Well, we had our Air Conditioning units replaced and in running new wire and replacing attic entrances, had damaged Sheetrock and texture that then needed to be repaired. Our air conditioning company said that they would take care of it. About a week later, Response Crew was scheduled. The Handyman (David), called to let me know that he was on the way. That's a good start! He showed up in about 15 minutes. David was very friendly and gladly agreed to repair all of the items that I brought to his attention. My concern was that the skip-trowel texture match what was in my home. David said he could handle it and went right to work. He placed plastic on our floor to protect our home and in about 15 minutes fIat, was done. I am pleased with the friendly, professional and competent work accomplished by Response Crew and would use them in the future. The air conditioning service that I dealt with was top notch and I beleive they contracted the Sheetrock work out to a company that they beleived would provide the same level of service. They did! I found this company through yelp after receiving quotes 2x as much from other companies to fix a hole in my ceiling due to a leak. They were very trusting and responsive throughout the entire process. I wasn't home while the work was being done and I was afraid that the work would be prolonged so that I would pay more. Called Response Crew last week to get a few things done around our house that we were struggling to complete. We needed our kitchen sink resealed, some curtains hung up, and some shelves put up in our bathroom. Kelly was able to come out today and complete these for us in less time than originally quoted! What a great company - responsive, professional and very clear about their prices. Kelly completed a to do list for us with efficiency, thoroughness and checked each item off the list when he completed it. We had him remove an ancient heater and thermostat from the kitchen wall as well as a lot of wiring from an old storage closet and kitchen island we are removing and a lot of other things. It seems there is not much he can't do very expertly and competently. I have already booked him to come back to complete another list of items. Moved to Tucson the same week I called Response Crew. I injured myself during the move and needed local assistance in assembling furniture and appliances. They were able to come out within 48 hours and they completed everything within their original three hour time frame quote. Our handyman was Kelly who was mentioned in a prior review. Nice guy who got straight to work. I highly recommend which is saying a lot because I'm a cantankerous old goat. After returning from travel and realizing I left the house keys and garage opener in the car (Ubered to and from the airport), I had to kick in the front door in the middle of night to get into the house. Everyone else I called gave me an appointment to come look at the door two weeks out, and then another appointment to repair it. When I contacted Response Crew Handyman, they came out 24-48 hours later and then immediately fixed the door frame within 2 hours which was under the estimated time.
