After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.
