I've had my braces on for 3 years I prayed 1,200 dollars of my last payment and they wouldn't let me get my braces off without a parent present even though there was no parent present when I was paying my own braces bill. Then made me leave when I had something to say about it. Dr frost is never in the office to help or watch over what his assistants are doing to people's mouths. Takes months to get in for a appointment too and every time you go into there office they chart everything you say or do while your in there office for example I was saying how I took a uber to my appointment and that was documented on my chart what that has to do with my braces and what's going on in my mouth idk what the coloration to that is. Overall plz save your money and don't bother w these people there ridiculous and customer service is horrible. I was a little nervous about switching providers but Dr. Judd made the transition seamless. He had an office in Queen Creek where most of my appointments were held, but sold that office in 2024 shortly after I completed my treatment. I visited this Mesa office several times for scans and a follow up after the other office closed. He took the time and care to evaluate my case and gave me his honest, professional opinion. He recommended switching to metal braces for my lower teeth as it was the better and more effective option for my needs. Invisalign just wasn't going to get the job done the way we had hoped. He was also upfront about the fact the due to my past dental work, my smile wouldn't be "perfect," but he made sure I was truly happy with the end result before completing my treatment plan. Dr. Judd is kind, thoughtful, and passionate about what he does. My husband and son also transitioned their treatment plans to Dr. Judd shortly after I did, who also took great care of them.
