My master bedroom is east facing and gets direct sun for the bedroom and master bath. By this time (830 am) my windows were smoking hot and the room was very uncomfortable. Worked with Christan who called me back end of day Saturday even though I didn't leave a voicemail. Family business and she was the only representative available that day I was told. I let her know I had a few quotes already and was considering another company by the time she called back and she was still happy to meet with me the next day being Sunday. She was pleasant in person answering any questions I had as she took measurements. When she gave her quote to me, she was just over a hundred dollars cheaper than the company I was considering with double the warranty. Decided to book them for the job and was told it would be about a week and a half to two weeks manufacturing time on the screens which I thought was perfect due to a family vacation I had coming up. To my surprise, half way through my vacation, I got a voicemail and text from her saying the installers were at my home ready to work but my gate was locked and they would start on the front til I gave them access. Being on vacation, I didn't regularly check my phone and I later received another text saying the installers would pitch a ladder over my gate to complete the job. Communication could have been better here but I personally can appreciate the effort here even if my wife found it odd. I have read a review showing this isn't the first time they have used this method. Interestingly enough, I haven't made any deposits or payment on these screens at this point. I have cameras around my home and from what I can gather, they were professional and respectful of the property. Installer, Seth left me a voicemail during installation saying he wasn't happy with 2 of the screens and would build and have them installed the following day. Can appreciate a team that values quality in their work especially since I wasn't there to verify. I spoke with Christan the day I flew back home and gave her payment over the phone. In checking quality of the work and screens, I was completely satisfied. They also had all my old screens staked neatly in the corner of my yard. I considered dropping a star for the hiccup in communication but ultimately, I am extremely happy with the product and price paid. read more

Came over to take measurements for sunscreens. The guy made a few mistakes, and didn't order the correct things. Spoke to the headquarters with him, and we agreed on a reasonable adjustment. I still paid more than I had to because of the guy's mistake, but I'm very happy with the sun screens, and think they did a good job. We are very pleased with our sunscreens and screen doors from CC Sunscreens! They are professional to work with, have excellent prices and have a high quality product. We had 25 sunscreens and 2 screendoor coverings made two weeks ago to cover the windows on the South and West sides of our house. We have noticed such a difference that I have already contacted CC about getting more sunscreens for our windows that face NorthWest. They were on time for all appointments. Their installers are friendly and professional and paid close attention to detail. We have a large home and have suffered through high electricity bills for years. I didn't think that sunscreens would make a difference because our house has dual pane low e windows. We haven't received our utility bill yet, but I definitely feel a difference in the house. There are areas that always felt warm and stuffy - our eating area has windows on three sides. We had these covered and it now feels much more comfortable being in this area in the afternoon. I am compelled to write a review 6 six years later! I think reviews of a product made after having stood the test of time are even more important. We recently had our windows and screens cleaned and when the screens were removed, I was reminded what a difference they make in taming the Arizona sun. Mostly, I was reminded what a fantastic a job CC Sunscreens did with our difficult windows. We have several arched windows with grilles inside the panes. Regular sunscreens cover this up and the look is lost. CC Sunscreens was able to imitate the grille on the sunscreen perfectly and none of the design was lost behind sunscreens. I was so happy I didn't have to sacrifice style for function. Christan was with the job every step of the way to ensure everything was perfect. She was pickier than I was to make sure they looked good. Six years later, I am still thrilled with the work. The screens have held up amazingly and still look like new. We found CC Screens at the Home & Garden Show in June, 2013. They set and kept all appointments. Their Sales Representative was professional, and clearly provided sizings for the windows at a competitive price. After, meeting with several other companies, also from the Home & Garden Show, we selected CC Sunscreens. We were promised the screens would be ready by Friday of the next week, which they were. We received a call to install on Friday at 5pm, and we adjusted our plans to accommodate. The Installer did not show up for installation until 6:45pm. We cancelled the install. We worked back through our Sales Representative, and, were able to come to a reasonable compromise, and will have the solar screens installed. Well in that case Christian DON'T state that your business is open on Saturdays when the truth is you can't be bothered that day so customers don't make the mistake of calling you on a Saturday because your website information clearly states your are open on Saturday.
