I've had almost all of the local window blind and Hunter Douglas reps to my home for decorating ideas and price quotes. Hands down without a doubt, I would only order with and use Blind Occasions, LLC. Crystal and her husband Jason run the business! They are amazing, we ordered blinds for our 5,300 sq ft home and they were wonderful! Not only did Crystal spend HOURS with us to help choose design and color but the ordering process was extremely easy and fluid. Jason has an eye for detail and does an amazing job installing to perfection! He goes above and beyond. The customer service exceeds expectations and they stand by their work and product! Don't bother calling anyone else or wasting time with other reps and vendors, best prices, best products and best customer service! read more

I ordered three blinds, but when they came the color was wrong on two of them (I believe a factory error), but they took care of it without hesitation, reordering the blinds in the correct color. They were always on time, and installation went seamlessly. Also, the wand for the blind over the kitchen was so short (apparently it is supposed to be no longer than 1/3 the length of the blind) that I couldn't reach it without pulling out a stool, so when they saw the issue they replaced it with a longer wand without me even having to ask for it. All in all, they were great to work with, and I would definitely use them again. read more

We've had all of our blinds replaced by Blind Occassions and they were definitely the best choice! Professional, knowledgeable, accurate, beautiful fabric choices and easy to work with. read more

We used Blind occasions several years ago for blinds and everything was great, we decided to update to custom shutters this year. We placed the order in October and told to expect 8 plus weeks for install. About 4 weeks later they called and said the shutters are in and set up the install for today. This company is absolutely top notch and when they can get things done early they don't hesitate to get it done. This is so amazing because we never thought they would be in before Thanksgiving. If you need window treatments and don't call them you are making a mistake. Their products and services are the highest quality but the prices are not. Special shout out to Issac for the clean and professional install, he also doesn't mind our dogs which is a plus as well! read more

Blind Occasions did the repairs on my shutters after some of the slats were chewed by a dog. For some companies this would be a small repair, but not for Blind Occasions. They treated me with respect and professionalism all the same. The slats were color matched and you cannot even tell there was ever an issue! I am very impressed with the quality and service. I will always bring my blind and shutter business back to them! Highly recommend!! read more

Loved working with Blind Occasions and so happy to be able to support a small business! Crystal was helpful with picking out what color and type of window coverings would look good and keeping my budget in mind. I am OBSESSED with my window shade for my large kitchen window. There was a bit of a wait for the blinds/shade to come in, but once supplies came they were quick to get them installed. Jason was so kind and quick installing all the blinds/shades in our home. I highly recommend supporting this local business! read more

I was referred to Jason by the local blind dealer. We have Hunter Douglas electronic blinds that operate with the remote control. You know that home that sits right in the entrance to the community by the mailbox. While it's great to be able to look out and see who's coming and going, without our blinds, let's just say, life was a little transparent. At 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon we left voicemail for Jason. At 6:30 PM he called us back to see how he could help us. Whilst Jason was certainly willing to set up an appointment and come over, he also said he might be able to walk us through a repair solution. Just a few minutes later, sure enough, he helped us figure out what was wrong. A true entrepreneur who is polite, kind and on it. read more

Jason was quick to respond to my message, and I was able to easily setup an appointment for a minor repair to my Hunter Douglas Luminette window covering. He arrived during the designated appointment time, took COVID distancing precautions (wore booties & mask), and my repair was done quickly for the price of the service call. I would definitely use Blind Occasions again, as well as recommend them to others! read more

Crystal and Jason are super to work with! She spent all the time with me I needed to arrive at a choice on which Hunter Douglas panel blinds I wanted. She was knowledgable about the product and very helpful in that regard. Crystal dedicates herself to making sure her customers get exactly what they want. Jason was punctual and skilled at installation, a total professional who takes pride in his work. He even came back for a follow-up visit to answer a question I had about my blinds! Our tenant's dog decided to chew on and eat the old plantation shutters on our rental home. I read all the yelp reviews for other companies and settled on trying Blind Occasions. Crystal listened when I described what happened and understood when I said I needed our repairs rushed because we needed to show the property. Not only did Jason finish and install quicker than promised, he was able to match the older slats perfectly. You can't even tell the replacement slats and the work was done at such a reasonable price. Their communication was excellent, they do great work and they are flexible in meeting the needs of their clients. Don't hesitate to call them for your shutter repairs. Denise M read more

Recently we had Blind Occasions replace old blinds with beautiful roller shades on 16 of our windows. Everything, from Crystal coming out to give us a quote to Trent performing the installation, was professional and top notch. We appreciated how Crystal asked questions and listened to us as we discussed how the window treatments would fit into our lifestyle. We had it in our minds to install 2" wood blinds, but after Crystal heard we like to pull them up all the way, daily, she suggested they would be too heavy and not last. Her suggestion of roller blinds was greatly appreciated because we LOVE them! We love the clean look and the ease of raising them daily. Also, when they are down, they filter out the heat and at night they are private. We are happy and completely satisfied with our decision to use Blind Occasions. :-) read more

We have had Jason and Crystal help us with multiple of our blinds projects around the house! Our most recent was getting plantation blinds for our room addition we did. This review is a few months overdue. Jason and Crystal took wonderful care of us, and did a beautiful job putting up our (high!) motorized blinds. Their quote was fair, they triple checked the measurements, and they communicated well. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Jason is the guy to call! After contacting four other companies and receiving no call backs I found Blind Occasions. Wish I would have found them first. Jason returned my call the same day. They was booked out for a few days, but he was able to come on a day and time that worked for me. They gave me a 30 minute courtesy call, arrived right on time this morning and had our blinds fixed in no time. All at a reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that. read more

What can we say about Jason with Blind Occasions??? We live in a remote community and had ordered our blinds from another vendor. That vendor hired another company to do the install and what a nightmare that installer was. Then the vendor hired Jason from Blind Occasions to come up and fix what the other installer had messed up, plus he finished the install. Jason was nothing but professional, cleaned as he went (unlike the other installer), got all our blinds level and in sink. Even months after the install, we called him as we were having an issue and he told us how to resolve the issue without having to hire him to come out. 5 star service all the way and Blind Occasions has earned all of our future business. read more

I have been working with Crystal on a new home that needs window coverings. She has been amazing. She answers all my calls and questions without hesitation. Overall, this was such an easy process that I recommended her to my daughter for her window coverings. I have not yet received my order as it takes a few weeks, but I am sure it will be wonderful! read more

Absolutely beautiful work and amazing customer service. Had several quotes and so happy we went with blind occasions. They installed shutters throughout our entire house and the results are jaw dropping. So gorgeous. What a transformation. It was a big job and Jason spent a few days in our house. We recently had our plantation style shutters ordered and installed by Crystal and Jason. WOW! I don't know what else to say other than I am extremely happy with the outcome. We were in the process of building a new home at the time we first contacted Crystal. She promptly setup an appointment to meet us at the house to give a quote. They were priced very reasonably and much better than any other installers I had found. After we moved in they scheduled a time to install and showed up promptly at 9:00AM as they had scheduled. Jason showed up and had all 12 shutters installed by 1:00PM. He was very comfortable to be around and was more than willing to explain the installation process. When he finished he re-checked all of the shutters to make sure they opened and closed properly, something I know most companies would not care to do. Overall, I would not change anything about this process and I cannot thank them enough for such quality work at a very reasonable price. Thank you Crystal and Jason! read more

Upgrading window treatments in a large home after over 20 years is a major home improvement project. If I could give more than 5 stars for my review of Blind Occasions I would because of their integrity and outstanding service! I researched products and companies online, received a few quotes, and then someone I know told me about her experience with Blind Occasions. The owners, Crystal and Jason, are warm and friendly, and they made the experience incredibly positive. Crystal came over twice before I made my final decision, and both times she never made me feel rushed or pressured. I fell in love with the the Hunter Douglas products, especially the Dual Roller Shades to replace the blinds throughout my home (that's over two dozen windows!). Crystal was so helpful with explaining all of options with colors, fabrics, and the various operating systems. Crystal offered practical recommendations for each room, which proved she and Jason run their business with the best interest of their customers in mind. Without Crystal's expertise input, I would have been overwhelmed and unable to decide what I wanted on my own. After ordering, I received updates from Crystal's assistant, Masami, as to the status of my order because there were delays due to supply issues. Masami was as professional and pleasant as Crystal and Jason when we spoke on the phone. Having a home improvement service in your home for hours can be very stressful, but Jason was incredibly friendly, personable, and professional during the installation process, which took two visits. Both visits were not stressful at all. Jason was meticulous when installing my shades, he made sure connectivity for the motorized ones worked using the app and remote controls, he clearly explained how to use them, and he cleaned everything up thoroughly. I am beyond thrilled with the final outcome of this major home improvement project. It was worth every single dollar spent! read more

We made a bold move in choosing purple shutters, he supported us in our decision and they turned out beautiful!! We would highly recommend Blind Occasions! read more

I'm always impressed when you call a business and the owner answers the phone. I spoke with Jason and explained that I already had some blinds and sunshades that I needed to get installed. He gave me an installation quote that was extremely reasonable and we booked an appointment. The day of the appointment he sent me a text to see if it was alright to come a little early which worked out great. Everything was installed and working perfectly in about an hour. If I had tried to do the installation myself I probably could have done it but it would have taken me all day. It was more than worth it to have a professional take care of everything. I will definitely be hiring Jason for the blinds and installation when I get vertical blinds for my patio doors. read more

Moved into a rental with missing window coverings on 6 windows. It's has been awhile since I have purchased blinds or curtains and so I thought, "it is only for a year, we will just throw up some cheap curtains". If you are reading this you are probably smarter than I was and know by the time you buy those cheap curtains from Wal-Mart, Target or Amazon along with the curtain rod, it isn't so cheap. In comes Crystal and Jason to the rescue. A friend recommended Blind Occasions to me, I called and Crystal came right out to measure my windows and gave me honest advice on what I should do. We put up an economical blind that matches the wood shutters in the rest of the house. They ordered the blinds and Jason came out to install about a week later. It was easy, economical and they look so much better than those cheap curtains I was going to get from Target. I will be using Blind Occasions when I purchase my window coverings for my new house, they are honest, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and provided great customer service!!! Thank you again Crystal and Jason!!!! read more

In a word - fantastic! That describes our experience with Blind Occasions. The Keith's know blinds and truly know the meaning of superb customer service. Jason came out first to repair a 17 year old motorized honeycomb blind. He made additional repairs not part of the work order but the motorized blind could not be repaired due to parts no longer manufactured (which I was also told by the manufacturer). Bottom line, he would not accept payment for the service call because it couldn't be repaired. We received several quotes and chose Blind Occasions for their reputation and professionalism, AND price. Plus no pressure or up-sale. The 6 new blinds were installed today to our total satisfaction. We highly recommended Blind Occasions - you will not go wrong with the choice! read more

Jason is incredible! After what I figured was a total destruction of my shutters I was afraid I would have to scrap them all and shell out a ridiculous amount of money to have them replaced. A friend of mine referred me to Jason. Everything ran smoothly from the time I called until he was (luckily) able to repair the shutters! He was on time, professional, pricing was fair, and the job he did was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely recommend his services to those who need it. Thank you, Jason! read more
