Sir Grout Tucson cleaned and color sealed my home flooring. They left residual color seal on some baseboards, missed some areas, and did not fix the small grout cracks they agreed to do. I called and emailed five times after the work was complete but received absolutely no return contact. It would be simple enough to solve these issues but they have not responded in any way. They won't even send me a receipt for the work done which was promised when we paid. read more

I will never recommend Sir Grout again. I used them several years ago, paid almost $2000 and was happy with the results. I have referred them over 18 times since then. Now that I have a smaller job I needed done - they ghosted me three times! Three times we had an appointment; I took off of work, and they never showed & never contacted me. I will never used them again, nor will I ever refer them again. If you have a small job, they are not the least bit interested read more

Sir Grout's nice, young men and great work left our house looking wonderful. We are most impressed!

I just had my bathrooms done. They were a mess and Oscar and Isaiah just did a spectacular job. There were respectful and quite efficient. I highly recommend Sir Grout. read more

Arthur did an excellent job explaining what Sir Grout would do for us, and Rudy came as scheduled later in the week to do the job. My husband had moved most of the furniture in advance, but Rudy was available to help put it back when the job was finished. Rudy applied a light color to our grout that we wanted to be darker. He didn't complain about the change and quickly re-did the grout lines. The most startling and welcome change was in our shower stall where the black mold along the bottom of the tile wall was eradicated and replaced with an epoxy white caulking. It looks like a brand-new shower! While the job was expensive, we were quite pleased with the result. read more

I was very impressed with Ryan when he came to give me an estimate for the tile and grout cleaning service I was requesting. The quote included sealing which I hadn't done before so the price was a little more than I had hoped. But, Sir Grout has a returning customer service at reduced price which convinced me to use their service. Isaiah did a fabulous job explaining 'trouble' spots, and what to do to fix them, then fixed them. I asked him not to move four big cabinets. He however did not move the smaller TV cabinet so when I moved it to reset the modem the tile hadn't been cleaned under it. Oh well, next year. Thank you Sir Grout. read more

Sir Grout recently redid our 30-year-old shower and spa grout. From start to finish Ryan and his team were professional and responsive to our requests. And they did a beautiful job! read more

We used Sir Grout for our kitchen and family room tile floors about 2 weeks ago. The floors look great, almost like new. They came with several people and were fast and efficient. They matched our grout and cleaned and buffed the floor. I also like that they gave advice on how to keep the floors clean and helped put the heavy furniture back in place. I would definitely recommend using Sir Grout. read more

Highly recommend. Start to finish, call for estimate to job completion, seamless quality service and communication. On time, professional, careful with property, timely updates and the floors look better than new. And the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with all of my questions. And I had a few! Wish I had done it sooner. read more

we chose Sir Grout for our granite countertops based on reviews. We had an abrasion spot where the finish was gone on one counter and a slight crack. The abrasion process took several sandings and feathering to get it back to where it should be and the crack was filled. Then the counters were cleaned and sealed and grout was re-applied. Rudy was very professional, promp and thorough. He did an amazing job and our granite looks brand new. Thank you Rudy! read more

I've had nothing but BAD experiences with Sir Grout in Tucson. Ryan, the owner, will kindly offer a service that Rudy, the manager will change when he arrives to do the job. Here's the rundown: (1) In June of 2020, Ryan said he would throw in for free cleaning the tile around the tub. When Rudy arrived, he said that cleaning around the tub would be an additional amount. The tile around the tub was left uncleaned. (2) In October of 2022, Ryan said that the yearly service includes sealing the grout with color sealant. When Rudy arrived, he said it would only include the cleaning. I could hear the two of them argue over the phone as Ryan tried to get Rudy to do the job as promised. (3) In March of 2025, it was the same issue. In fact, Ryan added the color sealant to the invoice, but Rudy did not want to add that to the service. They left the house and never returned to seal the tile. Every service I've had with Sir Grout Tucson has been a huge disappointment. read more

The technician, Rudy, did a great job last year, so of course we requested him for follow-up maintenance this year. He didn't disappoint, he's as energetic and motivated as ever. He's competent, smart, and strong. The result has been and remains astonishing, saving us from the horror (noise, mess, disruption) of having new tile. We highly recommend Sir Grout Tucson. read more

We had Isiah with Sir Grout to our house yesterday. What a huge difference that made to our tile to have clean grout!! Who knew our brown grout would turn out a lovely Haystack color (beige) to match the tile. It's beautiful. He did a fantastic job, very detail oriented and thorough. We highly recommend Sir Grout and Isiah. Great job. read more

What a wonderful experience.... Our tile floor was in need of attention and I contacted Sir Grout based on a recommendation of a friend as well as the excellent reviews. Ryan was at our house within 24 hours of the first call and provided us with a very reasonable quote. The work was completed today and we couldn't be happier. Our floors look as good as the day they were installed. The attention to detail of the crew was incredible. We couldn't be happier and recommend Sir Grout without reservation. read more

We have a 4 year old tile floor which was hard to get clean seems like the dirt was permanent in high traffic areas. We tried several companies to clean and all them stated we had an issue with our floors. Ryan from Sir Grout was one of the vendors and it came that our builder did not seal our floors therefore the black underneath the grout was surfacing and the dirt was getting adhered. They cleaned and put a seal on our floor, it looks like new. The workers were exceptional and very informative when we asked questions. Very happy with their professionalism and ability to bring the floors back to original condition. Yes it was higher than what we were hoping for, but after seeing all of their work going into the floors, it was easy to see it was labor intensive. Highly recommend! read more

Great service. Honest and reliable. Great communication. Came out to repair our countertop and could not. Charged us for the visit and time which was reasonable. read more

I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot. Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice. When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. I was so happy with the way the floors looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Sir Grout. Thank you Bob and Juan!! read more

I had Sir grout seal my grout when I moved in. They overcharged me because Ryan asked the sq footage and I gave him the sq footage of the house which not the area of cleaning sq footage. I had them come out today to do a maintenance cleaning on their grout I asked Ryan to come and remeasure. He did not come out. I was charged the max amount for cleaning. One guy Chris came to do the work. He said he thought when he saw $300 it was going to be a much bigger house that would take longer. He only had to go over the area that was free of furniture. After being overcharged twice I will probably not use them again. read more

Ryan & Kyle did an outstanding job on making our old, tired tile look brand new! I would definitely go this route if you do not want to go through the mess and expense of removing and installing new tile. We will definitely use them again if we have any further issues with our tile popping up in other areas in the house and to clean and buff our floors again. Thank you! read more

Had our tile floors cleaned and sealed by Sir Grout and we couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. They look brand new. Rudy & Isaiah are a great team. They are very personable and detailed. It's great to see such young & hard workers. They finished our house in about 6 hours. They move any furniture and make it very easy on the homeowner. Also a shout out to Ryan our sales guy. He was very open & upfront when he gave us our proposal so we knew exactly what to expect. I would use them again and wil gladly refer them to others. read more

Sir Grout Tucson - clean kitchen floor - Flooring Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

We decided to give Sir Grout a try to revitalize all of the flooring tile and grout throughout our condo after their primary local competitor essentially doubled its prices since we last used that competitor. Following Sir Grout's work, there were a couple of small issues for which we had concerns. We contacted Ryan (the Business Manager) who personally came to our home and fixed every issue of concern. We are now VERY PLEASED with the results. We cannot speak highly enough of Ryan who is very attentive and respectful toward his clients. Many of the local businessmen could learn much from Ryan. read more

Excellent job on my shower tile. Looks brand new! Pleasant professional staff. Highly recommend.

Our travertine floor had some areas that showed wear, and others that had some etching from spills in the kitchen. Eli did a great job fixing them and perfectly matching the rest of the floor. read more

We had a great experience with Sir Grout Tucson and strongly recommend them. We had our home's travertine floor repaired and refinished. The floor was more than 20 years old and was somewhat worn, with a fair amount of scratches. Sir Grout's salesperson never tried to "upsell" us and carefully laid out the various options for us. We had one square of the floor redone (for free) to let us know exactly what the finished product would look like. We are happy with a matte look with a modest shine -- that saved us money because it was less labor intensive. The entire process took about four days, but was well worth it. Our floor looks new. We had a three-person crew each day. Everyone was professional and meticulous, carefully moving furniture as necessary. Overall, this was a great experience for us as customers and we were very pleased. read more

We recently had our shower tile cleaned, grout colored, and everything sealed by Sir Grout and I would echo the other positive reviews. Ryan made the first visit and gave an estimate. Rudy and the gang arrived exactly on schedule, then Ryan came back and checked the work. He found some areas that could have been done better, so the crew returned. Finally, Ryan came back and applied the sealant. Our dingy shower now looks good as new. The whole operation, from estimate, to work, to office follow-up was quite professional. Strongly recommend. read more

I recently had Sir Grout redo my travertine floor in my kitchen, bath and laundry room. Ryan did an outstanding job. After a few days I noticed a small area which I thought needed a little touch up. I contacted Bob, I think he's the owner, and he immediately got on it. Eli came to our house after he finished another job, so it was night time, and he worked on that small area which made the difference. Two days later Eli called to ask if I was happy with what he had done and asked if I wanted him to come up again. This is a wonderful company with very professional workers. I would highly recommend Sir Grout without reservation. read more

Pretty remarkable results. Light color travertine throughout the house that looked just okay when we moved in a few years ago. The grout was black in high foot-traffic places. The tile had embedded dirt and was dull looking. After Ryan, Elias, Isaiah, Rudy, and Mario completed 3 days of cleaning, buffing, color sealing, and polishing, our floors look brand new. So much better than expected. High praise for these gentlemen, the process, and the results. read more

My travertine tile looks beautiful! Rudy and Maximus were very professional. They moved all of the furniture, they were fast and very efficient. The office scheduler Wendy was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five was the estimator. I was given a date and time for the work to be done. Later I received a call from Wendy telling me the installation would be three weeks later then planned. I tried to get ahold of Ryan by phone, email, text and never heard back. Finally he emailed me that there was a conflict in scheduling and he would try and move the date up . I never heard from him again. Got it rescheduled with Wendy, later than I wanted, but no choice. He also overpromised on how clean the tile itself would be. The grout was great but the tile itself still has dark spots. Overall much better than it was. read more

Very happy with the final result. Had a few hiccups in the beginning- first team couldn't come out as planned due to being sick. Second team arrived an hour earlier than expected but no big deal. Scheduling sends multiple texts. Grout experience was amazing. Took time to clean and gave us tips on cleaning the tile. Gave us a wide array of color selection and voila.. our tile looks uniform and brand new! read more

If I could proceed without giving a single star I would!! Total scam! Young kid, Ryan, showed up and quoted 4-6 hours at $120 per hour ($480-$720). Called back after his visit and told me a second "person from the company who is their travertine expert" wanted to come by to see the job. By the time he came the following day and had ascertained the work the bid had risen to $3850. Oh and by the way the second guy claimed he was not a Sir Grout employee at all, he just got referrals on jobs they couldn't handle. I had to get some pitted stone refilled and sealed what's not to handle? They accepted the appointment based on my explanation of what I wanted to hire them to do. Total scam! read more
