 the price from the other company. Matt and Janine returned a few weeks later and got all 8 windows done in less than 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the results because they look great and we have been able to cut down on the A/C. The honeycomb blinds insulate the house, keeping it nice and cool during the summer months. Thank you Eclipse Windows for your professional work and time!! read more

If you want the best quality at the lowest price I highly recommend getting your product from Eclipse Window Coverings. If you could have seen the disaster of mini blinds in my place before having my plantation shutters installed you wouldn't even recognize my place. I got my whole house done for 1/3 of the price that I was going to get charged by Home Depot either doing the measurements myself or having a contractor come out. Matthew was prompt to get over to my place and get my measurements. the process was painless and 6 weeks later he showed up and had them all installed in no time and my expectations were met and even exceeded what I was anticipating. I really wish I had more ways to promote this place because you can't get a better price and service than with this company. read more

Like many I redid my house while socially restricted. I tried getting estimates from other outfits and did not hear back until reaching Matt at Eclipse Window Coverings. Installation was on time, easy and masked up. I recommend Eclipse Window Coverings. read more
