When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.

Dave and his crew (shout out to Justin and Jack) were able to start on the project very quickly after giving us a reasonable estimate and did such an amazing job with the plumbing and tile. Before I could even properly introduce myself or explain what I needed, he immediately started speaking to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner, even calling me "obnoxious." The most frustrating part is that he didn't even take the time to listen to what I was calling about. I was simply trying to introduce myself and discuss a potential job. Instead, I was met with unnecessary hostility and an attitude that was completely unprofessional. If you don't want to deal with potential customers, that's your choice--but then why maintain a business listing and take calls from people looking for your services? There is absolutely no excuse for treating someone with disrespect when they are calling about hiring you. I called looking for a handyman. I certainly wasn't expecting to be insulted before I could even finish saying who I was. Extremely unpleasant experience and a disappointing way to treat a potential customer.

I had already had two licensed AC companies out to give me an estimate but would not guarantee that what they would do would fix it. Greg inspected it, fixed the leak in the line replaced a couple of other parts and guaranteed his work. It runs better than new now. Quality work at a fair price.

We learned why very quickly as our newly installed a/c installed by him quit working after 1 month. He blamed us because he said we wanted cheap equipment which was a lie...as a matter of fact, I requested the best products no matter the cost but he ended up buying not only cheaper equipment, he bought mismatched equipment that did not fit our home properly. We ended up hiring another hvac company which showed us all the mistakes Curtis made to make extra money and leave us without a working A/C. I did more digging on his company. He's not only non- licensed in HVAC, he does not even carry an ROC License with the Registrar of Contractor's. Don't waste your money with this guy.
