Excellent job!
Kim R.

Ruben was on time, very clean and efficient, and also very friendly. He did an impeccable job on resurfacing our 1941 bathtub. I'd recommend him to anyone!

3-4 layers of previous glaze. The tub is clean. Just stained and glaze chipped and rusted. Another company reglazed it a year ago.

They saved me from buying a new tub. Another company quoted me $7000 to replace my old tub. ABC was recommended by a neighbor on Nextdoor. ABC literally saved me thousands of dollars. This tub is in my AirBNB property that was built in 1937. Now it looks brand new. I can't recommend enough!!

Ruben just finish my bathtub and it looks better than it did new. I cannot believe how good it looks and ver professional friendly quality work. I can't thank him enough.

Before and after for resurfacing on shower pan and shower walls.

Ruben is professional, friendly, and does high quality work for a great price. We chose to go with Ruben when remodeling both bathrooms in our home. This prevented us from spending more time and money to replace two counter tops and an entire shower. He came out in advance to look at the job, explain the process, and give us a quote. He resurfaced our guest sink in one day and came back for two days the following week to do our master sink counter, shower walls, and shower pan. He had probably over 40 different colors and styles to choose from so there is something for everyone. It looks like we put in everything brand new and the rooms feels so much bigger. We absolutely love it and recommend ABC Resurfacing 100%. This is one of those businesses where you would give them more than 5 stars if you could. We scheduled a month out but the wait was well worth it. Thanks for everything Ruben!

My tub before resurfacing

Many thanks to Ruben for his excellent skill at resurfacing my 1960 porcelain clad steel tub. It saved time, thousands of dollars and the inconvenience of having to replace the tub and tile around it. Although he can do other colors, it is bright, white and appears brand new, which makes such a difference and means a lot to us. There were fumes, but they were vented outside during the process and after it with the bathroom fan. To me, the fumes didn't seem at all severe but, because my husband suffered from asthma in childhood, he said he felt discomfort. Although fumes are to be expected, I would not have the process done if any family member has any breathing issues, or have a small child with little lungs or perhaps a pet that stays indoors. It takes 48 hours to dry completely, at which time there are no residual fumes at all. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend the jovial Ruben and his company, Abc Resurfacing, highly!

We had our 70 year old bathtub reglazed and it makes the entire bathroom shine. Thanks, Ruben, for doing such a good job.

When I called to make the return, I was told I had three options. One option was to pay for the four separate shipping labels I needed to get at a cost of $248.14. despite the total of all four barstools was $623. The second option was that I can make one return per month as a member and since I wasn't a member, I could only do that if I became a member. The person on the phone said it's free to make the return but I had to pay $19.95 Plus tax to become a member in order to make that "free shipment". And I could only get store credit . The third option was that I could go to any carrier I wanted and pay for them to ship it back. None of these options allowed me to take it to any store as I was told there are no longer any stores. That was false. I also had to disassemble the one barstool that I had assembled, and I needed to make sure they were all wrapped up and placed back in the box in the manner in which I received it! That alone is a very special talent. Given that this is Presidents' Day weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of the sales that we're going on, they could not expedite anything such that if I wanted to use the store credit to now purchase a different set of barstools, the timing of their process would not make that happen. And we noted that the same barstools we looked at went up $50 per barstool from the pricing. It was the other day. The return process was that once they received the boxes in hand, they would take up to five days to review and determine if everything was satisfactory and then if it was satisfactory, it would be another 24 to 48 hours to actually get any credit. Basically we would miss the window of the sale. On the phone I was told that if they could see that the item was scanned, they would give me the credit early so that I could use the Sale pricing but then in my follow up on the email after having shipped the items back that was reversed. This is absolutely the worst return experience I have ever experienced in all my years of purchases in store and online. ! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. These people are absolute crooks !

During an entire kitchen and bathroom remodel in Spring 2022 we had them remove our old floor tile and later install new tile in about half of the home, as well as fully demo and build a bathtub enclosure and finish it with subway tile. We also had them fully demo a walk-in shower and fully remodel it with new subway tile and niche. John and Ed thoroughly educated us on the entire process that is required to waterproof the surface on which the tile was set. These guys know everything about correctly preparing any surface on which they installed tile. John and Ed were extremely patient with our entire remodel timeline as they had to work around and coordinate with plumbers and cabinet installers during the entire process. John helped us in finding local tile stores that he usually coordinates with to order, pick up, and deliver tile and supplies to our garage. John and Ed were the only craftsmen we hired during this entire project that were capable of their craft without us looking over their shoulder. You could give your house keys to John and Ed and they can complete their tile work without any baby-sitting. They are both of unquestionable integrity, extremely honest and hard-working, and they kept a clean working environment every day. We would definitely hire them again!

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.
