Seven years ago I contracted with them too fix a water leak in my front window. After removing all…read morethe stucco, and both windows(upstairs and downstairs), they stated they found the source of the leak. Stated they repaired it and replaced the stucco and windows. A couple of months went by which went right into monsoon season. I inspected the the window and saw the right above the window the paint was bubbling just as it was before. When I finally got a hold of them they said they would be right out. Three days later they made some time to come out and said yep it's leaking. They stated we ll look into it. A week later it was repaired again. Six months later the seal around the window was cracking and came out again. Stated we didn't seal it correctly. Now over two years have past and the seal is even worse(see images). I called and the response was your warranty is expired. That's great customer service for you. Update on the outside of the house. I've attached two photos where the stucco was removed and now it's current condition. Two contractors came out and said the same exact thing that the stucco was applied incorrectly. As you can see the patch lines match where they applied the new stucco. It had to be patched due to cracks. I emailed them and the response I get was your warranty is expired and on my google review we can come out and give you an estimate. An estimate to fix their mistake. The response below does not address the misapplication of stucco.

This company is a joke - not a funny one. They are not cowboys at their first rodeo, they're the…read moreclowns who come out before the show starts. The review here is the short list of Titan's malfeasance and incompetence. The full list will be available at ROC and BBB. This company was contracted by my HOA to make significant exterior and structural repairs to my home. I was advised the first day they came out that they would need to remove the electrical panel and I likely would be forced out of the house for days. The contract stated a construction period of 30-45 days. 90 days later, they had never pulled the permit to remove the panel, but blamed TEP for failing to schedule. I called TEP and learned they couldn't schedule without the permit. They also never pulled the required permits for the exterior work. A month after they abandoned the job, they told the agent and lawyer for the HOA, and my lawyer, that the permit expired because I told them to stop work. I was holding the ACCELA print out in my hand - ACCELA is the county database reflecting all permit applications for the 20 prior years. The print out reflected ZERO permit applications. Additionally, county permits are good for 12 months, they had been on the job (primarily not working) for 90+ days at this point. I also had a text message stating the Superintendent stopped the work which I had sent to my lawyer weeks prior when the work ceased. Clearly they have some integrity issues. Titan transported, stored and installed the materials incorrectly, damaging them through the whole process. They damaged the inside of my home because they are unable to use a measuring tape to measure 16 inches. Instead of nailing into my studs, they nailed into my interior drywall leaving hazards all over my home. They unfastened parapet caps and never bothered to refasten them, leaving the bones of my house subject to new damage. The caps blew off in a monsoon. Titan replaced a small section of roofing. After they did that, I could slide my forearm into the large gap they left in roof. This has lead to a mosquito infestation in my home during monsoon season. Who knows what additional damage this has done to the plywood sheathing or the rafters... I hired an expert to evaluate their work, an expert wasn't necessary. Anyone blessed with the gift of sight can see the terrible work Titan performed. The bottom line is they are not only dishonest, but woefully incompetent. If you need someone to deliver and switch on the power button of high velocity fans, they can probably do that. I wouldn't let them near anything that needs repair/replacement. I implore you to heed my warning before hiring the joke of a professional contractor.

I called Quality Restoration and they were there so quickly and started immediately to dry up the property, remove all of the kitchen appliances and check the walls. Lem was great in helping me deal with the insurance company that, of course, wanted to downgrade how much they reimbursed me. Quality Restoration then did all the repairs and got things back in shape. They did a great job! Hats off to Lem and his wife Kristi for all their help!

Additionally, since the back and side doors were left wide open a variety of animals had wandered in and started living and deficating throughout the entire house. My wife and I were stunned by the degree of damage to each and every single room and open space. We began the process of investigating companies that did home restoration and after several interviews hired Quality Restoration. This proved to be the single best decision we made. The owners, Lem and Kristy, are simply outstanding both at what they do for a living as well as trustworthy and honest people. They carefully studied the situation, telling me precisely what had to be done, in what order, and at what cost. Once everything was carefully laid out, they requested very reasonable deposits and began to implement everything from Biohazard cleaning to rebuilding walls that had been knocked down to constructing a new bedroom out of a previously open area. In each case, they provided me with detailed plans laying out what they were going to do during each phase of the overall process as well as numerous before and after photos so I could see what they had done and approve the quality of their work before paying the money owed for that step in the process. Net, it took the better part of four months for them to complete a process that required them to literally rebuild every room in the entire house including the kitchen, all three bedrooms, the dining room and the great room. The house now looks absolutely gorgeous and we are about to put it on the market at, thanks to the fine folks from Quality Restoration, a price that almost 20 percent higher than we paid for it only 2 1/2 years ago. Thank you Lem and Kristy
