First time here was good. The lady who did my nails put the acrylic on uneven. Didn't complain just had her finish and left. I went back cuz I loved the atmosphere and the owner is so fun and makes me smile. This second time is the last time i will be going here. I went in for a fill. Same lady as last time says oh it will be $37 for a fill. A little steep for a fill but ok. Then i told her I need a nail replaced. She said no problem then proceeded to pick at my nails. I told her I want a fill. She said no full set. Now i know if it's lifted they need to remove it but that wasn't the case. She then proceeds to tell me see they fall off as she's tearing off my nails. She said only $10 more. Again I repeated I only want a fill. Then she says on well it's $5 for the one new nail so just get new set only $10 more. So I Said ok that'd be your tip money but whatever. She then does my nails. The tip on one nail wasn't the full nail. I asked her to replace it she said no that it's fine. I asked again and she said no. Then it gets worse. She puts the acrylic on its uneven AGAIN and is all over the bottom. This time I asked her to even the acrylic and clean the bottom of my nails. This is when she cuts my finger! I've NEVER had this happen to me. She says nothing and continues on working. I tell her what colors I want and i wanted one nail to have glitter at the tip and not the whole nail. She says $5 more. I asked for just some glitter at the tip? She said ya it's a design. I said what about the full nail!? She said oh ok no charge. That made no sense. It was a horrible mess and I'll never be coming back. I'm currently picking the polish off my fingers as when she painted them she went past my nail bed. read more

So happy! Just walked in, and someone was able to take me right away for an acrylic set. My nails are nice and short and thin just like I asked for! Nice polish job too! Just moved to the area and I think I found my new nail spot! Can't wait to come back for a pedicure soon :) $25 for a GREAT acrylic set is nice! Oh, and I was in and out in less than an hour....not too shabby for a full set. Thanks Central Nails! read more

I don't typically review on Yelp, but this had to be done. Stopped by today to get a gel manicure and was impressed with the customer service. I, too was looking around on here to see where I should stop by. After reading so many good reviews I figured why not. The reviews are right. Suzy did my nails and she's wonderful. I did have to wait a bit since all of the staff were working on other customers. However, unlike others nail salons, Suzy was true to her wait time--30 mins. I waited only about 20. She also took into consideration that I had another appt to get to and was conscious of the time. Overall amazing service and prices! I know I'll be back. Bummed I didn't score a customer card that I've read about on here. I'll have to grab one next time! read more

I went in last night for a mani/pedi and Suzie and her staff were very friendly and professional. I commute from the West side to Central Nails because I know Suzie will take care of me. She has always done a fantastic job on my nails and does them the way I like them. Suzie updated her salon and brought in brand new pedi spa massage chairs! They are wonderful. Worried about cleanliness/germs? Don't be! Suzie spares no expense and uses the special bowl liners for each pedicure. The prices are very reasonable too. Good quality service by friendly staff, in a clean environment and reasonable prices. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and made all of my friends and I feel welcomed. She went above and beyond to get me the nail color I wanted. Since the color I wanted didn't come in gel, she combined gel and dip for me (at no extra charge) and they've never looked better! I wish I lived in Arizona so I could come all the time. read more

Called at 9:30 and was able to get in at 11. Gel pedicure was quick and well done but expensive. $22 for the basic pedicure plus $15 extra for gel and $10 more because I got acrylics on my big toes. I'm happy to pay for a good, long-lasting pedicure though. Suzy did my manicure, acrylics with gel, and when I pointed out that one of my thumb nails was noticeably shorter than the other, her response was a mix of "too late, your fault for not telling me sooner, and it's because your nail beds are different sizes." I don't mind a mistake, but not when someone is unwilling to fix it. I took a picture of each nail from underneath, clearly showing they've been filed to different lengths relative to my fingertips, not because of my nail bed size. I'm in Phoenix once a month for work and like to get my nails done on layovers, but I'll have to try somewhere else next time. Really unsatisfying for $85. read more

Suzie is the best!! I have been going here for almost 3 years now and won't go anywhere else. Always a fun and upbeat environment, especially when karaoke starts! Even when it's super busy the ladies always find a way to get you in and relatively fast. Favorite nail salon hands down! read more

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced ever in a nail salon. Every single employee was rude and seemed to me more insensitive to people of color. There were several customers complaining while I was in getting service. I left without ever receiving what I came in for because they were so incredibly rude. I was extremely disappointed because the salon itself was beautiful, the experience the UGLIEST I've ever seen. read more

I simply adore the owner, Suzie! She is so personable, kind, funny, sweet, talented, infectious to be around and she is the authentic in the fact that she listens to her clientele and makes each one feel special. I love her work, Suzie, so very much...that I have been back 3 times this April. I let her pick out my nail color and Suzie made it youthful and cute. Waxed my brows on second visit. Yay! And just now a polish change for my toes. Please check out this lovely find... read more

Excelente work! Sussie did my nails, I asked for SNS and they look great! She also had karaoke haha, I will definitely be coming back here.

First and last time I will come here. I got a spa pedicure and the I don't know if the girl I got was new or what, but she cut my nails all uneven and really seemed unsure of what she was doing. She took almost an hour just to do a pedicure, and when she finished I noticed the nail polish was not very smooth and she also got some on the side of my toes. To make things worse, they advertise that they have free WiFi but they don't even know the password. How stupid is that? Overall a horrible experience. read more

Suzie and her staff were great! We were in town for a short time and we all 3 needed some "footwork" and one gel mani. Service was good but, as Californians, we were used to more competitive prices. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the price. I hear that the prices are good for this area so I suppose it is to be expected. Everything else was great. Friendly staff, clean equipment. Suzie is very entertaining. Not a dull moment with that one. Thanks for the service! read more

Love love love everything. Quick service with a quality job. Employees were so welcoming and kind, I felt among friends. Super beautiful felt like I was on a getaway salon.
