As I turned on the light, I realized the connection from my water source into my toilet tank had ruptured and water was spraying everywhere. I turned off the water and realized most of my condo was under water. I didn't need a plumber, but a service to clean up 1-2 inches of water everywhere. I found Voda on Yelp, called them, explained my issue and they arrived within an hour. They got right to work sucking up the water and moving furniture and belongings. A couple hours later they had pretty much finished most of it. Unfortunately, my neighbor on the floor below me had water streaming into her home. Voda went down there and went to work on her place too. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the quick work to remove the water. They were knowledgeable and professional. Their water mitigation efforts prevented any major damage. I was also able to replace the failed connection in the bathroom as soon as the hardware store opened. My thanks to Voda for a quick response and a speedy cleanup!

After several attempts to acquire details that would require $800 rather than$400, we haggled back and forth by text message, with him dodging my questions with pledges to "get back to you tomorrow", or some such. I had ready prepaid the $400 he demanded thru PayPal when our dialog ended, with his pledge to refund (most) of that $400 prepayment. That was the last word from him, and that was three weeks ago! Let this be a warning to NOT prepay for a project that doesn't at most pay for some of the materials and perhaps travel. Don't get taken to the cleaners as I had. I may have dismissed a loss of $400, but at least it didn't become the $800 he was licking his lips over.

Best call I've ever made. They came to the house immediately to make sure that everything was off and disconnected. Steven came the next day and started the processes of getting us back together. Steven, Jose and the rest of their team were outstanding. They were at the house when they said they would be and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. The restoration on our garage and den are incredible, you cannot even tell there was any water damage at all. Cannot say enough great things about these guys, they are GREAT!!! Would use again!!!!

Lem, the owner, came out to my house promptly to view the water damage from a leaky shower pan. He was very professional, friendly and most of all honest. He explained what the process would be like and gave me realistic expectations on time and cost. Lem did not pressure me into a decision or make me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. I agreed to their offer and the work began very quickly. All of the workers were very professional, courteous and friendly. Pete in particular was an incredible asset to the whole experience, he was very helpful in explaining each step of the process. Any question or concern I had, Pete would immediately respond to texts or calls. When I asked about adding a bench to the shower rebuild, using tile, I was surprised to hear Pete say they would include it at no extra cost.
