He crawled through a very tight crawl space, found the broken pipe and explained that the pipe they used originally was sub standard material and there was a class action suit because of it. He explained that the entire house would need all water pipes replaced due to the sub standard pipes used on my house. I spoke with the office and they immediately set up time to do the replacement, how much it would be and that it would take about 2 days to complete. On time Julian and Jeff came out, did an entire house inspection, and got to work. They couldn't complete the entire house in one day, but since I have 2 bathrooms in my house, they completed all the house except the master bathroom, leaving us for the night with one working bathroom. Julian and Jeff came back early the next day to complete the job. This cheap piping was all through this house, but they replaced all the inside piping with proper copper everywhere, bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchen, laundry, water heater... all copper, all professionally installed. Perfect! There is a reason everyone has heard of Goettl. Excellent response, immediate action, making sure the entire house was piped perfectly and correctly. And sweeping and cleaning up behind themselves.

Waited around from 1-5pm again and they never showed. I cancelled because I cannot go a third day of waiting around and no service that I am trying to pay for. Hire someone else if you value your time. Additional note: We also used Goettl recently for a leak in the A/C condensate and they fixed the issue quickly but then they set us up with Quick Restore to repair the water damage and the wall they cut through to get to it. Quick Restore has been an absolute nightmare. I will never use Goettl or Quick Restore again.

So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.
