We used them June 2018. Matthew did a fantastic job cleaning the interior/exterior windows. Nice guy! We shopped around this year when wanting to get our windows cleaned again. ClearPro is considerably higher than other places. I found a place to clean interior/exterior, includes vacuuming the tracks, for $160 less than ClearPro quoted us. You can't go wrong with ClearPro but it's expensive. I would definitely get a few quotes before making a choice. read more

We have used Clear Pro for the past several years and they have always done a superior job. Clear Pro came out today to clean our windows and clean our carpets. Sharon arrived right on time to do our windows. I have never had anyone work as carefully as she did to make sure the windows were sparkling! She vacuumed around all the windows and window sills before washing. She cleaned and wiped to make sure it was spotless. Robert arrived on time to clean our carpets. He had been here before and we were thrilled he came back because he does an amazing job! I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and complete satisfaction with this company. We were prepping our house to go on the market for sale and in a very short time needed to get the ball rolling one of which had to get the windows cleaned and pressure wash the patio and pool. I called and spoke to a very sweet woman on the phone thay informed me that she could have someone out very quickly to give us an estimate. I felt the pricing was very fair so I hired them and they were able to come the next day and do the work I needed. There was a small hiccup and when I got home noticed a few of the windows still had water spots so I called and left a message after hours. I immediately got a phone call the next morning when they opened with a heartfelt apology and was told that they would send their crew back out right away to rectify the issue. Nancy the owner was quick to also contact me and apologize and the fact that they we're so accommodating to correct things shows a sign of a true professional. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy her husband and their entire crew for making my house look great which in turn we hope draws lots of attention and sells very quickly. Nancy came out to take a look at our building for a window washing quote. Never mentioned the possibility that the job was too large or that she didn't want to take it on. One week later still hadn't received quote. I call her office and when she returns my call she tells me she thought about and really has to pass so she left me hanging for a week without the courtesy of a phone call to give me that information. I was very disappointed with this company. Our second time using them they scratched one of large picture windows. I called that night and Nancy said that she would out at our convenience. Nancy came a couple days later. She looked at the window and said they did not make the scratches. She left and came back a couple days later with Tim. They both said again that they didn't cause the scratches. They said that the windows were dirty and the sun was not shining in the windows and that I couldn't see the scratches. My windows were not that dirty and it was funny that I couldn't see the scratches when the sun was shining on them even a couple of days before. The scratches are probably 6'by 6'. And it wasn't just one scratch it was multiply scratches. Very disappointing read more
