I sent their General Manager, Jim, the estimate I'd received from the other guys and a separate second opinion along with my concerns. Instead of speculating, Jim sent James out to evaluate our system personally. James spent two hours inspecting everything and discovered the previous company had recommended a massive amount of unnecessary equipment and failed to mention that the actual issues were caused by their own poor installation. The best part? Cool Willy's didn't charge us a dime for the visit, calling it a "re-evaluation." So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth.
