Stopped in here to get a mani/pedi after reading great reviews. It smelled like fresh bleach when I walked in and the place was very clean! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming and I had a great experience. My manicurist spent a lot of time making sure my nails were perfect as I explained I was getting them done for a wedding. Fair price, great service and very clean! read more

They did a great job! Pretty affordable too, $22 for a pedi. Only drawback was it was about a 30 min wait to get in. read more

Really friendly and attentive. This is my second time getting a pedi here and both times I've had a pleasant experience. Everything looks very clean and sanitary which is the first thing I look at when checking out a new nail salon. It is conveniently located and easily accessible. Parking is plentiful so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot close to the salon. The salon owner has a lovely personality and even brought out a microphone and started singing karaoke during my visit! I'll definitely be stopping by again. read more

I've come twice and had one good experience and one terrible. I went for a French gel manicure and I mentioned that the white was uneven on my left hand. She tried to fix it once and decided it was too thick so I agreed to let her grind it down and start again. She didn't remove all of the polish and started painting back over it. The final result was worse than original (the white is more uneven and the pink underneath was not repainted and looks visibly messed up). I had to leave because I had been there twice as long as I'd expect so I turned down the offer to redo the hand a 4th time. They still charged me the full price. Really disappointed, I thought I found a good neighborhood spot. read more

This place is gross. They did an okay job but the whole place smelled horrible and looked really dirty! I don't know why the reviews are so high except for these people must have never gone to a clean nail salon! read more

With a heavy heart i give this place a bad review. I had been going to this place the last 4 months. However, I called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment and was told it was "walk in only" it was a Saturday which I understand is a busy day for salons so I didn't mind. I showed up as a walk in and was fortunate to get my favorite nail tech. I just called again today (Friday) and tried to request my girl and again was told it is walk in only. This is highly inconvenient I live in Glendale it is a 25-30 min drive for me and I'm willing to drive it to get my nails done by the nail tech of my choosing because why not? and to give this place my business yet that lady that answered the phone wouldn't even tell me if the nail tech i like was there. Wth? I had one of their other nail techs do my gel many a month ago and she did an awful job and then a couple other ones that halfassed my pedicure. Like the only reason i was going here is because of the amazing lady that does an amazing job. Ridiculous. I'm never going back. And I'm now back on my quest to find a nail tech if they don't like people choosing nail techs then they should all have the same skill level because this place is a hit or miss with their nail techs. Bye :(!! read more

I've been wanting to get my nails done for a very long time, I've been so busy with work and being a new mom I just didnt have time. Finally, decided to get them done, and have always been very particular with my nails. I like acrylic with pink powder to have a semi clear nail. I had seen a picture on their Yelp and immediately loved it because it was EXACTLY what I WANTED. I came in an hour before they closed, due to living in north Phoenix and getting out of work at 4PM. I was told it would be a little of a wait, I was fine with that. I show the owner the kind of nails I want, she says yes that they can do them...I get seated about 30 - 40 minutes later and show the lady what I want, she is very persisted that they are ombre, I said no they're clear like. But she is stubborn that they are ombre and it's an extra 10 dollars, shes the nail tech so I trust her... almost an hour later, (my fault for not speaking up in the midst of it) I try to love them, but they look like I have marshmallow tips with no ombre.. I pay and I walk out and almost cry at my car, I've wait a year to get my nails done and they're not remotely close to what i wanted. My husband goes back and speaks with Susie, the owner. I come back in and the other tech says that's the picture you showed me... I'm almost outraged... but susie agrees with me and says she will stay to fix them. I'm so glad Susie provided with above and beyond customer service. She apologized and fixed my nails exactly how I wanted them. Next time I'll book a time with Susie. Susie has a great sense of humor and exceptional customer service. read more

I went today to get a pedicure from Central Nails. It's the first nail place I've been to as a new Phoenix resident, but because of decent reviews I decided it was close enough to where I live, and not too pretentious. I generally prefer hole in the wall nail places to salons or even the cute little nail places in old houses or anything. The strip mall-type are comforting to me. I got the Special Pedicure, which was $28 and included everything the basic pedi did, but with callous removal, massage, and sugar scrub. Everyone was very friendly, and the woman doing mine did a nice job; my feet feel very nice right now! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it seemed a little short, especially the massage. When you pay more in order to get a massage, I expect a pretty decent massage. However, I did mess up one of my nails as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot-- my foot slipped on the brake and smushed the nail polish off my nail. Luckily, that was the worst that happened. I returned and they were very nice and redid the nail for me for free. This is something I expect most places to do anyway, but they were very gracious about it and made some jokes. I would recommend this place: nice people, no frills, easy to get an appointment and good customer service. read more

I would not even give this place a star nasty old no polish colors or nice fresh choices way to fast for you money employees are like not wanting to even be in to work Other clients are total snobby scum If they are going to wear their fancy cloths and flaunt their Louie purses and talk so loud and the owner can't tell these loud mouth snobs to keep it down then this is not the place for you This was a gift certificate I was using and could never get in o Because on their pamphlet the days open are Friday Saturday Sunday but the door says all week long Totally confusing read more

I'm usually not someone who leaves reviews, but as a cosmetologist who is new to the area (and state); I was hoping to have found a spot but unfortunately that was not the case. I paid $45 for a terrible "pedicure". The man was on his phone, supposedly took my gel polish off and only soaked my feet in water. He as rough when "trimming the cuticle", the massage was a literal rub up and down. I looked down at my toe nails and saw so much polish still on my nails. He attempted to paint my nails and I refused. I had endured one of the worst "pedicures" of my 29 years of life. I'm someone who gets pedicures regularly and again, as a cosmetologist; I know the standard. I was hoping to leave a great tip and even a throw out a recommendation but unfortunately that's not doable here. Come in at your own risk. I had to go to another shop to have my nails reshaped and to actually have my cuticles trimmed and polished because he did such a bad job!!! read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. I won't go anywhere else in the Phoenix area now! The owner does karaoke and is sweet and fun!

Came here for my daughter's cheer competition from Cali. I needed a gel mani & pedi. I called this place & Suzy the owner took me in right away. The place is clean & the owner was very accomodating. I had fun being there. The owner amused me with her singing & dancing :). They also did a good job with my mani & pedi. Highly recommended! read more

I don't frequently get my nails done, but I just landed a new job and moved to a new city and wanted to treat myself. $58 dollars later I left with a full set and a pedicure, that lasted 2 days. I worked my first shift the next day to come home with a broken nail and many chipped toe nails. How did my pedicure get so ruined?! I wear closed toe shoes?! All in all I'm very disappointed. I made an apt, took them 30 min to start on me, which was all fine except then they were rushing on me. :( read more

This place is a little hard to locate, but totally worth searching for! It's tucked away in the little plaza that appears to have a few big stores that have closed and behind a busy Filiberto's so it's easy to miss. I was actually kind of scared of what I was walking into since the outside seemed a little run down but I had read the reviews online and saw that they were mostly praise for the business. When I walked in, there were a couple ladies getting manicures and pedicures. The lady upfront, also working on a manicure, asked me what service I needed as she continued working on her customer's nails. I wanted an eyebrow wax. She (who I later found out was Suzy, the lady everyone raves about in their reviews) politely told her customer my eyebrow wax would only take a few minutes and then got up to help me right away. At first, I thought this was a little weird and rude, but it was pretty helpful to me. Otherwise, I would've waited there for another thirty minutes for a wax that takes about ten minutes. We go into the wax room and waxing goes as usual. The wax was the perfect temperature and Suzy was very polite, funny (she thought I was getting ready for prom. I graduated high school almost ten years ago), and worked super swiftly. My eyebrow wax was done in a jiff! After admiring my newly shaped eyebrows in the mirror, we walked back up front so I could pay. And guess what?! Their prices are great! I'll definitely be back! read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! For one I came in explaining my expectations. I don't ask for much but a good paint job and if you can't do good design well tell me. I was told they were good by the lady that had the desk in front. Well that was a lie!! My pedi no design matches and some toes do not even have a full design and she comes by and say really nice. In my mind I want to so are you blind!!! My daughters nails look like my 6 year old did the design which I was charged $5 for and all she did was take gold paint and made one squiggly line which does not resemble a lightning bolt. I end up walking out with out my nails painted and they charged me $215 for the worst service ever!! Oh and to top it off didn't even respect the Yelp coupon of 10% off read more

This establishment has excellent service with friendly staff. I enjoyed my pedicure very much.

I went to get my nails done here and paid extra for design but the stickers they had placed on my nails started to fall off the same day I got them so I called back to get them fixed and they had just put more gel coat on top of the peeling stickers and ended up looking worse than before. Wouldn't recommend. read more
