As I turned on the light, I realized the connection from my water source into my toilet tank had ruptured and water was spraying everywhere. I turned off the water and realized most of my condo was under water. I didn't need a plumber, but a service to clean up 1-2 inches of water everywhere. I found Voda on Yelp, called them, explained my issue and they arrived within an hour. They got right to work sucking up the water and moving furniture and belongings. A couple hours later they had pretty much finished most of it. Unfortunately, my neighbor on the floor below me had water streaming into her home. Voda went down there and went to work on her place too. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the quick work to remove the water. They were knowledgeable and professional. Their water mitigation efforts prevented any major damage. I was also able to replace the failed connection in the bathroom as soon as the hardware store opened. Lem, the owner, came out to my house promptly to view the water damage from a leaky shower pan. He was very professional, friendly and most of all honest. He explained what the process would be like and gave me realistic expectations on time and cost. Lem did not pressure me into a decision or make me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. I agreed to their offer and the work began very quickly. All of the workers were very professional, courteous and friendly. Pete in particular was an incredible asset to the whole experience, he was very helpful in explaining each step of the process. Any question or concern I had, Pete would immediately respond to texts or calls. When I asked about adding a bench to the shower rebuild, using tile, I was surprised to hear Pete say they would include it at no extra cost. This was the type of care and attention I got throughout the whole project. They even repainted large portions of our bathroom to match existing paint. I cannot recommend Quality Restoration enough! Once they finished the initial mitigation I was told they would get in touch with me on Sunday to remove the fans/humidifiers...fast forward to Thursday when I still hadn't heard from them. They finally got someone out on Friday, 5 days later than they said they would. At the same time I had contacted the receptionist about having someone out to also do a roof estimate, I was told I'd be called by end of business with a response - but you guessed it, 3 days later with no response I called back only to be told they were at least a month out with someone to get the roof repair estimate. Overall would not recommend; we only used them because that's who our insurance went through.
