Second time using Nixxit and the service was as exceptional as the first time. The movers were timely, efficient and respectful ( they put on booties as we just had new flooring installed). They cleared out a king size bed, dresser drawer and nightstands from an upstairs bedroom without any issues. read more

They were quick, thoughtful, responsive, kind and absolutely exceptional. We were parting with some large, heavy and underused office cabinets and it was super smooth - would use again for sure! read more

Nixxit Junk Removal was top notch. Fast, efficient, friendly, fair priced and on time. No last minute surcharges. Multiple payment options based on actual volume of junk collected. Highly recommend. read more

Scheduling was super easy via their website and then texts, their team arrived on time and were friendly, and they got it done quickly and were less than competitors for pricing! I paid ~$650 (with tip) for a little over 1/2 a truck full of stuff (versus $850 from a competitor). I highly recommend them for move out junk removal and spring cleaning needs! read more

Great company. Quick and efficient. Special shoutout to Bryce. Thanks for finding my wallet.

Top notch service company. They helped us send a large and heavy cal king mattress set to recycling. Their staff is professional, careful and courteous. Definite thumbs up! read more

They were on time, amazingly helpful, and quick! Thank you. Everything was donated, recycled, or trash environmentally sound.

I had 23 years of junk filling up my basement. The Nixxit team came out and removed all of it, even the old sofa that I didn't think they could get through the door. They frequently updated me on when they would arrive and were nice throughout. If you have lots of stuff ready for recycling, I would recommend Nixxit very highly! read more

I cannot recommend Nixxit Junk Removal enough! I needed help with a major home cleanout for a family member who had been struggling, and the house, garage, and deck had become extremely cluttered. After several dump runs myself that barely made a dent, I decided to call Nixxit for professional junk removal help. From the first call, Sarah was incredibly compassionate and understanding. The team even called ahead with their arrival time, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they did a quick walkthrough and immediately got to work on the house cleanout, garage cleanout, and outdoor junk removal. Their pricing was also very competitive and completely reasonable for the amount of work they did, which made the experience even better. They were efficient, respectful, and handled everything with professionalism. At one point I discovered a bag full of spiders (which I definitely freaked out about!), and the crew quickly stepped in and handled it without hesitation. They worked hard the entire time and completely transformed the space. If you need junk removal, hoarder cleanup, garage cleanout, or help clearing out a home, Nixxit is the company to call. Thank you again to the entire team for your kindness and incredible work!! read more

Highly recommend them. I've used them twice. They had to bring a large item down from upstairs and were more careful than any movers or delivery people I've ever had. read more

We loved working with Nixxit!! We called them to remove a very heavy sofa bed from our second floor. This involved one flight of indoor stair and one outdoor flight of stairs. Martin and Lucas arrived on time and within short order moved the sofa bed safely onto their truck bed on the street. Their rates are very reasonable. They both worked with a smile and we have to say this was one of our best experiences We recommend this firm without reservation!! read more

Called with an urgent need & they were at my house the next day. Communication was great keeping me informed on their arrival. Once on site they worked quickly and were very respectful & polite. Will definitely hire them again if needed. Thanks!!!! read more

Gave Nixxit a phone call, scheduled a date and time, had three wonderful gentlemen ( David, Martin and Lucas) who cleaned out swiftly, gently things I needed to part with. I recommend them highly. Rates were very reasonable. Thanks so much! read more

After clearing out years of accumulated stuff I ended up with a full truck of items. Tyler and Dimi were very thorough, careful, and quick. They were professional yet friendly. This company deserves 6 stars. I'm sure everyone has had their AI customer service nightmares. This company is AI in human form. -They answer the phone within a few rings with an actual human. -They show up on time, give a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. -They go over pricing once on the initial call and once when arriving. -The movers are patient, well mannered and hard working. To sum up in two words - no surprises. read more

Efficient, friendly, helpful, environmentally friendly. We have had Nixxit multiple times and every time the experience has been excellent and our living environment has improved. Their pricing is reasonable and they have never tried to upcharge us. We highly recommend. read more

They were punctual, affable and took care not to damage the items or walls on the way out. I recommend them

We have used Nixxit 3 times. The first two times, they removed couches from our home that were too heavy for us to lift. This third time, they removed several pieces of furniture from my father-in-law's assisted living apartment, after he passed away. I have only good things to say about the people who I have spoken with on the phone, who do the scheduling. And I only have good things to say about the guys who have come out to remove our items. Everyone is super polite and professional. I think that their pricing is very fair, and the work that they do is excellent! read more

The moving folks were very professional and friendly. Removed my stuff within the hour timeframe. Communications with the staff were great. Will hire again in the future. Highly recommend. read more

Nixxit is great! called about an old dishwasher, and they came out the same day to pick it up; Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend ! read more

Punctual, courteous, fast, efficient. I was impressed. These smart, strong, friendly guys are the experts. They presented me with a detailed printed chart which showed fees based on bulk and weight, and I feel that they were honest and fair. Above all, I feel good knowing most of my stuff is not going to waste. read more

I've had Nixxit out twice now while clearing out my parents property. After living there for 35, and bringing with them things they had already been storing 35 years prior to that, it's been quite a feat going through it all! We are taking our time deciding what to do with certain things but knowing that they are not just hauling trash but will recycle and donate usable items has saved me a lot of time and energy running around to different places. I'll be having them come back at least one more time and the workers that have come out were wonderful. I highly recommend them. read more

Nixxit was great! I called them on a Monday early afternoon and they were actually able to come the same day (though I ultimately opted to have them Tuesday.) They called me saying they could come earlier than the arranged time but that didn't work for me and they said, "No worries." They then showed up at exactly when the arranged time was, were super nice and efficient. Cost was right in line with what was estimated on the phone, even without photos provided. I like that it's woman and locally owned and that they will try to donate the furniture that they could as opposed to sending it all to landfill. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks! read more

David and David showed up on time...always a good sign! Upon looking at the project, a very full garage, the cost of the job was discussed and was very reasonable. The guys went right to work. They were efficient, hardworking, polite, and more than met my expectations. This was my first time using Nixxit, and I will definitely use them again. The garage was jam-packed, and they got it all into their truck. Very impressed. Thank you, guys! read more

Had to quickly get rid of a huge, clunky three piece sectional - called on a Friday and scheduled for Monday pick up. They were even able to come earlier than scheduled due to the person before me rescheduling. Professional, courteous, and quick - took about 20 min total where it would have taken us forever struggling to get it done. Highly recommend and will use again! read more

I agree with the reviews - very easy to schedule and finally haul away my old couch and mattress / box spring which had been staring me down for months. Professional coordination and pick-up. Totally recommend. read more

These guys are the best. It was easy to book a time slot online. I sent in photos of what I needed to have hauled away and everything went so smooth. Christopher and Erik, the pick-up guys, were very friendly. It's such a relief to help declutter a garage with 20 years of buildup. Besides the great service, their pledge to donate and recycle as much as possible is important to me. I hate to throw things away so I very much appreciate their commitment to help my "junk" find another home. read more

Really great service all around, from booking thru pick-up. Extremely friendly, courteous staff. I couldn't be more pleased.

Highly recommended quality service. Bonus that they are locally owned! Friendly staff, easy to book, very efficient with the hauling & cleanup. I appreciate that their pricing is transparent & reasonable (vs past haulers I have used or recipes quoted from) and that they donate items when possible Thanks much Nixxit! read more

I used Nixxit to dispose of a standard sofa, and the Nixxit team was very responsive throughout the entire process. The Nixxit crew, Bryce and Drew, showed up on time and were extremely efficient! They were both friendly and happy to chat, and were able to easily remove the sofa from my apartment. This included navigating tight doorways, corners, and a tricky staircase! 5/5, can't recommend Nixxit enough - a fair price for great work. read more

We had a sudden death in our family and wanted to make sure their belongings went to donations or recycling instead of everything going to trash. I was thankful to find Nixxit. They were extremely responsive and confirmed on the phone that they donate as much as possible. They encouraged us to text with any questions or updates and replied quickly to our inquiries and photos. The gentlemen who assisted with the removal gave a heads-up and discussed arrival time which was helpful because we lived half hour away from our families home. They fully explained how their services work and confirmed again everything possible would be donated. They worked super smart, fast and efficient. I really appreciate the excellent attitude and professionalism from the team especially during this devastating time. I highly recommend Nixxit.
