We had just bought our first starter home, which came with some terribly bent malfunctioning metal blinds. My fiance and I needed blinds for all the windows along the back of our condo, as there were no window coverings when we moved in and the afternoon/evening sun was contributing to elevated heating/cooling costs. We received quotes from Casey and two other local blind companies. Casey's quote was almost identical to one of the companies, and the other company was much higher. Over the course of deciding which company to go with, I called Casey several times, and he always returned my calls within a few minutes and answered all of the additional questions I had, and offered suggestions as to what kind of blinds would be best for the space as well as ones that would help reduce our energy costs. All three companies we contacted carried the same brand of blinds, so our decision as to which company to hire came down to a matter of the quality of service rendered. Ultimately we decided to go with Casey, as he was personable, always prompt and professional, he patiently answered all of our questions throughout the quote/installation process, and he helped us choose the best color for our decor(which is more difficult than one might think!).
