The company was good on the front end. The quote & scheduling of install was done well. Material quality is NOT GOOD! My replacement screen door is flimsy. Not solid feeling like the original at all. The corner joints have gaps. And this is super strange. There are 4 bolts largely out of the frame (see attached pics). I assumed these just weren't screwed down all the way. When I called, I was told they are supposed to be there and look like that, as they offer adjustment on the rollers so the door glides smoothly. Okay, I appreciate the intent. But these steel bolts look ridiculous! It looks totally unnatural and like the install was unfinished. They stick out physically and aesthetically. Of course I would not have bought these had I known these ridiculous things would stick out of the inside of the frame. Good people. Bad product. read more

I wanted to take advantage of the SRP rebate to get solar screens installed on my windows to reduce the utility bill in the summer. I found Screens Unlimited from the SRP recommended contractor list. The whole experience was super easy with Nadya and Mike at Screens Unlimited. Email communication was prompt and Nadya answered all of my questions. Mike gave me all the technical information I needed and was very honest and straight to the point when I asked questions - how to maintain the shades (light spray with water only), if there was a difference in color (darker shades last longer and perform better), and recommendations on how to split between 80%/90%. Both of them were very helpful in filling out all the required information to get the SRP rebate and to ensure all of my windows were covered. The shades were ordered and installed within 2 weeks of paying the 50% deposit. The overall price was cheaper than I was expecting. About $1500 for 270 sqft of windows. I know the material is not too expensive and a DIY project would save a good chunk of money, but Mike was extremely efficient in the installation and the windows look great. read more

We just had sunscreens installed on our windows by Screens Unlimited, and so pleased with the result. NADYA had an estimate for me in under a day, after I sent sketches and approximate measurements. Besides being very efficient, she communicates well, and answered all my questions. MIKE came out for exact window measures. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and answered further questions. You could tell he knew what he was doing, as he worked fast. He also brought actual samples for me to chose from. He came back to do the installation, and the screens fit perfectly. We had a couple of windows done a few years ago by another company, and those screens do not fit exactly like Mike's. He had been given a challenge to match the grids on the screens to the grids on the bay windows. It was a perfect fit due to his exact measures. This company use quality materials with wider than normal frames to make the screens sturdy, and their prices are very reasonable. When I mentioned the need to have the windows cleaned before the screen installation, and a need for me to coordinate that, Nadya told me she could coordinate it for me through a company they work with called Pro Wash Unlimited. She gave me their phone number and to talk to GABE, which I did. He gave me an estimated price, and said they could remove the bug screens and haul them away, leaving no stress on my part. I loved it! A very pleasant TRAVIS came to wash the windows the day before, leaving the windows sparkling clean. I plan to use Pro Wash Unlimited for window cleaning in the future, and I would like Travis to clean them. Professional work, and prices were reasonable, too. Screens Unlimited, LLC We found Screens Unlimited using a website search. Like most companies that manufacture solar screens, they can make them on site or in their shop. The ones that were installed recently in our home to replace the solar screens we bought 11 years ago when we moved in as well as to replace  several of the builder's original window (insect) screens are terrific. They are made using heavier-duty frames and with metal corner inserts, not the cheap plastic corner inserts on the screens we purchased years ago. Those old screens with the plastic corner inserts got brittle with the sun and caused the screens to rack (lose their rectangular shape) and become worthless. Screens Unlimited is a pleasure to work with.  Mike came out to do precise measurements of the several windows for which I needed new insect and/or solar screens. A week or so later, he was back to install the small ones that were made at their shop and manufacture the larger ones (6'x7') that were made on site. They all fit perfectly. He even replaced (at no charge) any old clips that hold the solar screens in place because he felt they were not adequate. Their billing is all done on-line using a secure website. Their office person, Nadya, is prompt, polite and efficient and their workmanship seems excellent. I have been working with Screens Unlimited for 4 years on two different homes in N. Scottsdale. They are friendly, reliable, and show up on time. They are professional and clean whether inside our outside of your home. They are thorough, fast, and make a very high quality sun screen and shade product. They can do custom shapes and sizes even if you think it cannot be done.. They made a custom sun screen cover for my pool equipment and a custom "retractable" screen door that's red and locks! In 2013, I had my entire home re-screened and new rolling sunshades made for the back patio. They still look brand new and I've had no issues with durability or operation of the shades. In 2016 I moved into a new, larger home and asked Jeremy, the owner, to provide a quote. I would need to make some custom sun screens, doors, and rescreen all of my "new" windows that had "factory, bug screens". Chelsea (scheduler) was super sweet and had Mike (installation tech) scheduled to come out the same week. I had a quote within 24 hrs for all of my 14+ windows/doors. The price was very reasonable and I placed the order. Chelsea provided clear payment options and was a pleasure to work with. The screens were ready within 10 days and Mike was back to install everything. Jeremy even stopped by during installation to check on the progress and personally thank me for my loyalty. I had a relatively complex project with all of the custom screens, but Mike was able to complete everything in one day and with no issues or mess. Even the small, custom-shaped screen for my large wrought iron front door with side panels, fit perfectly! Unbelievable! The best experience Ever for a screen replacement. Looked for weeks to find someone to "make a screen" for one window. I would have even been happy to take my old one wherever I needed to go. Most screen repair or replacements would only do the job if it was multiples or over $200. Chelsea at Screens Unlimited was professional and very accommodating.
