Booked a 10-12 window and clearly said we had 12:00 work calls that required quiet. By 11:45, no call. I had to follow up--told "5 minutes away." They showed up at noon, making the appointment basically unusable. We had to cancel one call and scramble around the house to protect another. Then the pricing: quoted mid-$300s for six rugs (protectant on three). I removed one rug (decided to replace instead) and added two small chair spots--fine if that costs more. But instead of explaining anything, the tech refused to itemize and then doubled the price on-site with vague reasoning. Also tried to test clean in the middle of a chair cushion instead of a hidden area--had to correct him. Not confidence-inspiring. When I pushed back, he got argumentative, refused the job, flipped me off, and left. Office said they'd call right back. They didn't. Late, non-transparent pricing, and unprofessional. Have 2 large dogs and light colored carpeting. Bill and Erik came and did a wonderful job. Bill has a very sensitive sense of smell as a super power. He detected the smell of urine even though it happened about a year ago and I thought I had cleaned it up reallt well. He suggested that they use a product that would eat the odor causing microbes that cause the smell. Sure seems to have worked. Carpets are nice and fluffy and soft on the feet again. I give my highest recommendation to Xtreme Clean for their carpet cleaning with pet order/stain service. In three words: affordable, professional, and clean! Cara, the business owner, is a pleasure to coordinate service. I'm able to schedule service within the next 1-2 days. She gives a two hour ETA and Albert is always prompt and arrives at the beginning of the window. He ensures the hoses running through the house won't damage the walls, furniture, and floorboards. My carpet always smells and looks like new with perfect geometrical triangle patterns. Where is the 6th star? I must have worn out Cara with my questions since I had such a bad experience last year. She patiently answered all my questions and arranged everything for me. Albert came on time, parked where I designated it, was very relaxed and friendly. Together we moved some things I couldn't do on my own and Albert went to work with his professional van just giving out all the necessary hoses etc. I stepped out for a while and came back to a carpet that looked amazingly clean. This was a real professional and such a pleasant man to talk to. I got a special deal also which made this really affordable for me. I am big on patronizing small businesses. Alberto came out on 12/23, was timely and efficient. The cleaning did great stain removal and was quite reasonable. We had 4-5 moderate size stains and did not pay extra. But notify them when you make the appointment. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hose was not in good condition and was cracked causing water to go everywhere at the outside spigot. Because this is family owned and busy, they aren't the fastest at replying but they WILL reply. It just may take a day or two. read more

Xtreme Clean restored shower tile badly filmed with old hard water residue. It really looks like a new tile now. They also cleaned white grout in the white tile floor of the same bathroom. Thanks to Xtreme Clean I have a "new" bathroom and saved over $7,000 (cost of replacing all the old tile.) Came when they said they would and protected all surfaces from the street to the bathroom. Xtreme Clean did a great job on the carpets in my mom's house that had never been cleaned before. The 20 years of grime was formidable. After finishing the job, I got a call from their manager asking if they could come back another day and take a second pass at the carpets because the cleaner wasn't satisfied with the level of cleaning on the first pass.
