Just completed a 6-hour job cleaning and regrouting our master bath shower. Easy to make an appointment for them to come out and do an estimate, which was very thorough and detailed. On the scheduled morning the tech showed up right on time to the minute. He worked had and was done just a bit early, and did a beautiful job. The shower looks brand-new. I thought the price was very fair, and everything was handled professionally throughout the process. We will definitely become repeat customers! read more

This is the second time I've used AZ Grout Busters, and I was not disappointed! They cleaned and stained my whole floor--VERY gross and dirty grout. They even had to make an extra trip because I made a mistake on stain. It has changed the look of my whole house, it is brighter and more modern looking. A heck of a lot cheaper than new tile!!! I LOVE it!! THANK YOU AZ Grout Busters!! You're the best!! read more

Did a fine job cleaning the saltillo tile but totally botched the grout repair, so I called someone else.

I really do not like to leave bad reviews, particularly when the office staff is friendly. However, it's really about the technicians who do the repairs. The first time Grout Busters sent someone, I pointed out a small crack in the grout that was causing leaking behind the shower wall and was making itself known on the floor in the adjoining room. The tech took less than 10 minutes to repair the grout, despite my request to clean and redo the entire shower. He did not listen, insisting the problem was fixed. The wall had been ripped out previously, resulting in expensive repairs and mold remediation. Two plumbers had looked at it and verified the leaking was from the shower itself and not the plumbing. I was not anxious to repeat all these repairs, and I wanted the shower completely fixed. The Grout Busters tech insisted there would be no more issues with his quick grout repair. I called Grout Busters again about a year later. More leaking, more ruining of the adjoining drywall, and again a refusal by the newest tech to redo the entire shower. It was another 10 minute fix. I called Grout Busters a third time and this newest tech absolutely refused to listen to me. He knew best and he would seal the corner and slap some clear solution on a couple tiles. I begged. I pleaded. It was no use. Less than 8 showers later, there was leaking again. Grout Busters offered to send someone else, but at this point I can't trust them. I called a new company who came to take a look. The caulking the last guy squeezed into the corner had gaps. It is going to have to be removed. I'm disappointed to say that I can't recommend Grout Busters for even the simplest job. read more

David and Roger were easy to work with and process. They scheduled us in a reasonable amount of time and got the job done. Unfortunately, the workmanship was not up to standard. I do not live in Arizona but I called them while I was down there to see if we could meet up but they said they were not available while I was in town. Then when I asked them to go over without me (as I had no plans on returning in the near future) they refused to do so. My local handyman was able to take photos and I asked them to go out and look at it to see what could be done. They refused to go out unless I could meet them, which again I don't live there, so that is not convenient. I had already paid them for all of their work. I have a feeling if I had not paid then they probably would've looked at it. It's unfortunate that their workmanship and customer service aren't as good as their prices. read more

My mother found this company in her neighborhood newspaper in Oro Valley . She had Red & Jeramy come to clean & seal her grout. My mom is pretty picky about cleaning, having owned her own cleaning business years ago. She was impressed by the customer service before during & after her services. She found the cleaners prompt, knowledgeable & helpful. One of the things that impressed her the most is that they did not use a machine to clean the floors - she and now I both come from the "hands & knees" school of floor cleaning and they did not disappoint. She was so thrilled that she talked me into writing this yelp review and I will probably also like them on facebook too :) we both recommend them highly ! read more

What an amazing company! From Nancy in the office to our experts in concrete staining, Marc and Shaun! We were just thrilled with the level of expertise! Our 15 year old floor had a chemical spill and looks beyond brand new! Highly recommend this company for both grout cleaning and concrete stain and repair. We called six other companies in Tucson and this was the only company to call us back. Less than $600 out the door with tax and the guys spent 10 hours here. Wow! Before and after pics to follow. read more

I'm very happy with the process of setting up estimate, getting estimate, and work. Nancy was a pleasure to coordinate with and even sent care instructions for the tile after the job was complete. I took pictures of areas before and after cleaning and color seal. The cleaning brightened up the tile and lightened up the grout. All work was done by hand with attention to detail. My technician was "Redd" and he was very professional and took pride in his work. He went over seal options once the tile was cleaned. I could have gone with clear because the grout was much cleaner but wanted a lighter and more uniform look so went with color seal. The price was very reasonable and I'd recommend AZ Grout Busters to my friends. I can't speak to how the color seal will hold up over time but will add another review after a year or so to provide an update. read more

Excellent service, from start to finish. Needed repair and correction of previous tile work from other co. Roger came out took one look at it, gave me estimate, and said no problem. Two days later, came out completeld work. Upon completion, he said that he completed work ahead of schedule and was going to reduce my cost. How often does that happen? Highly recommend. read more

This guys are absolutely wonderful! They are easy to work with, prompt and reasonable. Thank you for making the entire process easy!

We have lived in our tile floored house for fourteen years. The downstairs is all tile. Upstairs only the bathroom is tiled. The tile's grout looked ugly, especially the kitchen. the total tile area is 780 sq ft. The grout busters four person crew arrived on time. They cleaned the grout and then colored the grout to its original color. The floors looked new!. They were highly professional. I highly recommend the company. Although, this has nothing to do with the work they did, I was very impressed on how the four member crew worked together. It was like watching a well oiled machine. Red, the leader of the team showed leadership and people skills. read more

Fantastic job! Our Saltillo tile, 26 years worn, looks new. Arizona Grout Busters was responsive, timely, and delivered a product that we are thrilled with. Roger and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were friendly and courteous, making the entire process seamless, with great results. Thanks for a job well done. We are already planning for Arizona Grout Busters to restore our indoor tile, as well. read more

David arrived on time to measure shower and most of the rest of the house for tile and grout cleaning. While here he was constantly checking his phone as he received "encoded messages" even as he and I were discussing the job. IMO his phone should be left in his vehicle. On top of that it took him 1 1/2 hours to measure. I tried to avoid him so he'd quit talking and leave. That evening I received an estimate for the shower only!!! Waste of my time. read more

We are so pleased with the service of this company. The crew was efficient, friendly, professional, and hard working. Our tile, grout, and shower look like they did when we moved in 11 years ago. We highly recommend this company. read more

We used GrouT Busters to clean the tile and grout in a 15 year old house. You can see from the photo the difference between the cleaned and not cleaned part of the floor. The grout was black and now it's back to the original brown color. Nancy at their office was great and worked with me on scheduling. They do all the work by hand and we're really happy with the results. read more

The Arizona Grout Busters team did an ace job! The job was more complex than anticipated and I was on a tight schedule, and Roger, Red and the Arizona Grout Busters team got the grout job done on time. They cleaned and repaired the grout in my shower and countertop and had to reset a few tiles. The bathroom went from gross to shiny clean. We broke wood-like tiles in our move into a townhouse. Arizona Grout Busters were selected for the work after we received a very reasonable bid. The work took two days to get it right. The results were perfectly matched with existing tile..Great service--great value! read more

Just had these guys in. Clean floors, re-color and seal grout. Four man crew, 950 sf, 20x20 tile, arrival to cleaned-up and gone, 7 hours. Before and after photo. No shadows, lights on, right side, before, left side after. They took their shoes off and not once walked across carpet. Very competitive pricing. The next day, I discovered my request to not clean the tile in the pantry was a bad call. I asked them what they used to clean the floor, so I could do it. They sent a man the next day to do it. No extra.xharge. He even did some touch up on grout he didn't like how it finished the day before. read more

I am a Realtor and with that said, there are many times we go in to list a house, and the tile floors are a disaster!! My client called Grout Busters, and I admit, I was quite hesitant! I spoke with Nancy, in the office, and told her my concerns because was a 19 year old house and I don't think the floor ever had a true washing! So, you can only imagine! Well, I am here to beg forgiveness for doubting this company!! HOLY GUACAMOLE, I could NOT believe the transformation of the 2100 s/f, totally tiled, house! Tiles bought back from death, and they were completely regrouted...with a tooth brush and paint!! Every single line!! Would I recommend them??? Are there 6 stars????? Thank you Seth, Jeremy, Roger, Brian and Red!! Yes, 5 guys to get this job done!!! read more

Had a crew of four tackle our grout throughout, plus replace two damaged tiles and match the grout color, then seal. It's been two weeks, numerous spills and dog slobbers, and I am still amazed how much better things look. The crew lead went around with the mixed grout and buttered voids that had occurred over twenty years. Amazing attention to detail and integrity. Can not recommend enough. Thanks guys! read more

We had AZ Grout Busters come out and do a deep clean and seal of our tile and grout. We obtained a couple of estimates. We went with AZ Grout Busters not just due to the price, but their knowledge and customer service. They came out, thoroughly measured everything, and explained exactly what they were going to do in detail. All of our questions were answered and we received an estimate the same evening. Other companies were at the house maybe 5 minutes and we had to hound them for the estimate. Other companies explained nothing about what they would do. So, it was a no-brainer to go with AZ Grout Busters and we were not disappointed! The crew showed up as scheduled, was professional at all times, worked as promised, explained what they did and provided after care instructions as well. Highly recommend AZ Grout Busters! read more

Very responsive company. The completed project looked great. I received an estimate appointment within a day of calling. The estimate was presented and explained at the end of the appointment and was very reasonable. The work was scheduled within a week. The crew took a lot of pride in their work. My house feels and is much cleaner after Groutbuster services. We had the grout recolored also and it made our 1977 house look fresher as well. The crew were very respectful of our furniture, moved everything, and were very pleasant. On time, dependable, with a crew of four. Great investment. Well worth the money. We highly recommend this business! read more

Super responsive! They did a great job getting us a quote. They came out quickly and did fabulous work on the grout: strip, clean, and restain. Would recommend! We tried using a couple of other Tucson companies....but they simply didn't provide us the same TLC. (e.g. didn't call us back, left in the middle of the job.) read more

I set up an appointment with the estimator. He responded in a timely manner and spent almost one hour and half with me measuring and accessing the job. My wife and I were provide with a quote of $459.00 dollars with explanation of services for less then 500 square feet. Both were very reasonable and proceeded to schedule a date for services to be completed. After clearing the rooms of furniture, the employees arrived to begin the job. I greeted the contact person at the door, who identified himself as Grout Busters. He never introduced himself and proceeded to walk into my living and kitchen area. He stated the job was more labor intensive thus raising the price to $2000,00. He indicated the grout was dirty and would require stripping and scrubbing. He also referred to some of the Saltillo tile being worn and may not have the desired look. I called the company, leaving a message to speak the owner or management. I received a return call from the estimator, regarding the job estimate. Same indicated he relied on his employee to make the call regarding the up sale or to proceed with original job. The discussion of why he did not inform us of the possibility of the up sale to which he replied, he always informs customers of the possibility of requiring more services to obtain the desired job. He also stated he would have provided me with an example of the required cleaning of the grout if I had asked him. My reply was I as a client am relying on his expertise to make that call. Transparency is a concern and very poor communication. read more

We are putting our house up for sale and needed the travertine tile cleaned and sealed. My husband called grout busters for a price and when I heard they clean it on their hands and knees I could not believe it , we have over 1000sq. feet. My husband liked the price, I looked them up on line and finally agreed. Well five guys showed up and on their hands and knees they cleaned the whole floor, then they sealed it. They crawled out the front door so not to leave any footprints. Well the next day it was streaky so I called the office and the office gal said don't worry they will be out on Tuesday, well back they came and resealed the whole floor again. They are wonderful guys and recommend them highly, they also repaired a few tiles beautifully like new. I can't say enough about their work and how delighted we are, in fact I want them back to clean the tile in my new house as soon as we sell the old house. Thanks guys unbelievably awesome job. read more

Worst company ever! BEWARE and do not use them!!!! We had them clean and seal the tile in our house and there were two guys who showed up, did a terrible, rushed job by hand. My tiles and grout were barely better after they were done. Such a disappointment and loss of money! Then to top it off, one of the guys stole something from our house! The company replaced it with a cheap used knock-off. BEWARE, DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!! Warning! read more

i used this business to clean the tile and re-stain the grout in a condo I bought. They did a fantastic job. The floor tile and grout were in very bad condition. The tile was very dirty and the grout was very stained in lots of places. They spent almost an entire day with 3 people cleaning and re-coloring the grout. It looks like I installed brand new tile! The prices were much lower than other companies and I couldn't be more pleased. What a great job, far above my expectations. read more
