My water heater burst and water went through many parts of my home damaging cabinets, walls and on and on. I called Quality Restoration and they were there so quickly and started immediately to dry up the property, remove all of the kitchen appliances and check the walls. Lem was great in helping me deal with the insurance company that, of course, wanted to downgrade how much they reimbursed me. Unfortunately, my vacation home in Red Rock Arizona was broken into and severely damaged. Virtually every aspect, from carpeting to the kitchen to the bedroom had been torn apart. Additionally, since the back and side doors were left wide open a variety of animals had wandered in and started living and deficating throughout the entire house. My wife and I were stunned by the degree of damage to each and every single room and open space. We began the process of investigating companies that did home restoration and after several interviews hired Quality Restoration. This proved to be the single best decision we made. The owners, Lem and Kristy, are simply outstanding both at what they do for a living as well as trustworthy and honest people. They carefully studied the situation, telling me precisely what had to be done, in what order, and at what cost. Once everything was carefully laid out, they requested very reasonable deposits and began to implement everything from Biohazard cleaning to rebuilding walls that had been knocked down to constructing a new bedroom out of a previously open area. In each case, they provided me with detailed plans laying out what they were going to do during each phase of the overall process as well as numerous before and after photos so I could see what they had done and approve the quality of their work before paying the money owed for that step in the process. Net, it took the better part of four months for them to complete a process that required them to literally rebuild every room in the entire house including the kitchen, all three bedrooms, the dining room and the great room. The house now looks absolutely gorgeous and we are about to put it on the market at, thanks to the fine folks from Quality Restoration, a price that almost 20 percent higher than we paid for it only 2 1/2 years ago. I am writing this 5-star review for Quality Restoration as a happy customer. They just completed renovation/repair of damages to our home caused by a July 14, 2024 Tucson monsoon. Our neighborhood (the 85745 zip code) was hit hard by that storm, with lots of homes damaged - many far worse than ours. Our home was built in 1971, and has had multiple additions/renovations in its 53 years. The most significant damage from this storm was to the unwieldy 1971 era, 96" by 96" floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in our dining room (the storm bent the frame inwards and the doors were precariously left jammed in place), and significant water leakage through the 1971 era dining room window. Quality Restoration was able to replace the sliding glass doors, rebuild the wall to install a 2024 era sliding glass patio door, repair/replace the water damaged drywall/insulation below the leaking window, seal the replacement 2024 era double paned glass window, and repaint the dining room and the attached hallway. The job took four days (exactly as estimated/quoted). I will attach before and after photos here, but most importantly, I wish to add some commentary about the company and personnel. "Quality" is an incredibly apt name for them. They have all the elements of great customer service -- they listen to the problems, propose solutions, adjust for your budget, answer the phone when you call, communicate when things will happen, meet deadlines, quote cost before the job and stick to those quotes unless there are changes in the scope of work, and are meticulous about arriving when they promised, keeping the jobsite clean and leaving it clean at the end of the project. They don't cut corners. It's just all around "quality" work. Special shout out to Lem and Kristy Nash (owners) and Pete (the project manager) for their ability to adapt and work around obstacles and problem solve. Outstanding workmanship and customer service! Highly recommend! I had a bad experience with a different restoration company so I called Lem and Kristy Nash at Quality Restoration for a 2nd opinion. Lem, the owner, came out to my house promptly to view the water damage from a leaky shower pan. He was very professional, friendly and most of all honest. He explained what the process would be like and gave me realistic expectations on time and cost. Lem did not pressure me into a decision or make me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. I agreed to their offer and the work began very quickly. All of the workers were very professional, courteous and friendly. Pete in particular was an incredible asset to the whole experience, he was very helpful in explaining each step of the process. Any question or concern I had, Pete would immediately respond to texts or calls. When I asked about adding a bench to the shower rebuild, using tile, I was surprised to hear Pete say they would include it at no extra cost. This was the type of care and attention I got throughout the whole project. They even repainted large portions of our bathroom to match existing paint. I cannot recommend Quality Restoration enough! I've never worked with this company, but someone said that they did not receive a check from them and they withheld it for 3 weeks. Someone else posted a review about the same issue and the owner really went on here to reply to them saying that they withheld the check because they made several attempts to collect uniforms from them. I'm not sure how that really helped her argument since it's illegal to withhold a check for any reason. I advised them to contact the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance to double check, and the BBB. We had to renovate the front bathroom in our 50 year old home, because the saltillo tile floor under the toilet was collapsing, the toilet was leaking, and the fixtures were vintage 1970s. Earlier this year, Quality Restoration renovated our master bathroom to correct similar collapsing floor problems. Their work was EXCELLENT, so we used them again, and I cannot overstate how pleased we are with them and their employees. They are adaptable, dependable, answer calls and punt when the unexpected happens (as it always does when you renovate an old house). When the toilet and tile floor were removed, we found NO supports bracing the floor underneath. So they rebuilt the floor, and then we replaced everything except the tub. We highly recommend them if you need a great contractor. I will also post some photos of the MASTER bath they renovated earlier this year. Hire them! They're worth it! read more

He represented his work and his company well. We had amount of water damage due to a very slow shower leak. It was not an emergency situation, so they were unwilling to provide me with an estimate for the repair. The company was willing to send Trevor to assess the damage and let me know what they thought of the issue. I thought it was odd that they weren't willing to give me an estimate, but Trevor was professional and confident in his assessment and so I had them proceed with the repair. My next door neighbor had a flood in her house. She came out sort of frantic and asked us where to shut off the main water line to the house. Which of course we told her. Duh!! We should all know where the water main shut off valve is. Then I remembered meeting Kristy and Lem at a Yelp event. We talked about what we did in our lives. I found out they had a Restoration Business. Lo and behold I had their business card in case I ever needed it. Well all I can say is they came with 4 or 5 trucks, a separate plumbing truck to find where the leak is coming from. This was all about one hour after the initial phone call. They have been here hours doing what is necessary to the house. It's an awful thing to happen. Wish I could echo the other good reviews I see here. Quality Restorations did come to our aid quickly after our water heater flooded our living room, kitchen and bathroom. Except for a few mistakes, they did a professional job in completing the repairs. Why the bad review? Although they said they would work with our insurance carrier, they stopped the job and would not continue until we paid them in cash. They resumed work but sent us a letter saying they were going to lien our property unless we paid them a second time. We paid them promptly both times and then they refused to take responsibility for tossing our our perfectly good disposer and ignored our request to help us with one of their subs who did questionable work. We couldn't say thank you enough times to Quality Restoration and their staff. The circumstances were unfortunate, but we're fortunate they came to our rescue twice. The fist time was in our primary home back in 2019 when the fridge ice maker malfunctioned and water leaked into kitchen, living room, pantry and one of the bedrooms. They responded quickly and dispatched a crew, cleaning, setting up drying fans, carpet/pad, moisture/mold checks. Their crew was timely, professional, efficient, and worked very hard to minimize the impact to our daily lives. Again, back in September 2020, they came to our rescue at rental townhome when the upstairs master bathroom toilet leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carpet, dry wall, downstairs bathroom ceiling, and so on. A portion of our roof was blown off in a bad storm resulting in water damage to the room below. Quality Restoration responded first thing the next morning ( I did not expect them to come out while it was still storming ) and placed a tarp as a temporary fix on the roof and began the process of drying out the walls and ceiling. As soon as the asbestos report came back negative they began the demolition. All work was completed in a timely manner. The employees were all professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. It was obvious they took pride in their work. IMPORTANT NOTE: I had a roofer come to give an estimate for the repair. As more storms were predicted I was concerned about having only a tarp as a temporary patch. His comment was, "That patch isn't coming off until a roofer removes it." My husband and I wish there could be musical accompaniment to this review ... if there were, it would be a choir of angels singing the praises of Quality Restoration. While our primary residence is in Michigan, we've owned another dearly beloved home in Tucson for over five years. Furnished and decorated with cherished handmade items that go back for generations, our entire extended family enjoys this house at least a dozen times a year and we plan to retire here. We've been fortunate to make many friends in our Oro Valley neighborhood - thank goodness one of them knew of Quality Restoration. On April 4, 2013, a Thursday afternoon, we received a phone call from a neighbor telling us that a burst pipe had been discovered in our house - the entire ground floor had been under two inches of running water for five days. As we were 2,000 miles away, we trusted our friend to try to contact a catastrophe clean-up business. He chose Quality Restoration. Quality Restoration was in touch with us immediately with everything we needed for them to proceed. Within an hour, multiple trucks were rolling to our address even before Quality Restoration had received our paperwork by fax. Swinging into action, eight men worked until midnight to begin the initial rescue of our home. Their state-of-the-art equipment is mind-boggling and, boy, do they know how to put it to use. When we arrived on Sunday, the ground floor was gutted to the studs, insulation removed from exterior walls, all appliances had been removed and stored, wall-to-wall carpet and disintegrated cabinets torn out, damaged furniture and Persian carpets removed for restoration, and umpteen industrial fans and dehumidifiers were roaring like an advancing army. Again, there were eight guys working like mules, each one with a task, nobody wasting time. Absolutely nothing was done in a leisurely fashion. It was overwhelming to see our house in this condition, but immensely comforting to see the professional efforts of these men. For the next two weeks while we stayed in a condo nearby, Kristy and Lem Nash, the owners, and Johnny Manriquez were available to us 24 hours a day. Because our daughter and her family already had airline tickets to visit us in Tucson at the end of May, we asked a nearly impossible schedule of Quality Restoration. Could our house be back to normal before the kids arrived? "You betcha!" On May 15, 2013 (41 days after we received the devastating call - an incredibly short time considering the severity and extent of damage our home had suffered), they met us at our door like an episode of Extreme Makeover. The entire house was perfection - walls rebuilt and painted, new carpet installed, pictures on the walls precisely replaced, carpets on the floors, furniture properly situated, clothing in the closets - of hundreds of items removed from and returned to our home by Quality Restoration, not one was broken or missing. Kristy even laundered our sheets and made our bed! Quality Restoration's phones are ALWAYS answered live, never by a service. (Believe me, we must have driven them crazy, sometimes calling six times a day with questions and comments when we were not in Tucson.) They battle the insurance company for you, looking out for your best interest even if it means headaches for them. They are honest, compassionate and professional in every respect, leading you by the hand through the process. Kaylynn, Lem's daughter, also mans the office and was a constant reassurance. Johnny Manriquez was the supervisor of our job; there is no harder worker or a person of higher integrity than Johnny. When we returned to Michigan, he kept us informed of progress on a daily basis, going a long way to calm our anxiety. This has been an emotional experience for us, but because of Quality Restoration - Lem, Kristy, Johnny and their crew - it has been so successful. I'm a roof coating contractor in Tucson and occasionally calls for tile roof problems during storms with the people needing emergency repairs (We don't do tile repairs or work). I've sent over 15 people to Quality Restoration in the last year - and none have needed to call me back with problems or looking for another company. I've also called Quality Restoration after hours to follow up and I've always been able to talk to the person on call to verify my clients were actually being helped. Amazing response rates when the flood happened, however they started the job and failed to finish it with no notice. The gal who handles the phones is amazing and had been super helpful but the ownership and management were super unprofessional starting a job and not completing it. We ended up having to find another company to finish the work they had already started. When we called to talk to them about it they said that because our schedule was not flexible enough, we had someone at their every request except for 1 time on a Saturday when they showed up with zero notice we were not home. From there they grabbed their stuff and left- super unprofessional to treat a customer that way when they are already experiencing something that is stressful. read more

We woke up on a Sunday morning at 5:30am to a flooded garage and damp carpeting in the living room and home office. Not sure of what to do, I yelped and luckily found reviews of Quality Restoration. A crew was at our house by 7:30am. They removed items from the damaged area carefully and set up large fans to dry out the rooms to prevent mold. When it was thoroughly dry, they replaced the drywall and helped move our belongings and furniture to the original places. After having a water leak in the wall , I was told numerous times they would work within the scope of my insurance company. 3 months after work was completed, QR emailed that they would perfect a lien and send me to collections! Worst company ever. They took 2 days to come out. They ruined the floor with some chemical they used, never cleaned the floor. Ripped us off for 7K took doors off hinges, including the hinges for no reason since the floor was dry by then. never put them back on. they cut a few pieces of drywall off.
