After reviewing his before and after pictures I reached out by email. He replied quickly and asked to view areas in person for an estimate. Oscar arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He spotted problems we didn't know we had ourselves. We had some scratching on one counter that he was not sure he could resolve. We asked him to try and we made an appointment for his work. Oscar and one other worker arrived on time and placed down mats to protect our floor leading to our bathroom, and taped up an area in our bathroom to limit the dust particles. Originally he estimated 5-6 hour work time but he was able to complete the work in 3.5 hours. Our marble countertop slabs have not looked this beautiful since we had them installed 25 years ago. They are so shiny and look new again! He was able to get all the scratches and water spots out. He then sealed the marble. Our travertine floors look amazing too. He did his magic and sealed the floors as well. Both surfaces are very porous so we were unsure what could be done. We highly recommend Oscar's business to you. Richard and Morgan came out shortly after to start the tear out of our water damage. It was so painful to hear them tearing out my beautiful hickory cabinets, but they did what they had to do. They cleaned up after each day and were super respectful when they were there. Their cabinet guy that pulled our cabinet faces off and rebuilt the boxes was an expert craftsman. Mickey, who fixed all of the insulation drywall and painting got it done within two days and it looked fabulous. They installed the cabinets and granite countertop without any damage. There was an issue with the backsplash tile installation but they made sure it was fixed correctly. I can't say enough about these guys and how fantastic and professional they were.
