After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. Tajar plugged my phone into the charger to see if the issue was as I described, which he did not need to do. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.

We were in a hurry so we decided to do it here and when we came back to pick up our phone, he said he would give us a month warranty. The screen looked a little darker than the original and it was protruding a bit out than before but we just settled with it and went about our way. Less than 2 weeks later the phone had some weird squiggly lines and colors on the screen so we took it in immediately that same day. The guy we talked to was at the other kiosk in front of the LEGO store (as no one was at the original kiosk) and he was the one that actually fixed the screen. I showed him the screen w the squiggly lines etc and asked if he could fix it since we had warranty. He stated No that we were the ones that broke it originally and that he's not responsible. He was very rude and unprofessional and would not honor the warranty or even try to help at all. He refused to give me any refund. I left heated since I wasted $160 for nothing as they did a horrible job and went to another store to get that problem fixed.
