I was very impressed with Ryan when he came to give me an estimate for the tile and grout cleaning service I was requesting. The quote included sealing which I hadn't done before so the price was a little more than I had hoped. But, Sir Grout has a returning customer service at reduced price which convinced me to use their service. Isaiah did a fabulous job explaining 'trouble' spots, and what to do to fix them, then fixed them. I asked him not to move four big cabinets. He however did not move the smaller TV cabinet so when I moved it to reset the modem the tile hadn't been cleaned under it. Oh well, next year. Thank you Sir Grout. read more

Arthur did an excellent job explaining what Sir Grout would do for us, and Rudy came as scheduled later in the week to do the job. My husband had moved most of the furniture in advance, but Rudy was available to help put it back when the job was finished. Rudy applied a light color to our grout that we wanted to be darker. He didn't complain about the change and quickly re-did the grout lines. The most startling and welcome change was in our shower stall where the black mold along the bottom of the tile wall was eradicated and replaced with an epoxy white caulking. It looks like a brand-new shower! While the job was expensive, we were quite pleased with the result. read more

They matched our grout and cleaned and buffed the floor. I also like that they gave advice on how to keep the floors clean and helped put the heavy furniture back in place. I've had nothing but BAD experiences with Sir Grout in Tucson. Ryan, the owner, will kindly offer a service that Rudy, the manager will change when he arrives to do the job. Here's the rundown: (1) In June of 2020, Ryan said he would throw in for free cleaning the tile around the tub. When Rudy arrived, he said that cleaning around the tub would be an additional amount. The tile around the tub was left uncleaned. (2) In October of 2022, Ryan said that the yearly service includes sealing the grout with color sealant. When Rudy arrived, he said it would only include the cleaning. I could hear the two of them argue over the phone as Ryan tried to get Rudy to do the job as promised. (3) In March of 2025, it was the same issue. In fact, Ryan added the color sealant to the invoice, but Rudy did not want to add that to the service. They left the house and never returned to seal the tile. Every service I've had with Sir Grout Tucson has been a huge disappointment. read more

we chose Sir Grout for our granite countertops based on reviews. We had an abrasion spot where the finish was gone on one counter and a slight crack. The abrasion process took several sandings and feathering to get it back to where it should be and the crack was filled. Then the counters were cleaned and sealed and grout was re-applied. We have a 4 year old tile floor which was hard to get clean seems like the dirt was permanent in high traffic areas. We tried several companies to clean and all them stated we had an issue with our floors. Ryan from Sir Grout was one of the vendors and it came that our builder did not seal our floors therefore the black underneath the grout was surfacing and the dirt was getting adhered. They cleaned and put a seal on our floor, it looks like new. The workers were exceptional and very informative when we asked questions. Very happy with their professionalism and ability to bring the floors back to original condition. Yes it was higher than what we were hoping for, but after seeing all of their work going into the floors, it was easy to see it was labor intensive. Highly recommend! read more

I had Sir grout seal my grout when I moved in. They overcharged me because Ryan asked the sq footage and I gave him the sq footage of the house which not the area of cleaning sq footage. I had them come out today to do a maintenance cleaning on their grout I asked Ryan to come and remeasure. He did not come out. I was charged the max amount for cleaning. One guy Chris came to do the work. He said he thought when he saw $300 it was going to be a much bigger house that would take longer. He only had to go over the area that was free of furniture. After being overcharged twice I will probably not use them again. read more

I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot. Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice. When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. We decided to give Sir Grout a try to revitalize all of the flooring tile and grout throughout our condo after their primary local competitor essentially doubled its prices since we last used that competitor. We had a great experience with Sir Grout Tucson and strongly recommend them. We had our home's travertine floor repaired and refinished. The floor was more than 20 years old and was somewhat worn, with a fair amount of scratches. Sir Grout's salesperson never tried to "upsell" us and carefully laid out the various options for us. We had one square of the floor redone (for free) to let us know exactly what the finished product would look like. We are happy with a matte look with a modest shine -- that saved us money because it was less labor intensive. The entire process took about four days, but was well worth it. Our floor looks new. We had a three-person crew each day. Everyone was professional and meticulous, carefully moving furniture as necessary. Overall, this was a great experience for us as customers and we were very pleased. read more

Pretty remarkable results. Light color travertine throughout the house that looked just okay when we moved in a few years ago. The grout was black in high foot-traffic places. The tile had embedded dirt and was dull looking. After Ryan, Elias, Isaiah, Rudy, and Mario completed 3 days of cleaning, buffing, color sealing, and polishing, our floors look brand new. I recently had Sir Grout redo my travertine floor in my kitchen, bath and laundry room. Ryan did an outstanding job. After a few days I noticed a small area which I thought needed a little touch up. I contacted Bob, I think he's the owner, and he immediately got on it. Eli came to our house after he finished another job, so it was night time, and he worked on that small area which made the difference. Two days later Eli called to ask if I was happy with what he had done and asked if I wanted him to come up again. This is a wonderful company with very professional workers. My travertine tile looks beautiful! Rudy and Maximus were very professional. They moved all of the furniture, they were fast and very efficient. The office scheduler Wendy was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five was the estimator. I was given a date and time for the work to be done. Later I received a call from Wendy telling me the installation would be three weeks later then planned. I tried to get ahold of Ryan by phone, email, text and never heard back. Finally he emailed me that there was a conflict in scheduling and he would try and move the date up . I never heard from him again. Got it rescheduled with Wendy, later than I wanted, but no choice. He also overpromised on how clean the tile itself would be. The grout was great but the tile itself still has dark spots. Overall much better than it was. read more

If I could proceed without giving a single star I would!! Total scam! Young kid, Ryan, showed up and quoted 4-6 hours at $120 per hour ($480-$720). Called back after his visit and told me a second "person from the company who is their travertine expert" wanted to come by to see the job. By the time he came the following day and had ascertained the work the bid had risen to $3850. Oh and by the way the second guy claimed he was not a Sir Grout employee at all, he just got referrals on jobs they couldn't handle. I had to get some pitted stone refilled and sealed what's not to handle? They accepted the appointment based on my explanation of what I wanted to hire them to do. Total scam! read more

Very happy with the final result. Had a few hiccups in the beginning- first team couldn't come out as planned due to being sick. Second team arrived an hour earlier than expected but no big deal. Scheduling sends multiple texts. Grout experience was amazing. Took time to clean and gave us tips on cleaning the tile.
