I ordered four solar screens and two patio roll down shades. I received the window screens withing a few days and Allan had them all installed in 30 minutes. 4/5/2019 With the hot summer days approaching so do high electricity bills. I decided to offset this and get sun screens installed on my home. I called up many companies who seemed to be booked up or not figure out a way to earn my business. Wednesday March 20, 2019 I came across Allan and Element Sun Screens. I immediately got a hold of Allan via phone and spoke with him. I told him what I wanted and any concerns I had. He did a great job addressing everything. The same day I sent Allan photos of my windows with sizing I did (keep in mind these were sizes taken by a person who is not a professional) Allan then gave me options and recommendations I took the week to think things through We then made an appointment for him to come out Thursday March 28, 2019 Allan was prompt and arrived and got proper measurements and gave me an actual price for the sunscreens and labor. I knew by then I was going to be getting screens put on so I put a deposit and Allan gave me the weekend to think of how I wanted the screens to look. I was uncertain whether to go 80% or 90% sun visibility. Allan was patient and by Sunday I had an answer. Him and his men worked fast and had my screens done. Friday April 5, 2019 Right at 10:30am like he said. Allan and his crew were out and had my new sunscreens installed. I arrived back at my home 11:10am and he walked me around my home made sure I was satisfied with the work and showed me the proper ways of removing the screens and cleaning them. I was highly impressed by the level of care and craftsmanship Allan and Element Sunscreens took to make sure I was satisfied. Allan went above and beyond for me. Great experience all around. Price for 10 windows and an Arcadia door seemed very fair. Allan came out, friendly guy, did all the measurements and also took our screen door with him to be re-screened. A few days later he was back early in the morning to install. The finished result looks great, and more importantly works as intended. Monitoring my daily energy usage on APS.com, on my 1st full day with the sun screens I used 26kWh less energy. That's a lot! 30 days with same results would be approx 780kWh saved. We'll see, but i'm optimistic as inside is very comfortable and I can tell the AC isn't working as hard to keep the house cool.
