The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out. The HVAC is an awkward place, but even I have been there and I'm 82, so there is no excuse. The contract says 2 or 3 outside traps. I only got one. The guy was supposed to see me on Fri AM 12/20 but didn't show or call. I'm probably wrong but this doesn't look like an adequate job and certainly not worth $425. I've been a customer since 4/22.
