Our highest recommendation--we've just had a great experience of great service. We needed a new, heavy refrigerator moved from the garage down one floor to the kitchen, after a botched Home Depot delivery. We called Justin Coleman of Coleman Relocations at 2 pm. He agreed to come with his brother Matthew at 9 p.m. the same day. Keeping in touch by text to update ETA, they arrived at 7:30 in a large, well-equipped truck. When the first route down a flight of stairs proved impossible, they pulled the fridge upstairs again and used an alternate route outside to reach the kitchen - in the rain. In an hour and a half, this difficult task was done, with careful attention to walls, doors and the fridge itself. Couldn't possibly have gone better, and they helped us out of a real jam. For any such task the Colemans are super reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, strong and thoughtful. I would call Coleman Relocations again in a heartbeat. read more

A true professional who gets the job done! The back story: My husband and I were so excited and highly anticipating the delivery of new bedroom furniture from a well-known department store. That excitement quickly turned into anger once the delivery team arrived. Not only did they arrive late, but also informed us that they could not bring in the last piece of furniture because it was too heavy....huh?? They mentioned that the job required a third person (which should have been considered during delivery planning), and that a second delivery would have to be arranged. Despite several calls to the delivery company's dispatch, the department store's customer service team, and trying to reason with the delivery guys, I was settling on the fact that the job would not get completed. The delivery guys left the boxed piece of furniture sitting in my living room. That's when Justin comes in! We had used his services for the first time, just a week prior. He and his team were highly organized, professional, and efficient. That same level of service was shown today! With little advance notice, Justin quickly arrived and took great care to prepare and protect the furniture. And in less than 20 minutes, he and a team member had it moved to the spot that I'd requested without a scratch....and yes, without the need of a third person! I was able to organize next day shipping from a furniture store to our apartment. Jason and one other mover brought all of our furniture and set it up for us. I called Justin the day of my needed unloading coming from ABQ, NM two days prior. We were still trying to get local church assistance but nothing was confirmed so I had to reach out online and decided to go with movers that were close to where I was relocating my daughter for college after driving a 16' Penske loaded truck. I was needing assistance for the larger and heavier items given that we were moving items into a 2nd and 3rd floor of a townhouse. Finally all that to say I'm glad we chose Coleman Relocations as they showed up at a perfect time which was 30 minutes early from the 10 am scheduled time. They were careful with taking these larger items up narrow steps and curves for the 2nd and 3rd floor. They didn't take a break and kept going until the job was done less than 2 hours and completed ahead of time. Price was comparable to other lower priced movers but after calling Justin he returned and confirmed availability for 10 am only 11 minutes later.
