Labor is OK, but the materials they use for screens are terrible. Lose color and they smell chemicals.

CC Shade Solutions does wonderful, high quality work! Will be using them again soon for next house.

My husband and I wanted to get sunscreens before summer hit & got a couple of estimates. Seth came and measured for screens on our entire home and promptly gave us a VERY fair quote....best price we came across. We decided to do some upgrades to all the window screens and Seth was again prompt with a new quote which was worth every penny and very affordable! Let me tell you.....WE LOVE THEM!!! The sunscreens are very high quality and they have completely upgraded the look of our home!! Seth was very professional and does an amazing job! We had only one small issue afterward and it was promptly handled. We highly recommend CC Sunscreens!! read more

It is interesting that it has taken five months for a response. It is interesting the choice of words in the response as well. On this particular location on the 60 was near the high school/schools. I do agree driving is not a race, which is why I drive the speed limit. Given the number of road rage incidents that occur on a daily basis, I find it extremely dangerous to ever attempt to speed up or cut someone off. Besides the law requiring the use of a turn signal 100 yards before a turn, the effort to avoid a collision, and the effort to avoid any potential road rage incidents, if someone uses a turn signal, I would continue to follow the rules of the road, and the law. If someone uses a turn signal, it indicates to the other drivers the intention to either merge or turn. None of these things occurred on this night five months ago. As a death investigator who has investigated numerous fatalities as a result of speed, careless driving, drowsy driving, distracted driving, and driving under the influence, it heavily influenced my driving. As someone who has had to make death notifications to loved ones, it heavily influenced my driving. It also heavily influenced my temperament and attitude while driving and interacting with others. I fully recognize not everyone has the experience I do or the same respect I do for driving and for others on the road. Driving is an awesome privilege, one not everyone gets to experience. I am sorry to hear you drive so many miles a day and so many people are not respectful of you, your time, your safety, your family, or your vehicle. I do hope others show you and your employees more respect on the road and that you know, not all drivers are the same. While your experience may show otherwise, there are many who are respectful of others and the rules of the road. read more

Excellent business! Our daughter and husband used CC Sun Screens for their house, so we gave them a call. Our call for a quote was answered rapidly and a date set for them to come out and give us a quote. They showed up when they said they would (rare for the trades). After we accepted their quote (VERY reasonable, BTW), they said they would install in 2 weeks. Instead they showed up four days and installed them in a couple of hours. We recommend this business. read more

They were really good at staying in contact and keeping us updated. There were hiccups along the way, and they were upfront and honest and always came back to make sure everything was right. They are ethical, good people, and the quality of the work is exactly what we wanted and expected. read more

Great company to do business with!!! So happy with my new screens. Will definitely be recommending to my friends

I have worked with CC Sun Screens 3 times over the last 20 years. Most recently this week at our new home. Seth responded to my message quickly and within a week my new sunscreens are on my windows. I called them as soon as I was in my new home because I knew they would do a great job. read more

I have used CC Sun Screens in the past and have referred them to friends and always found them to complete the job in a timely manner and they stayed in contact with me the whole time. CC were very prompt at getting my screens built and installed They were on time for the initial measure and promptly gave me the installed price They were also better priced than the other 3 companies that did estimates Quick install, great quality read more

Wouldn't return phone calls, once they actually did I had made an appointment for them to come and measure and no one showed up. No call, no show.. Lame and terrible service. I used this company a few years ago and they were great then but looks like they went downhill. Don't waste your time and energy here. read more

Living in AZ year round is tough .. summers are long, hot and SUNNY My house has a big patio but it faces WEST!! Ugh. For the past 4 years I put up with the cheap Home Depo shades covering part of the patio that came when we bought this house. I finally decided I want to use my patio.. maybe not in July and August, but the rest of the year. Without melting. After reading great reviews on patio screens, I called Seth at CC Sun Screens. And I'm glad I did! He came out the next day and measured and showed me screen samples. He advised the darker color shades are easier to see through yet block the sun. So I went with the dark brown. This estimate was free and when I decided to place my order right then, I didn't have to pay anything at all. The shades arrived today (a week and a half ahead of schedule) and the installers just left. They are cut to fit perfectly!! I can't believe how much darker and shadier my patio and house is. With a wall full of widows facing the patio, I was forced to keep all my shutters closed every afternoon! Not today! The screens are shading the patio making it nice and shady in my house too!! Yay !! I don't like the "cave" like look in a dark house all summer. I highly recommend calling CC Sun Screens. From the excellent customer service, attention to detail and fast delivery.. I rate them top notch!! Throw some shade with CC Sun Screens read more

We decided to add sun screens to our home to lower the AC bill in the summer. As I am an engineer, I am rather detail oriented. I rough took measurements of the windows we wanted covered, and I contacted 10 companies in the valley for quotes. Of the 10 companies, CC Sun Screens and one other company came in 20% lower than any other bid. We chose CC sun screen because the person answering the phone was precise and straightforward with our questions. When they came onsite for their measurements and exact binding quote, the price was 1.3% higher than the phone quote. Their quote was amazingly detailed with a cost broken down window by window. The variance was due to my measurements being inside and approximate whereas theirs were precise. When they came onsite for the installation, they were on time and courteous. The shades were precisely what we expected. We are thrilled with the purchase from CC Sun Screen. Seth and his team did a great job for us, and we would happily recommend them to any of our friends and family. -Leo read more

Great service Carl and CJ are great people to work with. Great products, reasonably priced.

I have used CC sunscreens twice now. Both times Carl came to provide a quote for my needs. The time scheduled was quick. He answered all my questions was polite and customer driven. Prices are competitive and the quality is top notch. CJ has installed windows sunscreens and a patio sunshade and has done a great job both times. This business is very customer driven and strives for perfection. Being a family-owned business, the personal touch was nice. And I am confident they will stand behind their work should there be any issues / concerns down the road. If you're looking for a reputable satisfaction driven company, look no further. I'm glad I selected CC Sunscreens for my sunscreen needs! I rate them 5 stars all the way around. read more

This business is pretty solid. We called two places for bids. Seth came out for CC Sunscreens and gave us a bid including two different options for types of screens. He was quick and professional. He quoted us a 3 week turn around. (It's June so we are in the midst of 105+ temps) So pleased when he called a week later stating they were in and would be installed the next day And.....they were installed perfectly! We couldn't be happy. There is a night and day difference with the temps inside the house now We love them! This place is awesome!! read more

I would highly recommend this company for your sun screens. They returned my call on Monday morning, scheduled an appointment for my free quote, came out on Tuesday to measure the job, gave me the price on a couple options, and I was amazed at how reasonable the price was! The screens were installed on Friday and they look amazing!! I'm so happy with the price, the speed, the service, and the product! And I especially love the screen door they made! Now I don't have to worry about the birds flying into my glass patio door! I also like that they back their product with an excellent warranty, and they even did my paperwork for the SRP rebate! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Wish every company was as good and easy to work with! Thank you so much Seth and crew! You guys rock! read more

READ THEIR RESPONSES: Whoever responds to reviews is extremely unprofessional and rude. They never answer the phone, I've left 4 voicemails on 2 different lines. Trying to get them to come back and fix their work is a nightmare. Go somewhere else and spend a little more for professionals who show they care through work, rather than a lot of talk and immaturity. read more

CC Shade Solutions - Patio with sun screen - Shades & Blinds Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Starting the week of 7/23, I have called this company a total of 5 times - the last call being yesterday afternon. I have also sent them an email to try and find out how to get a screen, they had installed last year, fixed as it blew off a window during a monsoon storm. Finally last evening, I got a text telling me they were very busy for the next few weeks but if i let them know the size of the screen, they would schedule me a few weeks out. No sorry we have missed you, no sorry we have ignored you, no nothing. I am disgusted with this company. I have found a different company to do my work and they will have my business from now on. I do not need a company who doesn't care enough about me or my business to even acknowledge that I have been trying to reach them. Not for me!!! read more

Initially when I got my sun screens put in I was very happy with the way they turned out. In the last month or so, 2 of my screens fell off in the rain storm and I have attempted to contact them to see if anyone can come out. No one answers the phones or has called back in 4-5 weeks now after numerous calls and messages. read more

Was given a pretty decent quote for my sunscreens August 3rd. Was advised they were quite busy but should be ready for install mid September. Called them about 4 times before finally getting a call back almost a week later. No apology just calling to tell me I am scheduled for install Friday October 1st. Today waited all day called them at 8:30am and 4pm and finally got a call back at 6:15pm. Again no apology but excuses about an over heated truck and an installer on vacation. He assured me next week, and I requested a call the day prior as I waited all day. Fingers crossed they come out. An apology would've been so much better than the rudeness of not even acknowledging the delays! read more

My wife and I bought a house with a large covered patio. One side had a cheap patio shade and we wanted it all shaded. We found CC Sunscreens at the home show and called for an estimate. They were WAYYYY cheaper than the other companies but the product and results are top notch!! Everyone was great from Joy in the office to the install guys, really nice!! The install guys had a tough time installing the first day as my patio support beams are oddly located. They told me they didn't feel comfortable installing them with the standard screws and anchors and needed different screws. I'm very thankful they didn't just put them up without proper mounting. They came back the next day and finished, it looks AMAZING!!!!!! We also had them custom made as we needed three 12' shades, awesome job!! Call CC Sunscreens and forget all the other companies!! read more

Overall pleased with the level of service and professionalism from Steven (sales rep). Was polite and price was competitive compared to 2 other companies I had out first. After taking a huge hit to the pocketbook last summer for the SRP bill, plus after attending the Home and Garden Expo in January, I decided to take action and look into getting some sunscreens on the house. Coming from a family of contractors, I know the questions to ask, and the websites to search (AZRoc, etc). After already getting bids from 4 other companies, Christan (CC) was the last contractor to come and give me a bid on 6 sunscreens and 2 rescreens of our security doors. Christan did not just come to give us an estimate and take half ass measurements. She took EXACT measurements, right down to the 7/8 of an inch. Said that if I was still getting estimates, to just give the businesses the measurements so I could get a quote over the phone. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT!? Here, use my measurements and save the other companies the time and gas of having to come out. I think it was at that moment, I knew I would probably be going with CC Sunscreens. When it came to the door screens, I opened them so she could get measurements. Right off the bat, she stated that they only had frames in the 1inch size. Every other company said they could rescreen these doors, without even opening the doors and looking at the size frame were needed. But stating that all their screens had 1 inch frames. Makes me curious if I would have gone with another company, what would have happened with the door screens. $262.00 for 6 sunscreens using Textilene 90%. The sunscreens were installed yesterday. But I don't think Sunday installations are a regular thing - playing catch-up for their customers due to their install truck being totaled a few weeks ago. I didn't mind the few extra weeks wait seeing as I had not given them money yet. I knew I'd get my screens sooner or later. And thankfully Mother Nature cooperated and it stayed unseasonably cool for those few weeks! We love the results of the sunscreens so much, I called them hours after the installation. We noticed that big of a diffrence. We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to get a bid on the remaining 3 windows, all north facing. I look forward to seeing a cheaper SRP bill this summer! :) read more

I would definitely recommend CC Sun Screens! I had found them through Yelp, called, left a msg with some questions, got a call back that same day, and had an estimate done the following day. The second visit upon agreeing to their services and pricing was measurements and picking the color of the screens. They said it would be 2 weeks but after not hearing anything from anyone after 3 weeks, I decided to call to get an update. Well, I got a call back and my screens were installed the following day. I couldn't be happier with the results! Anxious to see what my APS bill will look like after having these installed. read more
