I informed him that I had a slope adapter and was told by another pro that the fan/light would not hang properly w/o it. He told me he thought he could make it work and asked it I could return the adapter for a refund, making it inconvenient for me. He needed to go to the store for a part he did not have on his truck. He go two parts, he said he didn't know which one was the right one. Also I assited him in turning off breakers to locate the right breaker for the light switch. Total job took 3 hours and I was billed $287 for which he refunded me $28 as I had to return the extra part for for a refund. He cleaned up nicely when finished.
