We just had our sunscreens installed "wanted to be ready for summer", and my wife working a late shift so she's sleeping in. With the blinds and thin curtains we already had, the bedroom is now nice and dark, she has no problem sleeping in. The other bonus that we didn't expect, it cut down on the outside noises a lot. You can still hear the jets from Luke but it cut down a good bit of the high pitched noise that's really annoying. We also have a neighbor down the street that has a truck "without mufflers" and he likes to rev it in the morning waking people up. The screens have just about eliminated that sound in our bedroom, so no more wake up calls from the roar of that piece of junk. Seth and his crew did an excellent job installing and we couldn't be happier. "Note" I've posted this same review on other sites as well. "S". read more

Quick, easy, affordable. What more can you ask for?? They were very friendly and professional. The came out the next day and measured and in less than a week the screens were ready. They came out the following day and did a great job installing. The screens look great and have been getting the job done keeping the house cooler as these summer days are getting hotter and hotter. Definitely recommend them! read more

Had CC Sun Screens replace all of my screens 6 years ago. Took a bit to get it done. Had a stationary screen for an upstairs sliding door get torn up by wind. A representative came out and said they could repair it and he would return on Thursday with the repaired screen. Never showed up. Called and left a message. A day or two later they called back and asked questions about name, address , etc..... no follow up afterwards. This has gone on for months ! Me calling them , they ignoring calls or returning calls and not having any information. Looks like I have to call in another company to make me a new screen! Can't believe the lack of service! I believe they lost my screen and are not stepping up up to it! Never recommending them to anyone! read more

We have used CC Suncreens for two homes and their service is fantastic, the product is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Wouldn't use anyone else for sunscreens. read more

Highly recommend CC Sunscreens! We were new to desert living and broke after moving into our new house. We needed to add one sunscreen to a west-facing bedroom. After doing our research we called CC. When the windows were measured, we were surprised to see how reasonable the price was and decided to do all 4 south/west facing windows. The tech was very knowledgeable and even helped us choose the right color! Our best friends purchased a home here and their kids were roasting upstairs. I didn't hesitate to refer them to CC Sunscreens. read more

After getting two quotes from the "best" local companies in town that were to be frank, outrageously priced to the point I was thinking of scrapping the whole idea or doing it myself. A friend referred me to CC Sunscreens. I couldn't be more impressed with this entire company! 1. They came all the way from El Mirage to Maricopa for a free quote which not only was very fair but easily beat the competition. 2. The install team is quick and very efficient. 3. One of the screens out of like 23 windows was not a perfect fit which they pointed out before I could. They wouldn't even accept my payment for the order until they came back and finished the entire job. 4. Their customer service is amazing! We are very happy with our purchase and it was one of the best home investments we made that will pay for themselves over and over again. If you're looking for the best for everything, call them. You won't be disappointed. read more

We chose CC Sun Screens because they are a family-owned, local company, even though their estimate was higher than 2 others. I would have given them a 5-star rating, but their screen started coming out of the track just 1 year after installation. I called them to see if they would come out and fix it. It would have been a 5-minute job for them. I got no response -- very disappointing. For what we paid, I feel one year is unacceptable. We don't have the tools or know-how to fix it, so I guess we will have to pay someone else to fix it before it unravels more. read more

I had my sun screens installed today, they're fabulous! They said they'd be by between 4-6 today by 4:09 they were done! No only we're they early but also courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their product! Great product! We highly recommend them! read more

I placed my order on 4/25/22. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I waited 4 weeks to call on 5/16. It took 3 voicemails each a few days apart to get a call from the owner promising my screen door the following week. I am writing this on 6/12. No door, no update, no explanation. This company does not understand customer service. read more

My husband and I moved into our new home last year and received a handful of quotes for sun screens. CC Sun Screens provided us with the most cost effective quote for what we were wanting, not to mention we really liked their customer service. Seth came out to measure everything and we had our screens and sun shade within weeks. They look great and have greatly managed the direct sun on our home. We recently had a large wind storm which knocked one screen off from our second story. Seth came back out and replaced the screen and tightened any others that were loosened from the harsh wind. Definitely glad that we chose to go with them! read more

You won't find better prices or nicer people anywhere. I liked the screens they did for the front of my house so much that I had them come back to do the rest of the house. The product is excellent, prices cannot be beat and they deliver when they say they will. I won't use anyone else for my screens and you shouldn't either. :) read more

I told the owner I would update my review after our less than positive experience and terrible installation of our anti-golf ball screens. Although we don't love the look of the installation, they are now secure and straight. They are on a side of the house that many won't see and if they do the job protecting the windows from golf balls then we'll be satisfied. We appreciate him making it right and wish him better health. read more

If I knew what I know now, I would not have purchased sunscreens from CC Sun Screens. Met them at the Home and Garden show and the owner came out promptly for a quote. Accepted quote, drew up contract and was told it would be a few weeks for sunscreens. On initial install, 3 screens were not built so had to take measurements and get new ones made. Most of the remaining screens were installed except 6, which would be installed upon their next visit. After checking installed screens, noticed almost every left screen (from a pair) rattled as they installed the wrong length of clip. It took numerous calls/voicemails/texts to get a date when they would come back out (was told it would take a few days but it took almost 2 weeks). Upon return, installer was going to install remaining screens plus 3 new screens. Mentioned the issue with the rattling screens - he said he knew that was a problem but didn't bring new clips (he was just going to install with the existing clips he had brought). Told him not to install any screens until new clips could be brought out. Queue another round of calls/voicemails/texts to see when they would come out (was told 2 days but that ended up being almost a week). Finally brought right size clips but the 3 new screens they made were black instead of brown. Was told it would be a few days before they could come back out. Queue a 3rd round of calls/texts/voicemails/excuses until they came out almost 2 weeks later. Work was finally completed just over 7 weeks after contract/deposit was given. I had a few neighbors inquire about sunscreens after seeing the new ones going up and I told them don't bother with this company unless you want delay after delay and excuse after excuse. I understand businesses go through ups/downs but this was beyond what any customer should have to go through. I should not have to make repeated calls/voicemails/texts to see when they are going to come back out and finish the job. I also should not have to point out mistakes that were made and ask them to correct it (multiple times). Quality assurance is not their strong suit. I got the feeling they just want to complete the job, collect the payment and get out of there. Steer clear of this business. There's plenty of better/more reliable companies out there. Why 3 stars with the crappy review? The sunscreens themselves look fine after all is said and done. I don't think it's fair to give them 1 rating overall as the job was eventually completed (although they get a 1 rating for customer service as no customer should have to chase down a company to come out and finish a job they started several weeks ago). read more

They are great! I've had them do new sun screens for my house. They were prompt, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend CC Sunscreens.

I had a minor problem with one of the screens CC installed last year. I called their office and explained the problem. CC scheduled someone to come out reset screen and make sure other screens up to par. Their response was great and made me feel that I made the right move when I hired CC to install new screens because they back up their promise that any problem would be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. read more

The owner finally came out to finish. Quality of the screens is not great. All scuffed up. He used some touch up paint on them. The old clips were left in place. At least its finally finished. But it took almost 8 weeks and alot of aggrevation. read more

Well just plain poor communication. Called and they couldn't get out to me because truck was being worked on. Said would call and texted once but then dropped the ball. I called 2 weeks later and didn't even recognize who i was. I agreed to take screens to them and door was locked. Called and got answering machine that someone would call me back by end of next business day. Well a month had expired and what i was in no hurry for is now a mess so i will try elsewhere. read more

I ordered screens on July 20th and they were finally installed September 27th - a bit longer than they said the turnaround time would be. It has been hours since instal, so far so good! The guy that did the measuring was rude. The people on the phone were always nice, but no help in getting the screens completed and installed. read more

We needed a large 90% dark sunscreen in a hurry, and after contacting other companies who either didn't respond back or were uninterested in our job, we were blessed to find CC Sun Screens! Carl, the owner, came out and was knowledgeable, pleasant, and was able to help us in a pinch. He also charged a very fair price. He is reliable and let us know he would do what he could to help. We got the sun screen just when we needed it, and his employee, who was also very friendly and personable, installed it and asked if we had any questions. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone. read more

If you want to work with a great company and great great service, look no further. Our 16 year old home needed new sunscreens and I had no idea who to call, so I went on yelp and found great reviews for this company. I called and hey set up a free consultation and measuring of windows. Seth came out and was extremely professional and kind. NOT PUSHY, just informative. He gave me a quote and went over all our options and even told me about a SRP rebate that I did not know about. They said 10 days for manufacturing, but it was only 7. The screens were installed yesterday by Steven and hey look great. I am hoping for some energy savings as our old ones were pretty bad. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! read more

Christan came out and give me a quote on getting shade screens done on my home. I was very impressed with her when she came out. The price they were quoting was well below prices I had been quoted elsewhere. I didn't hesitate to get the ball rolling. All together I got all windows and even got a brand new screen door with 90% Textilene solar screen material. Install day came and Anthony installed my screens. He was very nice and didn't mind when I kind of hovered because I had a lot of questions. I was just ecstatic watching them go up on the house. My rooms were immediately cooler. Great products, quality and people. I have already begun telling everyone they need to call and get their own windows done with CCSunscreens! Thank you for your great service! read more

Took 5 bids, and their price beat all. Excellent price - Excellent service on my entire house's windows and sliding doors. And when I had a problem with one of the sliding doors a couple months later the guy came out no problem. Excellent customer service, too. Great company! OK, let me be more honest; I had the flu over Xmas, but heard tax credits were to be had if you booked before the end of the year. So, I druuuuug my ass out of bed, made calls and saw people (from a polite distance cause I'm not that much of a pig) and chose C&C. Never regretted it and never looked back. read more

What an outstanding company CC Sunscreens is. I got several quotes from companies to put sunscreens on my windows and got the best deal from CC Sunscreens so I went with them. Long after the work was done my HOA brought an issue with my sunscreens to my attention that I had noticed prior but didn't make a big deal about it and was going to live with it. My HOA told me I needed to fix the issue or they would not approve the sunscreens even though they were already on the window and had been for a long time. I called CC Sunscreens and spoke to Seth and he came out and looked at the issue and said it was a mistake they made and they would rectify it at no charge even though I offered to compensate them some way since it had been so long ago. He declined my compensation and made and installed new sunscreens that will allow me to get HOA approval. They went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of me and correct their mistake and couldn't be happier with their service. THANK YOU!!! read more

They came out right away to give me a quote and gave me a price no one could beat. After I put my order in my screens were installed two weeks later. I'm extremely pleased with the completed job. A year ago, we met with every sunscreen vendor that had a kiosk at the Home and Garden show, and decided upon three vendors, including CC Sun Screens, to come to our home for an estimate. At the show, the CCSS staff were very thorough in explaining our options and applicable rebates from SRP, and their pricing was slightly more affordable than the other vendors. I appreciated that they were not aggressive in any way, rather, they presented information and answered questions in a factual manner. Within a span of two weeks, they had come out to measure our 2,800 sqft home and installed nine shades that fit great and matched the framing color perfectly. A year has since passed since the install, and the fit and finish of the screens looks as great as they day they were installed. We won't hesitate to contact them to finish our rear sliding doors this winter once the backyard renovation is complete, and they've earned our referral for anyone that asks about sunscreens. read more

On 4/18/21 or so, I completed the on-line form requesting a quote. On 4/19 I got a very nice note from Sandy advising that they had a slot available on 5/12 & that if they had something open up sooner, she'd let me know. On 5/11 I got a robo-text confirming the appointment and a "thank you" to my reply. On 5/12, 1/2 hour after the end of the appt window I still hadn't heard from them so I texted to see what was going on. An hour+ later, I got a reply saying the guy was running late. 3 hours later & still no word I texted again. 2 hours later, I got a reply apology text saying their guy had called in sick for the day, but he'd rescheduled with all customers (or left vm's) for Sunday. I advised I'd not gotten anything... no text, no vm, nothing. No response to that text. No follow-up call/text scheduling for Sunday. No visit from the tech on Sunday. I'd rearranged my day to be at home on 5/12. The whole thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth for CC Sun Screens. I now have to start the process all over again with another company. Sigh. read more

Called in early July to replace a large sun screen that was damaged by monsoon. Didnt get a call back, so called again in mid-July and was told that materials for the frames were backed up, which we understood, and they were to call to schedule. Ancouple more weeks were by, and after another call to this company, we still never heard back. We called a competitor, how came out to measure the next day, and the screen we installed 2 weeks later. True, it was a small job (one screen only) and pwrhaps CC didnt want to be bothered. read more

Very pleased with CC Sunscreens. They came out to do an estimate and were not put off by me needing only a couple of windows done (had other companies have a minimum I could not meet) on the back of the house. Price was good. They came back in the time period they said they would and quickly installed my new sun screens. What a difference they make. I can feel the difference on day one. My master bedroom is east facing and gets direct sun for the bedroom and master bath. By this time (830 am) my windows were smoking hot and the room was very uncomfortable. Now I'm in the bedroom with no need of the ceiling fan going and the windows are barely warm to the touch. Very happy with the 90% screens we ordered. read more
