First of all he was thorough and explained what was going on which kept me from crying, and no one needs to see THAT! His eyes said It all when he first saw the 'issue' but found the problem quickly. And I wouldn't have found it on my own in a million years and I'm not a stupid woman either. Anyway, besides being efficient and very professional, he was a very kind man. He was very considerate of the house which meant a lot to me. He completely explained the situation and gave a few options for us to decide what worked best for us. He could have raked us over the coal$ but was a man of integrity and being presented with options and potential outcomes, we felt confident with our choices. He didn't leave until he was certain all our questions were satisfied. I hope the owner takes notice and when it is time for evaluations and treats him well. You want him to represent your company! Oh and I have to mention from the first interaction on the phone I knew I had the right place. Capri took the call and was very helpful and proffessional as well. She had me cracking up at the end. He crawled through a very tight crawl space, found the broken pipe and explained that the pipe they used originally was sub standard material and there was a class action suit because of it. He explained that the entire house would need all water pipes replaced due to the sub standard pipes used on my house. I spoke with the office and they immediately set up time to do the replacement, how much it would be and that it would take about 2 days to complete. On time Julian and Jeff came out, did an entire house inspection, and got to work. They couldn't complete the entire house in one day, but since I have 2 bathrooms in my house, they completed all the house except the master bathroom, leaving us for the night with one working bathroom. Julian and Jeff came back early the next day to complete the job. This cheap piping was all through this house, but they replaced all the inside piping with proper copper everywhere, bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchen, laundry, water heater... all copper, all professionally installed. Perfect! There is a reason everyone has heard of Goettl. Excellent response, immediate action, making sure the entire house was piped perfectly and correctly. And sweeping and cleaning up behind themselves.

This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now. So get this, even though Yelp is supposed to protect consumers from Loelectric Equipment's negligence and untruthfullness, it claimed no coverage for its "badge" member was possible no proof of cash payment from him was received! So to review, he issued invoice in writing and yelp messages assuring me Yelp knew I'd paid as invoice described in cash, but behind closed doors, Yelp said he never confirmed with them cash was received as invoiced. So my insurance must investigate effects of negligence on ptz cameras (he abandoned a cable that ptz cams became entangled in/preventing spin function), and cost to reinstall correct circuit breakers in tank less water heater. What a mess! And all he had to do to settle this with Yelp was say, yes, he paid cash, that's why I emailed him the invoice next day.

They even matched the paint, outside and inside the frame. I had gotten a quote somewhere else that told me the whole frame and door had to be replaced. With RC I got an easier solution and a faster fix for a lot less money. Hopefully it never happens again, but if my door gets broken open I know who to call.
