Service was top notch. Pricing was fair (I had 3 quotes of same services, Bay Area Debris Box was the best) and even when the communication was "missed" the professionalism stayed true to "the customer is always right!" mindset, thank you Dan & Ian I'd recommend your services to anyone in need because I know your company stands behind its word and delivers as promised! Dan at Bay Area Debris box has great customer service. I call for a dumpster and we talked about how much stuff and what was going in it. He sent the perfect size dumpster for all the stuff. I ordered it on Wednesday. Had Thursday and they picked it up on Tuesday. I recommend 100% read more

Ordered a dumpster to load up with old household goods and junk. I was in a pinch and needed to get yard, outdoor, indoor and garage items out in a hurry with a realtor deadline looming. Took the full dumpster today and met the deadline. Great and understanding customer service which I needed. Give them a shot. Good, reliable company! read more

I use this company when I had a job in Blackhawk and never had one issue with time. They dropped off empty containers within a day for us to fill and would swap out when full most times same day. Pricing was always exactly what we agreed on with no unexpected up charges. Enjoyed doing business with them. read more

Great customer service I use them for any junk removal jobs that I have. If you're looking for honest, reliable and fairly priced company use them! read more

***Reasonably priced, Excellent customer service*** Bay Area Debris Box did an OUTSTANDING job at providing excellent customer service. I used Bay Area Debris Box for a home renovation project, garage clean out. I didn't know what size to order, and the project was delayed so I ended up needing to extend my rental from one week to two. Dan was responsive and was able to work within our timeline. Not only was he accommodating,, easy to work with, but he was very flexible with the ordering and delivery process. I might add that on the day of the dumpster pick up, we accidentally left our cars on the driveway and the driver Chris had to come back. Super nice guy, and not a jerk about it. I have worked with other companies in the past, and I would hands-down use this company again. Highly recommended. read more

This was the first time we rented a debris container and I'm glad to say it was a great experience! We were removing a deck and needed a convenient way to get rid of all the wood without having to go to the dump ourselves. I called several places to get a quote on a 10 yard box (approximately 7ft wide X 15ft long X 3ft high). Dan had a reasonable rate, better weight capacity and friendly service. He asked me a few questions and gave me an all inclusive rate, no surprises. His associate Chris who dropped off the container was also friendly and careful about placing the box to one side of our driveway so that we could still park a car next to it. We arranged everything over the phone and I didn't need to sign anything so it was contactless. We will definitely use their services again when needed and recommend Dan to anyone looking for a debris container rental. read more

Bay Area Debris Box - 10 yard container. Approximately 7ft wide X 15ft long X 3ft high. - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Used these guys for a massive house clean-out project. Everything went smoothly. Nice people. It was easy to schedule, they delivered on time, picked up on time, and the charge was reasonable. Because they ran out of the size I ordered they dropped off a bigger one (their largest) and would only charge me extra if it was filled beyond the comparable level of the smaller one. Seemed fair. When we arrived and I saw the size of it, my first thought was that we would never in a million years fill it. Well we did. Lucky we got the larger one. read more

Dan is a great and professional guy. He lives up to his word and delivery time. I called him many times and without fail the bin was at my property the very next day. I will be using them again! read more

Can't say enough good things about this company ! We had an untimely death in the family and we're left with a rather large property to clean up in the Woodside Ca area, Bay Debris was the beacon of light we needed. We had so much junk to remove we were overwhelmed. Bay Debris showed up assured us they would provide all the containers we needed at a fair price! They never skipped a beat ! We cleared 20 acres of debris in two weeks. I can't recommend them enough. Five stars from us. Ray D read more

I was tasked with a home clean-out to help a friend. After calling a junk hauler out 2 times and hardly seeing a dent in the clean out I know we needed to think bigger. I called Bay Area Debris Box - they delivered a box on the driveway the next day and we filled it over the weekend. The junk hauler loads everything for you so not a fair comparison- but if you don't mind loading your junk yourself this was a huge money saver for us to use a debris box. They dropped it off on time and picked it up on time as well. Will use them again when needed. read more

Talked to Dan on a Tuesday, and his driver Chris brought it on Wednesday morning as promised, very professional.

My only complaint was that they forgot to remove the box on the agreed upon date (but did it promptly after a phone call). Otherwise, delivered on time and the price was very fair. read more

This past weekend was the second time I used these guys. It simply could not be easier. I did pretty much the whole thing through email, I think we had one phone call because they were trying to identify the best place to put the box (tiny street in San Francisco), and a few texts. Bottom line is that these guys (I worked with Dan) were awesome. Easy, affordable, and very responsive. The fact I used them a second time should be enough, but I can also say I will use them again. -nic *edit 4/25/18 - now it's the 6th time I've used them and that alone should tell you what I think. read more

I hired these guys to collect dirt debris, but the contractors I hired filled the box 2 feet too high instead of doing it the proper way and leveling it out. My contractors ultimately refused to remove the debris, and started giving attitude (I hired the wrong contractors for the job). The guys over at Bay Area Debris Box ended up having to do the work and removed the excess debris. They were very accommodating and apologetic even though it wasn't their job to remove the excess dirt. Bay Area Debris Box is a good quality reliable company, and I highly recommend them. read more

Dan is the man! He is punctual and professional, providing an outstanding service that I will be happy to use again and recommend to others.

Dan and Chris were extremely professional. I would highly recommend using this service again. Wish I could give them six stars!

They were awesome. Easy delivery, availability, and pick up was a breeze. Reasonable price too! Highly recommend.

These guys are crooks. Left damage on my property. Never responded when I tried to talk about what happened. Never dealt with such incompetent people. Stay away and use a more responsible company. No class. read more

Dan is the man! I have ordered at least four debris boxes for concrete, household debris, dirt, bricks, wood and other general messes. Dan's quotes are accurate (no surprise fees or added expenses) and his turnaround time is great. He and his team have also wedged boxes onto my narrow driveway with ease, and navigated my narrow street well. When the box is ready to go Dan has picked it up within 24 hours; generally the next morning. I really appreciate getting the box when I need it, and having it picked up when I'm done. read more

Dan was great to work with and his prices are very reasonable. The debris box arrived on time and was just what we needed. I will definitely use Dan at Bay Area Debris Box again. read more

No stars didn't work. They grossly overcharged (almost twice as much as a previous service that had a larger load). Don't believe those other two reviews about price- I filled the bin halfway and they still almost tripled the quote after they picked up the bin. Strange customer service- they seemed paranoid about a load of dirt, basically suggesting I strip all dirt off and just load weeds. I should have used Waste Management again, ugh. read more

Dan helped us out when we were remodeling our home. Extremely easy process, good price, and very easy to contact and arrange the delivery and pick up. Very happy with our service and will work with them again! read more

Love, love, love Dan and his crew. Customer service seems to be fading these days, fortunately not when it comes to this company. After contacting EBMUD for a debris box and going into sticker shock, I did some searching around and found these folks. They were half the price and were able to get a box to us within a few days. Even though I messed up the date which caused a hiccup, Dan went the extra mile, rearranged his schedule and delivered the dumpster on the day it was needed. Awesome! One never realizes how much stuff we have and we found we needed a second box fairly quickly. Without any hesitation new box arrived and will be picked up when it's convenient at our end. Awesome!!! Dan is responsive and communicative which wasn't the case when checking other companies. Highly, highly recommend these guys. And oh how wonderful to be motivated to get rid of stuff. Yay. One word of warning when you have a debris box in front of your house. Cover it if you can. While we were more than happy to have neighbors toss items, it was obvious someone(s) had come by and thrown a ton of stuff in the box. So, so, so not cool. read more
