Painting our townhouse is a big deal. We chose LGND for two reasons; their bid was a little less than other bids we got, but more important was how LGND presented themselves as expert, detail-oriented professionals. We couldn't be happier with the results. The LGND team took time to carefully deal with minute cracks, flaws in our stucco home. On our parapet especially they sealed the entire perimeter seam by hand to ensure a smooth seamless parapet. Robert, who would actually be leading the paint crew came out in person (rather than send out a Sales guy in his Tesla and fancy loafers as one of the other companies we were considering did) with his wife Angel to review the job, talk to us about what was needed, and give an estimate. LEGND Painting LLC came to my home and provided a home inspection and quote for painting my home. I reviewed the quote and signed an agreement with LEGND Painting LLC. I provided a check for 50% down payment on the quote and the Owner of LEGND Painting confirmed with me a scheduled start date for paint crews. Crews showed up totally professional on the date of schedule as planned. LEGND Painting crews were meticulous and courteous and did an excellent job painting my home. All areas of the home were power washed, prepping was done with extreme care, all cracks and missing plaster defects were repaired. Crews worked quickly and efficiently. LEGND Painting Owner, Robert, always took the time to explain things thoroughly with me and crews (type of paint, selection of colors, warranty, etc.). This communication helped to ensure complete customer satisfaction regarding the painting of my home. Once painting was completed LEGND Painting did a final walk through with me, on my home, to check on work completed and that all was completed to satisfaction. Crews completed work within four to five days. After which all items removed before painting were moved back to original locations, light fixtures, receptacles reinstalled and working perfectly.
